I ran up to Home Depot and purchased it (I had already read the reviews & had a strong recommendation from my brother) and Mike was able to send guys out to install the new one the same day. I wasn't expecting such quick service but I was really getting frustrated with the old one and calling Apple Garage Door was the best thing!
