I called them to arrange for garage door maintenance and they sent someone the same day. They send you a text when the technician is on the way and his name. My technician, Blake, arrived right on time. Blake did a very thorough and professional job. My garage door had become noisy so he checked everything and ended up replacing the springs and the rollers. He checked the opener itself and lubricated it. He lubricated the hinges in the door. The result was a very quiet open and close, and I was very happy. This family owned business is one of the best in the Dallas area and deserves support. They do what they say and offer excellent service.
