I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was throughout the entire process. We scheduled the work in two parts--first the downstairs, then the stairs and upstairs. The job involved removing the damaged laminate and old carpet, and replacing everything with luxury premium vinyl. Juan's team showed up on time, carefully moved all my furniture and belongings, and got right to work. They kept me abreast of the work and schedule along the way. He recommended Clear Coast Restoration. It was another week or so before we called them and they said they could come out the following Saturday. It had been a very slow dripping leak so we weren't too worried but they called back a couple days later asking if they could come later in the evening the next day to make sure there wasn't any major damage. Dillan (sp?) drove all the way from Rancho Cucamonga on a Monday night at 6pm to come and check this out! We live in Rancho Santa Margarita and despite the similar name, they are NO WHERE NEAR EACH OTHER! He was so kind and tested for moisture both upstairs and downstairs and even answered some questions I had about a creaky, warped floor. He had an ugly commute to our house and then drove all the way home for NO business! He was so kind and I felt so bad for having him drive all the way out here, only to find everything was totally dry!
