Austin fully serviced my old garage door, opener and automatic gate, replacing rollers and hinges, tightening and adjusting everything... specialized grease. He even replaced the lightbulbs in the opener and batteries in my remotes. He provided a good estimate on the remaining life of my spring without trying to upsell a replacement today. I'm very satisfied with the whole process. The spring on my garage door broke in the midst of Texas Summer heat. I called NTX to get an estimated quote, the price was right so I scheduled for the same day service. Bill showed up a couple hours later with his tools and a fan to cool him down. He seemed to be thorough with the repair, even threw in a few additional services free of charge, plus gave me a few pointers. I thought my garage door was up all the way and accidentally backed into it. A part fell off the garage door and would no longer function properly. I called NTX at 2:30pm, and someone was here to fix it by 4:15pm. Bill, the owner, was extremely helpful and called back as promised, to give me the status of the technician's expected arrival time. Salvador, the tech, was extremely courteous and professional. He was here for a short period and not only fixed the garage door, but also tightened cables and did some other maintenance related work on the garage door. Pricing was incredibly reasonable. I called and had to leave messages for other garage door repair shops around town before I called these guys (who actually answered the phone). If it wasn't for them, I'd have an open garage door until someone calls me back to schedule an appt. And no one has called back as of yet. This company is competitive , honest , didn't try tacking on additional fees, Simple Upfront trustworthy transaction on Easter weekend. Called three Co's the choice was obvious in who i felt comfortable dealing with and wasn't let down in the least. This was my third repair, the first i used the extra supplemental insurance that covers like pool pumps , refrigerator, washing machines furnace etc. which ended up being more than going direct . U have no idea what up fees or price they will charge you after your already paying for the service call just for them to visit . That home owner middle man insurance was a scam. read more

Ok these guys are awesome. I know people start reviews like that all the time, but they are. My garage door was beginning to buckle and I was afraid I was gonna have to get a new door, because well it's just one of those kinds of houses. I actually feel bad because I don't remember the repair man's name. Nonetheless, the showed up on time, I was given a window between 12 & 2pm and he arrived at 12:30pm. He looked at the door and inspected the heck out of it, I mean he got in there. He then came back and gave me a very honest assessment of the issue. Ultimately, he was able to fix the issue without having to replace the door. I felt that was incredibly honest, because if he had told me I needed a new garage door, I wouldn't have been the wiser. The price was very fair in my opinion. He was done quickly and left the area better than he found it. Solid company in my opinion. I'm glad they left a sticker with their number, I'll be calling on them again if I have any garage door needs. Use this company with confidence. read more

Wonderful service. I gave them a call on a Friday night and they came out in 30 minutes. My garage door was extremely loud, shakey, and had stopped working from being hit and Bill came out and took less than 45 minutes to set it right. The guy did the work very good. But he tried to upsell me & quoted almost double the charge. When I started refusing, he came down & did the the work for half what he initially quoted. He did keep the appointment for the same day and did the work efficiently. When I called back about an issue (the sensors weren't aligned) that popped up because of the work he did, he was very reluctant to come back and fix it. The spring broke on my garage door so I called a repair service who came out and gave me an estimate. Suspicious that the estimate seemed high I called Bill at NTX. He gave me an outline estimate based on my description of the issue. He arrived early for the allotted time and got right to work. The repairs didn't take very long and the total cost for the repairs were half the price quoted by the other provider. My overall experience was superior and I highly recommend calling NTX. read more
