Same thing happened to another arrangement for my friend's birthday, they didn't deliver it until the very next day. My only complain was the delivery fee was a bit higher than other florists, basic fee was $17.95 plus additional $12 if you want it deliver by noon. I knew I could save at least $40 to $60 ordering from those internet vendors but still chose Hoover-Fisher because of their reliability, can't afford to have any delay with funeral.
