Unfriendly. Walked in to check it out since they advertise Dazzle Dry. The place is empty. I asked if they do Dazzle Dry...all of a sudden she asks if I have an appointment. She says sorry we have 3:15 appointment. I ask "for both of you?". She says yes. I walked out. There is no way this little salon with 2 ladies sitting there twidling their thumbs has 2 appointments coming in ten minutes. They turned away business bc Dazzle Dry is cheaper than gel. I went here because I was in the area. I started with a pedicure which was fine - went to have my powder gel French manicure and they explained to me the base would be powder and the French would be UVvgel - I said ok. She starts putting up gel on three of my nails and I said no I wanted powder listed as $45 and uv $80-95 she said no this will look better and I explained I wasn't interested in spending that amount. She started mumbling in her language and then with an attitude started to take off the three fingers of gel. She then proceeded to try to convince me telling me the price would be the same I explained $45 is not the same as 90 she said French would be. At the end of the day I got a basic manicure powder gel and a regular pedicure and I spent $120!!!!!!! And I didn't even get the French manicure - total rip off and not worth it at all. read more

I went August 29th to get a regular french tip pedicure, gel french manicure, and eyelash extensions. Very clean salon with comfortable massage chairs. The gel french manicure lasted for two weeks and was so cute. It looked great for work and very elegant. The pedicure also lasted for a long time. The eyelash extensions lasted for soooo long. Actually there are still some lashes left and it's been over 6 weeks. But I would say that it lasted around a little over 5 weeks. It looked really dramatic but also natural where people who didn't know about eyelash extensions were in awe. I got so many compliments and I'll definitely go back to get them done again. For my first time, it was really comfortable and I even fell asleep. The top photo is my regular eyelashes - no mascara, just curled. Middle photo is literally me lying down after (so long!). I used to go here all the time and have always had a wonderful experience. Today I got my nails done and was externally disappointed. When I picked out the original color I wanted the tech said they didn't have it so I proceeded to pick another and the same thing didn't have it. Then a third choice they didn't have it. On the fourth choice I took a few seconds to choose and she said "I don't have time for this, pick" and I quickly made a choice feeling under pressure. Mind you there was no one in the salon aside from myself and my mother. After picking the color she went straight to putting on the top coat. I had to ask her to file my nails and she was visibly upset when I did so. Once she was done she asked for her tip because she was going to work across the street. Once given the tip she ran out. I asked the other tech for a file so I could attempt to fix my nails. She asked what was wrong and I showed her. No nails were completely covered some were very messy. She said "oh my god I'm sorry" but did nothing. For the price of the manicure this is unacceptable. read more

Decided to get my nails done at this place because I didn't have time to go to my place. It was the WORST decision ever! I wanted to get a gel manicure and the tech was nice, but had no clue what she was doing. Would paint one finger from one had then the other hand by the end I had a ton of bubbles on a GEL Manicure uhhhh save your $$$!! I ended up paying $35 plus tip soooo not worth it. My gel usually lasts about 2 weeks this one lasted 1 week and all my nails broke!!! Ladies don't waste your time. read more

My husband and I both love choco. I get my nails done here and he likes the Spa pedicure. The technicians are professional, and the setting is very relaxing. I had a mani/pedi with Vicki today. She was not very friendly. I tried to make conversation, but she did not get involved. She breezed through the service, using a minuscule amount of products (oils, lotions, etc) I asked for a callus remover, and she told me an additional $20. I have NEVER paid more than $10. I mentioned this to her and she didn't respond. It felt like she was doing me a favor. This was my second visit here. Very similar experience both times. I will not return to Coco. I prefer a friendly, welcoming salon. I'm sure I will find what I'm looking for at one of the many nail salons in town. read more

This salon has a history of trying to palm you off to other techs even if you have an appt with your favorite OR your tech has disappeared, never to be seen again! It had happened to me at least twice before this one.....Had a gel nail appt last nite at 5pm with my regularly scheduled nail tech (appt every 2 wks). Arrived only to be told other appts were booked for her at that time. Although my name was in the book, I was told she did not enter it under her name "column" and they "didn't know whose appt it was but I could come back the next day." Salon was clean and neat, but the technician was so aggressive that she cut my skin when she was buffing my nails and blamed it on my skin being sensitive and cuticles. Overall, she did an OK job and there were a lot of colors to chose from. But it was $60 for a gel manicure and the average in the area is $45.
