He came and checked out the job & ended up changing the price and time line, I get taking down, re-sanding, and painting shutters a new color would be a lot of work, we explained that to him thru messages, even sent pictures of the shutters, so the job shouldnt of been a surprise to him because I have the text that prove I explained it all to him clearly. Once we asked for his license info he did send it and pretty much ghosted us. Never came back to start the job. I hired this Company 5 years ago to re-stucco my house. I know that's a long time after the job to…read morebe posting a review, but things just keep getting worse. First of all, the mess they left after completion of the job was unbelievable. Told Joey about it and he promised to come by and clean it up, but he never did. They cleaned their tools in my vegetable garden and left piles of their stucco, trash and beer bottles all over my yard. I knew I was in trouble when I witnessed the whole job being mixed in a 5 gallon bucket. I should have known then that I was in trouble. The mixture was so weak that the slightest brush against the wall and the stucco falls off. The stucco at the bottom of the walls just falls off into my flowerbeds. I had a section of wall that was so bad before the job that the stucco fell off the wall like powder. It's that way again a good inch of stucco is on the ground. Soon with heavy rains it will leak into the house. If you use this company I hope you have better luck than I did, God only knows what it's going to cost me to repair their mess.

It was a very fair price for the size of our home. When they came out to paint our home they were very meticulous in their work and cleaned up every day that they came. Due to the size of our house I believe it took about a week to complete. Tim came out several times during the process to go over things and answered any questions we had. They did an amazing job! We didn't even have to go around and inspect their work as they had already throughly gone around the whole house and touched up any thing that was missed.
