I was involved in a bumper to bumper accident with very minor damage. My service advisor from Keyes MB referred me to LA Collision since they are a certified MB repair shop. I'm so glad repairs were done here as I was very pleased with the process and results. Initial Contact I was referred to Leo by Edvard at Keyes MB. Leo was not available at the time and Jared was in the office and was happy to help me. I explained what happened and he immediately checked out the vehicle and walked me through the process - the parts needed, insurance process and repair timeline Repairs Prior to repairs starting, Jared did a great job constantly following up with insurance to make sure everything was settled and good to go. Insurance is never easy to work with but Jared was consistent and persistent and he got the job done to get the repairs started. When it did, Jared made sure he updated with me via text every Tuesday and Thursday until my vehicle was ready. I also liked how they took the vehicle to the dealership to ensure sensors were recalibrated. The repairs took about two weeks. It could have been shorter but insurance took longer than expected. Results Upon pick up, Jared walked me through my vehicle, once again explained what was done and made sure I was happy with the appearance of the car. Loved that they offer a full detail with ceramic which was the cherry on top. Bumper sensors are working normally and car is like new again! I was pleased with my overall experience with LA Collision thanks to the excellent and above and beyond service from Jared. In general, all of the staff there seem great and they know what they are doing. A true nightmare. STAY! AWAY!!!! If you want to wait an excessive amount of time to get your repairs done (even if it's basic), by all means come here. Their lot is 'bite-sized' and they overload it to the brim. Two and a half weeks into handing the reigns of my car over to them, they have yet to order the bumper part to fix my car when they said initially they'd pre-order it (even before liability was determined). At the current rate, the ETA now would be a month to replace a bumper. Even if that bumper was an original part, this is highly irregular, excessive and unacceptable; for you see, I cannot work without my car. The adjuster quoted the repairs to take 3-5 days, not 3-4 weeks. Their explanation for all of this is highly unreasonable. And they failed to inform me critical details in this process beforehand, so I could have made a more informed decision. And gone with another shop. Edit: So the owner responded. "Hi Daniel, we appreciate you as a customer" Do you? So much so, that not only did you not try to work on a resolution on this matter, but you deliberately threw me to the wind without attempting to solve my issues. And you have my car in your possession! And I'm going to not only be displaced once again, but since I'm reliant on my car for work (rental car will not be sufficient), this is going to take longer and I cannot make ends meet. so you have royally screwed me over! "We couldn't start the repairs until the insurance company approves the whole repairs." I know this. But you still lied to me. You Told me you'd pre-order the parts before -- which you didn't-- and this was before liability was determined about a month ago. You also wanted me to sign off on a waiver before pre-ordering which directly contradicts what you communicated to me for weeks! You've had my car in your possession for two weeks. Why on earth would I sign off on a full-release of liability of the car? I don't even know what my car looks like at present. That would be foolish! 'Hold Harmless Letter" yes, specifically for the mechanical issues we agreed upon; not the totality of the entire car. You wanted a full release of liability. That's insane. Especially without me first and foremost seeing my car at present! read more

The place was big and really clean. I was sold. I emailed him the insurance claim info and he took care of everything.
