Instead of fixing the problem or honoring the service I already paid for, staff keep trying to upsell me on other services. That is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. If you cannot deliver the services you advertise and take full payment for, you should not be operating this way. Management needs to take accountability immediately. When the procedure was done, he told me to come back in 10 days for a follow. I received 6 text messages from their office with 2 different dates and 3 different times then what I was scheduled at.
