Absolutely 5-star service from Aggressive Appliances. Cesar and Andres installed our new gas cooktop today, and they were fantastic from start to finish. The opening needed a small amount of granite cutting, and they carefully tarped and taped off the area to keep dust to a minimum. They cleaned everything thoroughly afterward, connected and tested the natural gas, hauled away the old cooktop, and completed the entire job quickly and efficiently. They were also incredibly friendly and took the time to explain all of the new features and show me how everything works. The installation looks great, and the whole experience was smooth and professional. We also had our refrigerator and dishwasher installed last week by another Aggressive Appliances team. I unfortunately did not catch their names, but they were just as wonderful. They were professional, efficient, friendly, and did an excellent job. Overall, we have been incredibly happy with every part of the experience. Aggressive Appliances. Not a name that inspires confidence - more like fear, but it was fear of a flood after my dishwasher started leaking that set me on a search for a replacement. Naturally, I asked a couple of AIs for their opinion, and Aggressive came up. What I liked most, other than the generally good reviews, was that they have their own installation and repair people. All the usual suspects (you know, the Box stores), deliver one day and install on another day - typically using outside contractors. I really liked the idea of the delivery and installation happening at the same time by the same team - that's old school. So, I stopped in the next morning and met Alex - he listened to my priorities and laid out some options that fit. He wasn't the slightest bit aggressive. I bought a dishwasher for delivery in a few days. A day later, my fridge started to leak. What are the odds? It was a Kenmore - you know, what Sears used to sell. The good stuff. And surprise, "Sears home services" still existed, so I figured maybe it can be fixed? I should have known better, "Sears home services" doesn't seem to be anything other than an AI chatbot that schedules 3rd party repair people. The one that was scheduled to show up did not. By then, I had noticed that my ice cream was sometimes partially melting - suggesting the cooling was starting to fail. The dishwasher side went much better. The delivery folk, Jason and Delton, were on time and did a great job on the installation - even dealing with the fact that there was some distance between the dishwasher and the sink. The next day I'm back to see Alex. And again, he listens to my priorities. He's very upfront about how today's refrigerators aren't as reliable in general as the older ones, but points me to Whirlpool as a good fit for my needs. Because my fridge hasn't completely failed yet, I don't insist on a unit that's in stock - so we order one that's expected in on Wednesday. This is on Sunday. Monday evening, I notice that everything in the freezer has basically melted. Oh joy. Tuesday morning I drop Alex a note that while I know the fridge won't be in until Wednesday, anything he can do to expedite the installation after that would be appreciated. That evening he gives me a call - they'll be in to install my new fridge the next morning. And the next morning Lorenzo and Walter show up and install my new fridge. And like the other team, they are professional and very careful in the process. How do you describe an appliance store that has its own installers, their own service people, who show up on time, do a great job, and communicate well? And one that charges pretty much the same prices as you find in the big box stores (yes, I did check). I don't know - maybe aggressive is a good name after all, in the sense of aggressive customer service... Hopefully I won't need to call them again for a long time - two failures in one week is plenty. But I can guarantee that if and when the time comes, I won't even look anywhere else. read more

Hey, these guys are great. We have a fancy schmancy induction stove that came with our new build, and unfortunately there were some problems. These guys came in under my builder's warranty, so I can't comment on cost, but the biggest thing I noticed is they're REALLY respectful of your space. Asian household, so shoes off. They were immediately on board the first time. They had to come by a couple more times due to waiting for parts (again, fancy stove/oven, so I assume parts were a B to obtain) and every subsequent time they came, they knew to either take their shoes off or ask for plastic shoe baggies we had available for contractors. They also brought in a moving blanket for when they worked! Really impressed by that - give them a shot, assuming their price is within the budget! read more

This is the only company in the area that's certified to fix our oven, so we're lucky it's a good company. Alex came to the house three or four times over the last four months to get it fixed. He did a great job diagnosising to issue and knew exactly how to take everything apart. Unfortunately, the first part didn't fix everything and our oven would heat to about 300 degrees then cool down. He came back and found that a gauge or something was bad. After getting that installed, the oven works great. One strange issue I had was how long it took to get the parts. This oven is a brand I've never heard of so I figured the parts might be hard to get. After not hearing from the company for about a month to check on things, I was told that nothing would be ordered until I paid my bill. Understandable, but I never received a bill and they already installed one part that cost over $1,000. The lady on the phone sent a bill to my email and it got sent back as undeliverable. They had left out the first letter of my last name in my email address. I was able to pay the bill over the phone easily after she text me a link. My question is: why wouldn't someone have noticed that my initial email returned as undeliverable and called me? They have my phone number and my home address to mail a bill if they wanted. The second part (that was only like $100) wasn't even ordered yet because of my bill not being paid. Luckily, I don't use the oven very much so it wasn't a huge deal. read more

Mike and Alan came out today to replace my new Samsung dishwasher that hasn't worked since I moved in. Unfortunately the newer dishwasher did not work either and was doing the same issue. From the sale to the delivery to the installation is always spot on and exceeds any other like business I've ever done business with. Just bought an LG refrigerator and again chose Aggressive appliances. The salesman, Dean Snyder was extremely helpful and patient with us. They make every effort to price match competitors. Most of all, the delivery team, Jason and Kelvin, are experts in delivery and set up. Very much in contrast with other businesses who are merely truck drivers with no expertise aside from drop off. Shout out to these guys for setting my fridge up with ice maker and all. They were careful not to damage anything when removing the old fridge. And... took the time to remove all the wrapping. Edit: Another service manager spoke to me and was wonderful. She tried to gain our business back but I already have someone else coming. Plus I don't trust the service team (see below). She credited me without me asking which was very decent and just. For that, I will consider buying again from the store, but will never use service dept. Buyer beware. We bought a beautiful GE range from this store. Loved the store and our salesperson. My concern is for service. My range broke and I paid $150 for a diagnosis that does not go toward repairs. Note I had previously had another repairman come out and diagnose it by merely looking at it. Didn't pull it out look inside nothing so I asked Aggressive if they would properly diagnose. I was told that indeed it would be properly diagnosed even if it had to be taken apart. She said they would hook it up to a machine to help find the issue too. The repairman from Aggressive merely looked at it and said he'd never seen this happen took off 1 screw and said he'd was sure of the issue. Hmmm. Then I was sent an estimate requiring me to pay in full (parts and labor) BEFORE it is fixed. Never heard of any business doing this. They did tell me on the phone that if the fix didn't work I could return the part but not the labor. The estimate said returns are at management discretion. Considering the "diagnosis" was the removal of 1 screw I am not feeling confident in the organization. What a disappointment. I did speak to a manger, who said that no matter what I was told the "diagnosis" is final and no payment would be returned. I asked to speak to his manager. I was told he'd call me. Since they record their calls I asked if they could listen to my call to see what I was told. Have not heard back and it's been a couple of days. I called back today and was told the manager's manager was far too busy to speak with me and would likely never get a call back. Lesson learned. read more

In the recent past we have purchased a washer, dryer, stove and microwave from them and have been completely satisfied with the purchases and the delivery and installation services. One think I love about them is they don't nickel and dime you after purchase. They have removed the old appliances and furnished all the needed connectors without additional charges; that's something we haven't found elsewhere which makes them very competitive when you look at the entire price tag. read more

I am very disappointed in the service from Aggressive Appliances. We spent $17k on appliances 2 months ago and have only received one complete appliance out of 4! Delivery dates keep changing a i have to call to ask for updates. PNo one from sales or service thinks to call us and update us on changes. We had a dishwasher installed 3 weeks ago? And it was installed with a dent and blood on the handle. Disgusting. And when the technician came out to replace the dented panel , he brought the wrong panel. Still waiting. Our range we ordered is now 6 weeks past the original delivery date and no one cares to call and update us. Our sales rep Cesar has also stopped answering my emails. I have ordered appliances for two homes from aggressive appliances. The second time was 20 months ago. My Maytag washer was acting up so I called Aggressives service department. They came out yesterday and verified what I thought-control board and a drain issue. The serviceman was not surprised and said it happens a lot. The parts would have to be ordered and he would get back with a price and told us not under warrenty and would probably be costly. They sent me the estimate today. I can buy a new washer for cheaper!!! I was not happy. I bought a Maytag because of their service!!Tried to contact Maytag--a joke--all automated and even did a chat online that told me to call the same number. I told them I wanted to talk to a real person--crickets. 1 hour of my time wasted!! I called Aggressive service and talk to Tino. He told me he could credit my service charge and gave me a different number for Maytag. I finally talked to a real person. What a disappointment!!!! Their only help was to give me 15% off when I bought a new washer!!!! I was livid!! I called Tino back. I told him what happened and that I was pretty upset. 20 month old washer, broke, and was going to cost more than the washer cost to fix!! He said let see what I can do and he said he would callback within a couple of hours. ( I started research on new washers and it definitely was NOT going to be a Maytag!!). Tino called back in two minutes!!! He told me after talking to his boss, Heather, they were going to cover the cost of fixing the washer!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! You have put my faith back into customer service!! PS. I live in The Villages, FL, the fastest growing retire community in the country! Matt and Darren were exceptional with appliance removal. They were able to determine that the cabinets were the right size to accept new appliances. This saved having another site inspection. They gave us info for electrician and alerted us to leaking shut off valves so we can be ready for the new appliances installation. They also removed our custom wood panels for us. The crew that did the removal pick up were very efficient and removed old pieces carefully and quickly. I bought a matching Speed Queen washer and dryer about two years ago. On November of last year, the dryer (DR7) had a heating mechanism go out. Aggressive Appliances, regardless of their claim to support customers with warranty breakdowns, said they were too busy and so they got me in contact with another servicer. That servicer replaced the heating mechanism, however, the dryer now only works on high heat, but melts almost anything you put into the dryer. I called Aggressive back to come out and they replaced something that Speed Queen later described as a "cosmetic part." I was told that fixing this, the honey comb vent cover, would resolve the melting. It did not so I reached back out a few weeks later, now having melted over 1000 dollars in clothing items (I have six children), and they sent a repairman out. That repair man ran the dryer open, recognized that it was not working at the lower heats, and acknowledged that the rotors (I believe that is what he called them) were not working correctly and that is why the dryer made the loud scrapping noise whenever it was on. He then said it was likely a claim to Speed Queen and they would process it. When I called the next day, they had not processed anything because they said that the dryer only had cosmetic replacements. They also claimed that I had never contacted them to have the heating component fixed. At this point I was told that someone will call me next Tuesday to set up a time to come back out and, when I asked, they told me not to contact Speed Queen directly and that they would handle it. I contacted Speed Queen anyway and they stated that Aggressive Appliance had lied, and that no one from Aggressive Appliances had reached out at all. Speed Queen then said, based on the order history and the responses from Aggressive, they will be removing the claim for repair from them and sending it to a more reputable approved repair team in the area. I understand that even a new product can be a lemon, but for a company to put you on hold with a recording that says they come out right away to service items they sell, and then not do it is not good practice. To say a customer is not telling the truth (Speed Queen confirmed that the repair had been called in and made) is unacceptable. If you are looking for customer service, do not go with Aggressive Appliances. The word aggressive in their title should have told me that, but sometimes we have to learn the hard way. While we threw away most of the stuff that was melted, I have a few examples below to illustrate what was happening. read more

Our Bosh Dishwasher was delivered on Wednesday this past week after a redo on a damaged and unfunctional unit the week before. Aggressive right their wrong with an impeccable delivery this time. Erick was the lead installer and Felix was his helper. Erick's attention to detail was incredible, from his helpful explanation about the installation to his attention to the details of his work. He and Felix brought the unit into our house in the box and carefully unwrapped it and installed the unit with great attention and perfect craftsmanship. Explained every detail to the questions I asked in a manner I could understand.. Erick even explained about my drain hose situation which I wasn't aware of as a homeowner. Aggressive was able to pickup the refrigerator from Whirlpool and deliver in 2 days! At delivery Marcus and Delton removed styrofoam packing to find Damaged refrigerator sent by local Whirlpool dealer. Thankfully Marcus and Delton did not try to deliver damaged refrigerator to my home. Since I had no refrigerator, Tina was able to locate a loaner refrigerator until a replacement could be ordered. Marcus and Delton came later that afternoon to deliver loaner. Loaner was larger than door opening. No problem, Marcus and Delton had to remove refrigerator doors and brackets just to get loaner refrigerator in my door. I arrived to Aggresive Applicances to buy a washer and was greeted by Gustavo. Gus is the salesperson whom all stores should model their salesforce. No pushing products in my face, he was well mannered and considerate, and perhaps best of all he listened. We didn't want bells and whistles, wifi, but a reliable machine. We got what we wanted. Second, Herbert and Song delivered, installed our washer. A big point I want to make; They got to my home earlier than I expected. I didn't have to wait for hours wondering if anybody was gonna come. There was a small leak in the spigot, they fixed it. They leveled the washer. They showed me how to operate and ran a quick test filling the washer with water, soak, and finish. They were also pleasant, quick, and I got a lot more confidence that I was getting a great product. The Maytag Commercial machine with fantastic warranty.
