I was sent here by Lexus Keyes in Van Nuys by some sleazy car sales man. He spoke highly of this place. They even have a sleazier rep at the Lexus dealer. I was confident my car would get repaired to "Lexus dealer standards" (these ugly hairy fucks love saying that over the phone). The damages to my car were very minimal. They told me it wouldn't take longer than 2 weeks. It took months to get my car back. They inflated the price/damages to my insurance and in the end wanted me to pay 3k out of pocket to get my car calibrated. There was nothing wrong with the cars calibration prior to me bringing my car to these fucks. They triggered the sensors when they were taking my car apart for "inspection" these people are a bunch of rats who milk the insurance companies and want to screw you over. I just picked up my car today and on my way home the tire light came on bc I have a tire malfunction. I haven't even had this car for a year. Don't come here and don't go the Lexus Keyes in Van Nuys!! I will be reporting their business to the BBB read more

My vehicle was damaged and ultimately I chose AGC Collision to repair the damage. On the first day, when I was dropping off my car, I was greeted by Arthur and he assured me that AGC would take great care of my car. Everything will be done to my satisfaction, including replacing any parts with quality Lexus parts. My car was with them for two weeks. I received regular updates via calls as well as emails advising on the status of my vehicle. When it was time to retrieve my car, Arthur was there to greet me and brought me my car. He was very professional and yet attentive, being certain that I checked out my car. He made sure that I was satisfied with the repairs and assured me that if at a later date, I found something to not be at my satisfaction, all I had to do was contact him, and he would ensure that my issues would be addressed and taken care of to my satisfaction. While I hope I will never have to have my car repaired again, I'm definitely go back to AGC Collision if it becomes necessary. Oh and did I mention when I got my car back it was FULLY detailed! The final cost for the car was a significant difference and around $2000 more than the estimate which really surprised us since it was all exterior scratches and light damage so there should have been no surprises. I brought my F90 BMW M5C to AGC Collision Center at the advice of Dave @ BMW of Sherman Oaks, after I was hit by a Lyft Driver, since they are a BMW Certified facility. I met Tony and George, the owner, at the repair shop. From the onset, I noticed that the facility was clean, the staff was professional and organized, and the process was a breeze. Once an estimate was submitted, the insurance company tried to approve only used or aftermarket parts. Tony, who was communicative and just amazing during the entire process, fought back and got them to approve all brand new OEM parts. To top this off, I had an unrelated scratch on my left rear fender, which I asked Tony to provide a separate estimate on. We discussed whether it was worth it and to my suprise, instead of pushing me to do it and spend money, which most would do, he advised against it. Instead, they buffed most of it out and touched up the small spot that went past the primer. This is is how you conduct good business and this is why they have my loyalty. I would 100% recommend them to my family and friends, and if I need anything (hopefully not, lol) related to my car, I wouldn't think twice in giving it to AGC again. The car turned out AMAZING! They did such a great job. Perfect paint/color match, every thing is perfectly aligned. Well done, guys. It's showroom ready. Very poor and slow repair process and customer service. This repair facility was recommended by Keyes Audi. It looks pretty big and professional but don't let that fool you. We brought in an Audi for an insurance inspection and minor repair to rear bumper and scratch. AGC never called back to inform us of the status of the repair, or when the car was going to be ready. We had to repeatedly contact them for information which they promised to provide but never follow up on. After a week of still refusing to give any estimated time, we asked to have the car returned. They responded by saying the would charge $2400 for storage fees and labor. This is not a reputable business at least in our experience. read more

Wow! What an amazing experience . I dropped off my Tesla on January 22 with severe damages to the bumper, headlight , front fender and several other areas of the car. In the time that my car was at AGC I received several updates about the stage my car was in all the way until I was notified that my Tesla was getting washed and polished. Please don't go to this shop, horrible service blamed insurance for not paying outrages co payments on parts that did not need to be replaced. They degraded me when I questioned pricing on co payment stating why did I drive an expensive car I couldn't afford. While creating additional damage to vehicle when they tore it down and loosing parts to my car. The communication was on point and they did a great job repairing my bumper and making sure the paint match perfectly as though nothing happened. So a week after receiving my car back (in mint condition by AGC!) I clipped a lady's door and had to bring it back in because of this new accident. Not only did Edith and Tony welcome my car (and me) back with open arms, Tony went above and beyond since he knows me and my Tesla insurance, and ordered the parts before my estimate was approved. He only did that because I was there less than a month later but still he is not supposed to but he knew I needed my car back asap for a road trip.
