I dont think he even got out of his car , he apparently never lifted the septic tank lid or he would have known the failing condition of the tank and field. The inspector did not identify a few…read morethings. like the Microwave was not safely secured on one end which we didn't notice until weeks later that it needed to be reinforced in the cabinet above it. A receptacle in the enclosed patio wasn't working. He didn't seem to know what a in ceiling large vent was for. He didn't point out the corrosive bathroom faucets. The cost of this inspection was at least $200+ more than hiring an independent contractor to do the inspection. I wouldn't use them again. Didn't feel it was worth the extra money.
