Great Customer Service, post sale... When buying our appliances, we decided to purchase the extended warranty and very glad we did. The Service Department was fabulous. Of course our dishwasher, went on the fritz during the holidays. The team at the store was very through and polite, helping troubleshoot over the phone. When they could not solve the issue on the phone, they scheduled for the service technician to come out. Our technician, Danny, was courteous, professional and through. He printed out and gave us our product troubleshooting guide, which was not included with the manufacturer's paperwork. He also showed us how we could pro-actively keep our appliance running more efficiently. Great service, great team! read more

We built a new home 5 years ago and have purchased all of our appliances from Aggressive Appliances (AA). From the very beginning with Kevin helping us discover which appliances are best for our life style and preferences to servicing support., AA has been fantastic! Last week our new purchase was a dishwasher. My husband and I had a particular brand and style in mind when we went to visit the AA store in Orlando. When greeted by Kevin, he remembered our names from 5 years ago. He is very friendly and listens to our needs and desires. Then he shows us the dishwasher we thought we wanted and asks if we would like to see other options based on what he heard us describing for our wants and needs. This last purchase has been absolutely wonderful. Kevin scheduled delivery and installation of our dishwasher within 5 days. Matt and Chris came to deliver and install our dishwasher. I could tell from the minute we met them how compatible they are in working together. Each one has a task and each others tasks compliment the others completion of the installation. They are very knowledgeable of AA appliances and educated us about using the dishwasher. We wouldn't think of buying our appliances, grills, and other "Cooking toys" from anyone else. We're now looking at purchasing a pizza oven!!!! read more

We just moved into our new home in Mount Dora and all of our appliances were purchased at Aggressive Appliances. We found their prices are very competitive. Everyone we have dealt with has been super nice and helpful. Andy Anderson was our salesperson who guided us through our selection process and kept us on budget. We had an issue with our freezer and we called and Brandon their service tech came out and was able to resolve our issue. Brandon was very knowledgeable and patient. We initially went here for washer and dryers. The team dropped them off and installed them in a timely matter. We had such great service with them that we then called Aggressive to do a dishwasher for us! Brad was very polite, he came to our home, determined what was the best way to extract out the old dishwasher to replace with the new one. He even had a little vacuum for pieces of dust or dirt from the old dishwasher, when we removed it. Brad changed out the two machines in a timely manner with time to show us how to run a cycle and make sure everything was working properly. read more

My hubby and I are building a new home and we get to pick out appliances - woo hoo. I'm embarrassed to say I had not heard of Aggressive appliances but hubby had so we went there on a rainy Saturday recently. My first impressions were Wow! We were greeted warmly by some friendly people and not given any high pressure. Jeff (who I correctly clocked as the boss) told us to walk around then circle back to him after we had a chance to explore. The appliance options have really changes throughout the years, especially when it comes to cooking and baking options. I was amazed by the choices and what I really like is how the store is laid out and the options presented creatively enough so one could really picture them in their home. That's good thinking, Aggressive Appliances! Also, many of the appliances are working and you can test them, very nice. We spent well over an hour and Jeff took the time to explain the benefits of induction and gas and them my husband and I had a battle royale with who could boil the water faster...I won on induction, natch! Full disclosure, this was more of a recon mission, and we did not purchase that day. but I found the prices to be reasonable. Our home will be done in several months and I know I will be back a couple more times as we get closer to design. I highly recommend this family friendly store! read more

I needed to have my refrigerator repaired. I called this company and gave my name and address and I spent 6.5 minutes on the phone making the appointment before they asked for my credit cared number. I asked why I would have to give that information just to make an appointment? They claimed that it is their policy to do so. I refused and then I kept a later appointment I have with Field's. I am not going to give you a credit card before you ever set foot in the door to do the repair. The name is Aggressive Appliance, and aggressive they are, but not with me. read more

We had to have out glass induction stove top replaced. Vijay and Kenny were great at replacing it for us. The guys were very careful not to scratch the counters, and worked very efficiently together. They cleaned up the area when they were done. Tested the stove top to make sure it was working correctly. And due to Covid, they wore their masks all the while they were here. Great job by Vijay, and Kenny. We would definitely use aggressive appliance for any of our appliance needs. The company is wonderful, as is the complete staff. Thank you for a great job. read more

Just answered my doorbell to an unexpected surprise! Mr. Gary Davis, an authorized repair tech for Aggressive Appliances was there to see how our oven was working!!!! Earlier this week he had stopped by to replace a part that was suspected of causing the oven to shut off during one preheat cycle that called for "more power" to speed heat. It was actually an issue with our breaker which an electrician replaced. When was the last time anyone ever cared enough to follow-up by phone much less in person for any repairs? We have purchased quite a few appliances from Aggressive and have always been happy with our selections. I had called Aggressive to inquire about an under counter refrigerator because ours was in need of serious repair. After having spoken with Dallas he asked what brand we were looking to replace and I told him it was a True under counter model. He quickly asked how old it was and I wasn't sure but gave him an approximate age. You can imagine how surprised and thrilled I was to find out it was still under warranty, and yes we still had the original paperwork. The main reason for this message is to let someone know how totally amazing Radu is and how grateful I am to have encountered such a wonderful man. I've been a homeowner for over 50 years, purchasing many appliances over time and have never been so overwhelmed than the amazing experience I had with Aggressive Appliances. I was looking at replacing my downdraft kitchen range with a new one but no one had the expertise in the complex installation with the exception of Aggressive. I dealt with David Cole who was such a pleasure to do business with. He was amazingly knowledgeable and sent out a technician to do a site inspection AT NO COST to ensure the installation was doable. The price was more than competitive than the big box stores and I walked away asking myself...why haven't I used them before? Their installation people were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly and sung the praises of their company. Compare that with other stores who provide a truck driver to slide in a purchased appliance and plug it in...with no other expertise. David Cole and Lloyd (installer) both made it apparent that they would go to any length to ensure I was pleased with my purchase. I was definitely struck with the WOW factor and will never purchase an appliance or have one serviced by any other company. read more

We bought our Bosche Dishwasher at Aggressive Appliances a few weeks ago and have been over-the-top delighted with our new appliances. But more importantly, the experience we had with the Aggressive staff was top-notch. Chrissy in the showroom was well-informed and not pushy in the slightest. Our delivery logistics were communicated to us in a timely manner. And the delivery team was absolutely wonderful during the installation. I don't think most people realize that Aggressive's prices are on par with Lowes and Home Depot. But in addition to great prices, I'm not sure anyone beats their service. We have been purchasing our appliances at Aggressive for over 30 years. Over that time period the prices have always been competitive and the service has always been prompt, professional,courteous and clean. Fernando and Ron just installed an under counter fridge/freezer/ice-maker combo during a DELUGE. They Exceeded all expectations and went out of their way to keep the weather and water outside. Also on the Management side of things, we had an issue with an appliance that needed to be replaced. Sometimes you just get a lemon. The ownership of Aggressive and Arron, the service manager went above and beyond with a less than willing manufacturer to see that our issue was resolved to our satisfaction. We initially bought a dishwasher from Best Buy. When the install came they encountered problems removing the old dishwasher and indicated the flooring needed to be removed for the install to be completed. After consulting a flooring company, they recommended the experts at Aggressive Appliance who could properly do the job. We cancelled Best Buy and went to Aggressive Appliance where we met Westin. He was professional, knowledgeable and understood the difficulty of the install. He coordinated with the installer and made sure the install would go without difficulty. The installer was well prepared and the whole installation went flawlessly Aggressive Appliance exceeded expectations and we will definitely go to them for any further appliance needs. We had issues with our Bosch dishwasher and was referred to Aggressive. I can not fault them for the time it took to get the part and one of the techs that came out to service was great. He also ordered a main board as he stated Bosch was also having trouble with them. When 2 other techs came to install it, they left and didn't check to be sure that it was working after installing it. We learned late that night on a Friday, so we called very early the next morning (Saturday) to get someone to help as we had company arriving that evening. Left 2 messages for emergency service and didn't received a response back. I assume it a technology sanfu as I spoke to the ower later and he was very apologetic. In their defense I did not follow through with an email thinking I would receive a call from the messsge I left. I have been told by the owner that he will be sure the emergency service line will be corrected and I feel much better knowing they care enough to do the right thing. So all is well now. Aggressive has a fabulous showroom and a great team, but BEWARE OF SAMSUNG APPLIANCES! The oven is awful. A service person has been out 5 x in the 1 year I have owned the oven. The timer bell is so soft that you cannot hear it even being in the same room It beeps for 30 seconds and shuts off UNLIKE the dryer that the beep is SO LOUD you can hear it across the street and does not shut off until you manually shut it off- meaning if you go to sleep drying clothes you will have to get up and shut off the beep. SO ANNOYING! The service people think I am crazy when I say my oven only gets up to 350. When they come out they say "Our temp guide only goes to 350" - how does that help? I like to bake a lot and I WISH they would have pointed out that the beep is super soft and only lasts less than 30 seconds. I am now stuck:( as well that the oven loses heat capacity after 350). read more

When our refrigerator, which was out of warranty, stopped cooling I took a chance and called Aggressive Appliance. You never know about the honesty of a technician but Gary Davis was terrific. He knew immediately what was wrong, ordered the correct part and then returned to install it. He helped dismantle the refrigerator, installed and secured the part and then helped assemble everything for me. I would highly recommend Aggressive Appliance and request Gary if possible. read more

DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM THIS BUSINESS I bought a brand new Whirlpool Washer/Dryer from Aggressive Appliances, and paid about $1600 for the set. Within 3 months, the Dryer malfunctioned and I had to deal with customer service to get it repaired. Then, about 10 months later, the SAME PART malfunctioned in the Dryer. Rather than Aggressive standing by their product, they essentially told me if I wanted it repaired I had to eat the cost of the part when it malfunctioned again. That part cost over $300. I will never spend another dime with this business, as they shy away from the products they sell the second there is an issue with them and then try to place the cost back on the consumer when it is no fault of their own. Not only it took two months for these people to fix my microwave they also called me after a month stating that they needed to charge me $65 more to their original estimate because they claimed that they had no idea that they needed these extra parts. Fine, three weeks later they called me and let me know that the job was done. I picked the microwave up and I did not realize until I got home that the turntable was not there. I called the service department and after checking with the technician he said that the turntable was never there. Lie.The service manager Michelle invited me to come and check the place to see if I can find it!! Very unprofessional! Not a good experience for me at all. read more

So disappointed. Spent so much money with them on doing our entire kitchen. We had a problem with the microwave and they fixed it while under warranty for the year. Then, within a week of their repair it failed again, but it was just outside the warranty period. And they would not even stand behind it. Less than a year ago, I purchased a DCS 48 inch dual fuel stove/oven with six burners and a grill. Their service center has been out here twice. The electric ovens do not work nor have ever been reliable. ( It takes 2 1/2 hours to bake a coffee cake turned all the way up!) Latest is that they need to order 7 pieces and I've waited several weeks for parts. Called A.A. Friday only to be told parts still aren't in...so I called DCS/Fisher Paykel to see why it has taken three weeks for parts on Friday. Call DCS/FP, Monday morning and after being on hold for 1 hr. was told that Aggressive Appliances has the parts and they will call to schedule an appointment. So, knowing A.A. service dept as I do, I will call them as if I have to wait for them to call me it might be next week and then another week before they can come out. I obviously got a "lemon" 10k oven/stove. When you are replacing 10 parts in less than a year and you can not melt butter under the broiler there is something really wrong! I am just going to blog all of this frustrating tale as no one seems to care from Aggressive Appliances end. I have a huge event where I am hosting lots of people and have no idea what I am going to do since my beautiful DCS oven/stove is just a paperweight. I would not recommend DCS nor Aggressive Appliances service department. Sales people are lovely but who cares if you can't get the service you need when you need it! Incidentally, simple words like "I am so sorry, you have had nothing but trouble with your dream appliance" would be a nice start. read more

I purchased a top-of-the-line Kitchen Aid dishwasher from Aggressive Appliances in May of 2014. As happens with most appliances, the dishwasher did have issues, and Aggressive came out to repair it several times. The reason why I gave a one-star review is because of the nightmare story that follows. After using the dishwasher, I began to suspect that it was not venting properly. I pointed this out to one of the repair-people who visited my home, and he indicated to me that I was wrong and that the dishwasher vented from the bottom. Since I am not an expert on appliances, I believed his assessment at first. However, after again using the dishwasher for a while, I began to doubt whether the original repair-person's evaluation was correct. Multiple times I brought up the venting issue to Aggressive Appliances, and multiple times they told me I was wrong. Finally, when I noticed that the dishwasher was damaging my cabinets, I had Aggressive Appliances come out to my house yet again. This time, miraculously, they acknowledged I was correct and that indeed the dishwasher had been venting improperly. At this point, I had a broken dishwasher and a damaged cabinet (that could have been avoided if they had actually checked that the appliance was venting correctly in the first place). I had hoped that since Aggressive Appliances is a business that truly cares about its customers, that they would help me in repairing my cabinets and in fixing or replacing the dishwasher. At first, they seemed like they genuinely cared and would help. However, after not hearing from them over a couple weeks, I contacted them and was told that they would do nothing for me and that I should contact Kitchen Aid and that they would handle the problem. I said that I did not want to do this. Despite telling Aggressive Appliances that I did not want to go through Kitchen Aid, they filed a complaint with Kitchen Aid anyways on my behalf. I got an unexpected email from Kitchen Aid asking for a crazy amount of information. I asked Aggressive to help me if they insisted I handle my problem with Kitchen Aid, but instead, Aggressive told me they would not help me and that I was on my own. I really wanted to like Aggressive Appliances, and like to support local small businesses, but if this is how they handle their customers, I would recommend that anyone looking for appliances go someplace else that actually stands behind their products and can admit when they made an error. read more
