He was very detail oriented at each step from the beauty and quality finish, the caulking, and the subtle ridges on the bottom of the tub to avoid slipping. I was also impressed with how smoothly the shower doors operated on the tracks after he re-installed them - better than before. Additionally, he showed me a couple of "insider tips" how to clean the grime buildup from the shower doors correctly so they looked almost new once reinstalled. I chose Americas Tub because of the solid reviews, and I had a very positive experience throughout the job. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA.
