Ok so while I was writing this review I realized that she does brows tooo so I literally walked back upstairs and asked if she could squeeze me in for brows and she did! Now my brows are very complicated . My right brow is significantly shorter than my left so not many ppl can get the shape right and once again she delivered! She took her time and still had me in and out of there in maybe around 20 minutes . She showed me where my hair was growing back in and how I should use the pencil ! I'm happy to spend $10 on greatly shaped brows as opposed to $50+ in other local spots that don't take as much care Chloe is literally the homie for life now! Today I decided to go there and dye my hair. It was strange as they called me two days ago to let me know to come earlier and that someone else from the person that I had booked online would take care of me. The person who was dying my hair for a year now is not there anymore. Most of the people who were taking care of me before are not there anymore. Today it was the worst experience ever! I am really disappointed with the service. My hair looks awful. I wish I have not used them. My advice as I run my own business--The staff should be more caring about customers and should not experiment with other people's hair. The difference of colors on my hair was absolutely obvious. My hair before was a clear blond color and now the roots are yellow/brown! They were pretending that was all great instead of trying to fix the problem before me paying and leaving the premises. As soon as they told me that I was done with the styling and hair treatment, I approached the register to pay and it was there I made the complaint. The staff knew in advance that they performed malpractice on my hair treatment. They were hoping that I would not have noticed but I stayed silent until I go to the register. I understand that people can make mistakes but no one has owned up to it to say I am sorry. They were making me feel that they were the victims when indeed they had control of my hair and head. If you love and respect your hair, you will not commit color suicide to your hair.
