The food is food hall style where you go to a counter (there are two) and place your order then pick it up when it's prepared. We went to The Mill (pizza, calzones and salads). I had the Italian Chopped Salad and the flavors were spot on; DH had the Greek Salad with chicken and really liked it, too. Be aware, it's a loud, noisy hall; that's the only thing that I'd prefer was different. We will go again when we go thru Junction City.

What I ordered was out of this world and it was called a Bacon Brew Burger (this burger is the dish that this brewery is known for). The burger consisted of cheddar, crispy onion, ale mustard, and what threw me off for a nice surprise was the bacon-onion jam. Ahhhh man so delicious! On the other hand, I got to sample a new brew that they just released (totally forgot what it was called) and the beer was just as tasty as the burger I had.
