Went in today with my wife 4/18 about 4:45 or so and found that the two young ladies working, Brooklyn and Emma were so friendly and smiling. Ice cream was great and after us another couple walked in and then a larger group of 5 or 6 landscapers in their work attire. The whole time both young ladies were all smiles and attentive. Looked like they loved their jobs and what they were doing. It was very refreshing to see. Great employees everyday I'm sure. Good job Cold Stone! Happy employees and happy customers! This was a disaster. I ordered a specialty cake for my daughter's birthday. When I arrived the cake I ordered was not available. At no time did anyone call me and tell me this particular cake was not available to order until the 16 ( the order was placed on the 14th for the 15th. I had to get whatever was available in the case which was not what I had wanted or even close. I was stick as I was left no choice as it was too late to make alternate arrangements. When to sign 50 on a cake to expect to get what you ordered. At no time after I place my order or even the morning of was I notified it was not available. Will never go here again read more

The store forgot one of my two birthday cakes, slapped something together making us wait an additional hour and late to my son's birthday dinner which promptly melted all over because it wasn't frozen enough and made my son super sad especially since his cousin's cake, which they were sharing the gathering, cake was perfect. I sent emails and tried to call and spoke with social media reps on this and they have not addressed their mistake on this, will not be returning to this location ever. read more

The past two time I've come to the location have been awful. First time I ordered a chocolate shake. When I got outside I realized it was made with vanilla. I went back inside and asked for it to be fixed. They told me the fudge shake is made with vanilla. And refused to remake it because their boss would be mad. I eventually got them to remake the shake correctly. When I looked on their website it clearly stated the fudge shake is made with chocolate ice cream. Then I come to this location tonight about a month later and again order a chocolate shake they made it correct however she didn't make enough she filled the cup about half way then asked if I wanted whipped cream. First, we were all asked to wait outside even though everyone was standing an X and practicing social distancing. But as we were ringing up our order, the owner told everyone in the building who were following these silly social distancing guidelines that they all had to go get their face masks out of their cars and put them on because "people were calling her to complain that no one was wearing a mask". I told her that the order to mandate masks expired on Friday night. So why is she insisting that her customers wear one now? She seemed surprised, and questioned everyone else in the building, who all concurred. Hindsight being 20/20, I should have handed back my purchase and asked for a refund. I'm trying to support local business owners, but alienating those who choose to freely wander through public spaces without a mask won't bring you additional business. I won't be back. read more

The employee that helped us today appeared to be new. She didn't want to grant our BOGO coupon that I received via email earlier this month. She said they only take printed coupons in order to staple them to the receipt. Tell that to my friends that come to this location with their unprinted coupons on a monthly basis! I'm reminded why I don't come here. This is our second visit to this (or any) cold stone in the last two years. The photos show the quality. It's good ice cream but for the $6.49 love it size, it sucked. Just look at the photos of the one I ordered and what mine actually looked like. Not happy with the tiny crumbs of toppings they put on, especially after charging 95 cents for additional toppings. Rip. Off. As another customer mentioned, the mix in portions are scarce. Tonight when the employee made our second ice cream I noticed that they used 1 Oreo for a Like It size. It seemed 1 Oreo was on the low side but I didn't say anything because I wasn't sure. Using 1 Oreo caught my attention though. It seems I've seen them use at least two in the past or at other locations. We also ordered a Love It milkshake, their largest shake. Chocolate with marshmallows for mix in. Employee put 3 plastic spoonfuls of small marshmallows in. Each spoonful can hold max 2-3 marshmallows. That's 6-9 small marshmallows. How would anyone taste that few? Question: What is the ratio of mix in that Cold Stone recommends? Is this particular location taking short cuts for savings? Is the scarce mix in owner or employee driven? Here we are, enjoying our ice cream at home when we both comment that all we taste is ice cream. It is difficult to know that any Oreo is in it. What a let down. Is it really worth the cost savings of an additional couple of Oreos to lose frequent customers? Raise your prices $0.10 to provide appropriate toppings. All I can say is we are done with Cold Stone for awhile. It's always been expensive but now that they're under providing toppings, I can't justify the expense for something that's really just basic ice cream. read more

Went here less than an hour ago I am deathly allergic to milk which is why I get watermelon sorbet containing no milk. I can tell when the employees didn't clean their scoops before using it again because my tongue is swollen! I went to this cold stone around 8pm so it was pretty busy. The girl who helped us, breanna, was super helpful as i ordered for my whole family. I couldn't tell at all that she was a new employee until her manager scolded her right in front of me for no reason. Breanna had asked her a question and she responded in a rude tone that she needed to figure it out on her own and that she wouldn't respond to any of her questions to which Breanna responded politely which i wouldn't have done. I thought breanna acted very professional, but will not be returning here due to the blatant disrespect i saw from the manager. Went here tonight and the service was ok. The amount of toppings they put on the ice cream that the workers put on the as like they owned the place. When I got home my daughter was so upset because she couldn't taste or see the Oreos that they put in! My wife waffle cone was super dark and taste burnt.
