I had used them n the past with no issues, But this time was a no show, no call and would not even return my call. Had an appointment on August 14 for a windshield replacement from 8-12, at 12:13 i called and asked for a status. Was told scheduling would call me back. No call. On August 16th i called again to ask them why they never showed on the 14th nor called, was again told scheduling would defiantly call me to discuss. As of 8/18 no call. Wasted 4 + hours of my day waiting for them. They are a joke. Called Avondale Auto and they took care of it without any issues. read more

This place will tint your windows, but if they mess anything up on your car they will take ZERO responsibility. Long story short, they didn't seal of my door panels from letting water run down them during the tinting process. The problem is that my door panels are full leather. If you let water sit on leather for a extended period of time it damages the leather. New door panels for my car are several thousand dollars. The owner took ZERO responsibility for his shops work and blamed me for trying to scam him even though I jumped through hoops to have MANY of his people examine my door panels. If you have a nice car, save your self the trouble and don't take it to this place. read more

My husband and I have used this shop in Tempe several times before, but this last visit will be the last time. First, in the past, the salesperson would walk the vehicle to make note of any damages, so that if a new damage appeared it would be easy to tell that it happened at the shop. They didn't this time, and when we discovered chipped paint on one of the doors, they refused to accept responsibility for it. Next, we asked for a visor across the windshield. For some reason, they cut it in a strange way with the center reaching almost to roof of the vehicle. Pretty much making the point of the visor obsolete. When we asked them to fix it, they told us they would charge us to remove the tint and then charge us to put a new tint on. So, they didn't give us what we had asked for and then offered to charge us again to fix it. Also, the tint they put on our windows was no darker than the tint we already had. So they charged us to redo tint that was perfectly fine. It would have been helpful if they could have explained the difference in tint or let us know they were about to remove the exact same shade. Finally, we asked for a dash cover because they offered them and we needed a new one. The salesperson we worked with had no idea what they cost and told us to come back another day to schedule service for it. Apparently they have no interest in making a sale or hiring people with good customer service skills. What is the most frustrating is we'll probably have to get this redone. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and have real professionals do the job. read more

I made contact with A.G.D. via Chuckie at the online posted phone number. The web site gives an address of 1238 W, Roosevelt Ave. Coolidge, Az. 85128. They have no such physical location. That address is private home. Thus, they diverted my service location to Glendale, Az. (80 miles away from Coolidge.) I had to provide a lot of information to include the VIN number to receive a quote. I was then instructed that I had to post a $50.00 deposit just to book an appointment. The appointment was made, deposit paid, and the 2 hour, $700.00 appointment was booked. I arrived at the appointed time, checked in with the service writer, dropped off the vehicle for the 2 hour window tint installation and I went for a walk. Upon returning 1 hour later, nothing had been done. I was then informed that they were unable to perform the job for the quoted price, and that, the actual cost would be more than twice the quoted price. What a waste! A half tank of gas, 150 mile round trip, 3 hours on the road and nothing! As of this posting, I have yet to see a return of the $50.00 "booking fee." Run far! Run fast! I dealt with Alexis, Chuck, & Gilbert. ALEXIS & CHUCK had to have had migraines after dealing with my auto insurance & policy...'cause I sure did. If it hadn't been for these two, I wouldn't have known my auto policy & coverage was SO MESSED UP! They discovered mixed up ID numbers, vehicle names, & coverage issues. I SHUTTER to think how things would be if I'd have had an accident, rather than just a rock crack my new SUV's windshield! As for the work...I chose to drive from the far west valley to Tempe, to have the work done inside one of their shops by 9AM. Even though they were willing to come to me, I couldn't imagine them working in the 103° morning temp. Besides, their shop was SO EASY TO FIND & GILBERT was just so wonderful & attentive! I'm just leaving the shop now, so will have to wait to comment on the finished product, but SO FAR...everything looks FANTASTIC! I called to get an estimate on window tinting a year ago. Do you know who calls me every two weeks now asking if I still need my windows tinted? AGD does. I've told them I got them tinted elsewhere. I've asked them to stop calling me many times. But they continue to call me and harass me for my business. This is ridiculous. I didn't even have work done with them. I requested a quote online and an ADG rep responded quickly. Their price was very competitive. It was easy to schedule a next-day appointment. Since I was having a small job done, I chose to wait on my car. The waiting area was decent with leather couches and a TV. They have a wi-fi network, but it appeared locked. There's a Cox hotspot right near here, so if you're a Cox customer you have this access point. There's an additional CC TV with cameras showing the shop floor so you can watch as the technician works on your car. Easy to do business with, competitive pricing, decent facility. I scheduled my tint with Saira for my new truck. Once I explained what I wanted with my truck she promptly sent me an estimate and was very easy to work with. She made sure my every need was met. We use AGD at work with a fleet of 180 vehicles and have yet to be disappointed or have an issue that wasn't quickly resolved. Usually they are able to provide next day service at my location which is a huge plus. Nelson " the tint guy" did an excellent job on my truck. He left my truck as clean as he found it and met my desires and expectations completely. When I get my other vehicles tinted or glass replaced, AGD will be my place to go. A++ read more

The work was stellar. They came out right away, with gloves, and replaced my Prius windshield. The issue is the "rebate" check, or whatever they call it. I was told it would be $125. Then I was told it might be $100 depending on the windshield. Mine was simple... my review mirror does nothing electronic. I called 6+ weeks later to ask about the check. They had sent it to the wrong address. Hmmm... they had the correct address when they came to do the work. They then sent it to the correct address, and it was for only $75. Took my car here to have its windows tinted. Great staff, friendly and simple to the point service. Office was nice and airy and there's a big glass window so u can watch your car get tinted. Not sure if I got a new tech who did my car or what happened. However it was NOT done properly because within 48 hours the back window and driver side windows had lots of bubbles. Unfortunately I live in Los Angeles and was not able to take it right back. I ended up calling the office and spoke with Gilbert. Man, talking to him was like talking to a manager. He immediately took care of my situation. He said he would find a location in LA close to my house, said AGD backs their work and will take care of everything for me and call me back. Within 30 min he called back, had a location very close to my house and that I all I would need to do is just call to book my appointment. I took my car in to the new place, booked my appointment and they confirmed that it was installed incorrectly. They confirmed this with Gilbert and he said whatever the costs to replace it and make the customer happy and that AGD would back their work and cover all costs. As far as I'm concerned, because of Gilbert's professionalism and desire to take care of my situation promptly without question, I feel that that's how u take care of customers and back your company's workmanship. Sometimes this happens and I totally get it. I just bought another car and will be taking my car back to Arizona to have my Jeep windows tinted and would recommend this place to my family/friends and to anyone looking for a value but excellent 5 star service! Highly recommend this place! I had 2 rock chips I needed to get filled on my windshield. I called 3 places and AGD was the best price (Safelite wanted $130, another local company wanted $80 and AGD quoted me $35). Gilbert at AGD was GREAT! One of the chips was questionable and he let me know before doing any work that he would try his best to fill it but it's possible the process may crack it due to it actually being 2 chips connected by a crack. He recommended I check with my insurance company to make sure I didn't have glass coverage, I didn't think I had it. Turns out I had coverage and they ended up paying for the repair. I wouldn't have called had it not been for Gilbert's amazing customer service skills. Sitting in the lobby, waiting for the repairs, I was able to hear the girls at the front desk (Carla, I think was one of their names) help customers over the phone and you can just tell they care about what they are doing and put the customer first with a personal repertoire that you don't see at a lot of places. I took my car in to have a window replaced after an unfortunate rock incident... I called around to several different places but ultimately relied on yelp to make my final decision. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I had to have the window tinted so I wasn't able to roll it down for a couple days. Once I was able to try it, I realized there was a small problem. I called the shop and with only a half an hour notice they were able to get me in to get it looked at. Unfortunately, the employee I spoke with after they looked at the window wasn't able to explain why I should pay another $250 to fix a part inside the window that was damaged when they removed the broken glass. After much discussion with the employee failed to resolve the situation, the owner, Chris, finally came out of his office to talk to me. After another long explanation of 'yes, I DID expect that my window would actually go up and down after you replaced the glass as it did before I brought it here', Chris had the window repaired. Although my window was repaired without further expense, I wouldn't return because it was such an ordeal to get them to do the right thing. read more
