I am very happy that I went with Budget Junk Removal. All the other quotes were $200+. I mean seriously, who needs fancy junk removal? I had a lot of items that were usable and Dun said that he would take to Habitat for Humanity. That's good for them and a tax write off for Dun. I call that a win-win-win situation. I will definitely use his service again and I highly recommend Budget Junk Removal to anyone who has a little or a lot to get rid of. Dun did say that he had dumpster type devices for large items too. A+ Company!!

Then there was the pile of debris from a shelving unit we had to break up to remove, and finally, a fallen tree stump that we could not even budge. We decided that all of this had to go. Ready and Willing was the second company we spoke with, and they were so responsive and willing to accommodate us with making sure they knew what was being removed and we knew the cost. Sharing photos and dialog until we were confident that they were the right choice. They were on time, friendly and efficient, and very respectful of us and our home. Most importantly, they were as good as their word in service and price. I highly recommend them and will call them again if there's ever a need.

They arrived and reevaluated the load and raised the fee to $800 which was eventually agreed to for all of the wood to be taken away. To say the least they definitely don't know how to effectively load the truck. The crew said that they loaded all they could and asked for payment. The images show the original pile, what/how it was loaded into the truck and what was left behind. Never use this company unless you want a job half done I asked repeatedly to call the owner which was continuously refused.

I remember spending hours there, in all kinds of weather. These days, as I clean out his old buildings and sculpture part graveyards, I find myself back at Burcham's returning some of that very same metal. What comes around goes around. I find this place is very unique but very odd in some of its practices with recycling but all I can say is it gets the job done very well. Been coming here so many times over the years to get rid of some of my extra yard clippings / branches or even some recycling items for some extra cash in my pocket. They seem by far the most reasonable and low cost on dumping my loads and give out some real good cash for my recyclables like paper or cardboard. I'm going to say this is one of the best and most oriented type recycling places in town which is by far easy to say because they will work with you to help with your heavier items if in need. The employees seem very friendly and always eager to help you which is a plus overall in the customer service area. I would say, You can't go wrong coming here and this facility deserve 5-stars overall because of their duty of keeping the streets clean and help keep back yards looking like better. P.S. The landscape company gave me My Hauler With Claw's business card, and Mark was at our house a couple days later. He picked up the boulders from the landscape company, hauled them up to our house with his truck and claw. and operated the claw to place the boulders where we wanted them. It was a cold rainy day, and Mark got it done in about an hour. The cost was very reasonable, and Mark was easy to work with. He shared some of the items he's moved for people in the past, including defunct helicopters and other items. We were very happy with the service and would recommend him for projects like the one we had.

After a really frustrating experience with another company (they gave me a 7-day pickup window, showed up in a pickup with MAGA stickers, and still left junk behind!), I was dreading dealing with my moving mess again. As I fixed up my old house, I kept accumulating more junk--plus furniture no one would take off my hands. I started calling around, but most places either didn't answer, never called back, or quoted me outrageous prices ($1,800-$2,500+). I was about ready to give up when I finally called Big River. From the very first call, Steve was incredible--he answered immediately, gave me a clear all-inclusive quote ($550 for a whole truck), and was able to come out the very next day. He arrived exactly on time at the start of his 30-minute window, with a helper who was just as kind and professional. They worked lightning fast, sorted items responsibly (separating hazardous materials, metal, wood, etc.), and fit as much as possible into the truck. We ended up needing two trips, but they came right back, reloaded in record time, and still cost only a fraction of what the big national companies wanted. Steve and his team were polite, efficient, and truly went above and beyond. If I could shout their name from the rooftops, I would. Hopefully I'll never have that much junk again--but if I do, I'll be calling Big River without hesitation. Big River is the rare kind of service that makes you feel relieved and cared for in the middle of a stressful move. Absolutely top-notch!
