Went back to the shop to exchange but the manager didn't even bother and said that that was a final sale and there was nothing they could do. Does she think I will ever be back in that store or recommend it? Never and to no one. I had paid cash as I know small businesses like that get hit with credit card fees. Next time will know better. Pay in card and contest with merchant as what I bought was defective and this store customer service is inexistent. Don't bother and go somewhere where quality and customers matter

I wore them for 2 days and experienced a severe allergic reaction to nickel. So she flat out lied to me, even though she could have not known they were nickel, she shouldn't have sold them to me claiming to be something that they are not.
