He was very professional and gave us a detailed and fairly priced proposal. They completed the work within the week I contacted them and took photos before, during, and after to show us the work. Afterwards they sent us a detailed invoice with photos attached and showing other improvements they made on our roof resealing our chimney and vents, going above and beyond. We had a small list of repairs for the roof when we bought our house 2 years ago but never got to them. I decided about a month ago to ask our original inspection company to do the work, but the quote had expired and they wanted us to pay for a new quote. I ended up getting quotes from several companies. The range of the quotes was 2,500-18,000 since one of the companies recommended we replace our 15 year old roof. None of those quotes said anything about fixing our gutters which seem to be causing our wood rot problems. So I started looking for gutter repair companies. That's how I found AGD. David with AGD came out to look at the gutters but since they also do roofing I showed him the list of items on the roof that needed repair. David was very responsive to our concerns. He provided an affordable quote and the work they did was above and beyond the scope of the quote for no extra charge.
