Don't call anyone else! Amy just missed my call on a Sunday afternoon while skiing, and called back before I could begin a voicemail! She said no problem to coming over to do my job fingerprint card when she gets home. I've been working too much to get anywhere during open hours over the last 2 weeks and today everywhere is closed. After running to multiple UPS stores for notary services, I found out that California law won't let them fill out I-9 forms. Panicking, I found this place on Yelp and called Amy on Saturday. I was absolutely thrilled by her customer service. She confirmed the law, but also provided a solution, which was more than I could say for the UPS stores. She even texted me the information. I know she was probably busy doing other things on her day off, but she seemed genuinely interested in helping me. I didn't end up needing to use their services but I definitely will be contacting Amy if I need things notarized in the future. I called and hung up for some reason, but she called right back, was close by, and said she'd drop by on her way to her next appointment even though she was already running behind due to an appointment not showing up, i.e. not her fault. She showed up 15 minutes later, did her thing on my documents, took my cc payment, and was gone into the night.
