Needed a driver side mirror installed. I already had the part but I had need for someone to install it. Didn't want to use the University of YouTube for this one. I stumbled upon Regal Repair auto body shop. I spoke with Hayk, the manager, who said I could bring the part in and his team could handle the install on the same day. I arrived, late, and yet Hayk still provided me with the service to my vehicle as promised. The service was both efficient and timely. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I took a chance looking for a good repair shop. This one got good reviews, so I called and described my issue and they told me to come right in. Within 20 minutes I was there for a quick cosmetic fix and not only did they repair it super fast (within 15 minutes) and efficiently, but with friendly service and a genuine willingness to help in a way that would not be any cost to me. That said, Hajk (Hike) and his team fixed the issue and did not charge me. This meant so much to me because he didn't have to do that but he chose kindness. So to repay him, in the future, if I ever need bodywork, or if anyone I know needs bodywork or repairs, I will come back and refer him every time. I have been a loyal customer to this spot, and now they are way closer to my apartment which helps so much. Hayk always takes care of me and I trust him always. I have come to them for minor issues like oil changes and fixing my flat tires, and they also have done some body work on my car as well on some dents or scratches. They fixed my windshield when it got cracked, and tinted my windows so my car wouldn't get so hot. All of this to say I have experience with this team and as a woman, its nice to be able to go to an auto body shop where they dont try and scam you, dont try and add random stuff to your services. From start to finish, this was the best experience I've ever had bringing my car in somewhere. Someone hit my Porsche in a parking lot and wanted to pay for it out-of-pocket.
