+ Initial Observation/Impression: staff was full of energy and happy to assist a first timer on understanding the concept of Afters. What did I end up getting? I ended up going with the Milky Bun Glazed with Milk and Cereal Ice Cream with Cinnamon Toast Crunch. It was not bad; not too overpowering with regards to sweetness. Warmth of the doughnut that embraced the ice cream in the middle with a hug was welcomed, and one can't go wrong with putting their favorite cereal in the mix. Overall, the atmosphere, the people, and the milky bun was a great experience. Was the "ice cream sandwich" mind blowing? In my opinion it did not blow me lol. I do though encourage everyone to try it; in my opinion it was better then the Baked Bear Ice Cream Sandwich I tried. *Note: What combinations should I try? I came into Afters Ice Cream today, because I wanted to escape the heat. As I walked in, I was greeted with the brightest and most infectious smile that really lit up my day. Now, I have never been to Afters Ice Cream before, and Branden gave me a quick and very thorough rundown of what was available. After, trying a few samples, I was still indecisive in what ice cream I wanted. But, Brandon asked me, "what kind of flavors do I like?" and made splendid recommendations based on my personal preferences. I couldn't help but go for a double scoop of cookie butter and choco monster (which I loved!). Overall, the only way my experience could've been better, is if there were two Brandens. I couldn't help but get Brandon's name, so I can share Brandens wonderful customer service and my lovely experience with others. Thank Afters Ice Cream and thank your Brandon. I've been wanting to go here for a while now. Any location. But this one just so happened to be the first one I tried. Like a kid, I was so happy when my boyfriend said he would buy me ice cream. I tried the Milk and Cereal flavor and Cookie Monster. I ended up choosing the Milk and Cereal, but instead of using the After's Flakes I chose Fruity Pebbles. My kids ended up getting Cookie Monster and my boyfriend got a Banana Chocolate one but he doesn't remember exactly what it's called. I really wish I could've got the Milky Bun but we just finished eating at Yard House and I know it would've been too much for me. Next time for sure! read more

I had the Triple C ice cream with afters flakes and cookie crunch cereal. The ice cream was good and i loved the afters flakes. Took two friends that were visiting the states their for the first time. The woman working there was so rude and short with us even though No one else was even there. We told her that our orders were separate but insisted that we all order at the same time. Every time one of us would order she would yell out loudly in an irritated voice "DOES ANYONE ELSE WANT ANYTHING". She honestly kind of ruined my ice cream experience and was embarrassed to bring my friends from a different country there. Do not want them to think that is acceptable business behavior. read more

Always a good decision to come here after anything - movies, walking around the mall, just because. It makes sense where the name Afters come from. Minimal, clean shop makes you really feel the cleanliness of the store. This was my first time at this location & it didn't disappoint like other Afters locations. Service was fast & friendly - was acknowledged instantly walking through their doors. The flavors they carry are so unique & flavorful. Cookie monster & the jasmine tea are my favorites! If it wasn't so expensive for what you get, I would give it 5 stars. Overall, good place to go for dessert when you want something different! read more

Love this place and their unique ice cream flavors. Best thing is they are open late. My kids and I love this place. It is a bit hard to find but so worth it. Not really impressed, sampled four flavors... none were anything special. Milky Buns (unappetizing name) were good while warm, but soon got cold and soggy. Went here recently and had a incident where a shirt was advertised on the counter for $24, but was charged $28 for it. When I questioned the issue, the employees said it was $28 or I can return it. While the employees were nice and attentive, I do feel that not honoring the price listed was poor business. Did not seem like a priority to fix the misguided price listing either. The ice cream was okay but seems to be a hit since they attached themselves to a cartoon. Can't respect a business who not only advertises a certain price just to charge people more, but can't honor and fix their mistakes. read more

Don't get me wrong. Afters ice cream is dope ice cream. I'm not knocking their product at all...... however I had a racist experience at this specific location. I wasn't greeted as I walked in which wouldn't be a problem had 3 white girls walked in behind me 3 minutes later and they were greeted.. I played it off because the worker was a white male and man to man I get trying to flirt with the ladies but he also had a wedding ring so double F*u@k that guy. This same man proceeds to ignore me and take their order first and prep it and never once making eye contact with me. I didn't over react and I decided to just share this experience that there is a reality to life and we as business owners, mangers, and leaders, need to do a better job hiring people. And we as a community of human beings still have a A lot to strive for in loving one another. I give Grace because grace is given but that's an easy one star from me. read more

my bf and I tried this place for the first time and it was very very very disappointing. we got a milky bun with mint monster, acai blueberry, and mochi; the mint monster ice cream literally tasted like it was toothpaste flavored ice cream and the buns were disgusting tasting idek how to explain it or even compare it to something cuss it was just that gross. the blueberry acai and mochi were great! but only on their own, that whole sandwich was a disaster but I'm giving two stars because I will go again and try something else. read more

Came here to get ice cream with the family including two toddlers and my thought was am I at a club? Music was super loud and the music was not censored which doesn't bother me if I was alone but with kids ehhhh.
