Honestly such a great job, I chose stain that meant they had to sand off all the DIY paint that is many years old, that only took them one day then the next they started staining the boxes. These are 40 year old cabinets that NOW look brand new by refacing them. The cost was competitive and affordable especially considering the cost of new cabinets, my counters were fine for now so this was totally worth it. If you're wanting new cabinets or a quick kitchen update but not the price tag of them just do this you won't be disappointed. I'll also say I chose stain and my cabinet boxes took the stain darker so my cabinets had to be a tad darker than I anticipated but I love them just the same. The team was quick and attentive, I noticed some blemishes before the project was over and they took the doors and redid them to my liking without complaints. Impact Pro did a terrific job on our 35 year old kitchen cabinets. They were in pretty good shape structurally but had a lot of worn surfaces. I didn't want to change the color, so I chose their standard refresh option. They removed all the doors and drawers and took them to the shop where they worked their magic. It took about 10 days from start to finish, but only two days of work at my house. The crew was professional, efficient, and friendly. BTW, I requested quotes from four businesses and they had the best price. I also chose them because they specialize in cabinet work while the others seemed to be primarily painters, and I didn't want my cabinets painted. Luis was quick to respond to my questions and even sent me instructions on how to care for my cabinets during the initial curing process. I'm very happy with my refinished cabinets. Luis and his crew did fantastic work from start to finis on our larger job. All of the cabinets got refinished in our 3,000' home. Areas included a big kitchen, pantry, laundry room, 3 bathrooms and some other areas. House is 22 years old and we have lived in it and raised our family in it for 13 years. It was showing it's age. After the work, it looks better than new! All of the wood was sanded with 100 grit, conditioned, sanded again with 330 grit, and then finished to the exact stain we were hoping for (they somehow matched our furniture). Then they installed our choice of hardware and added crown moulding. What a waste new cabinets would have been! There was absolutely beautiful wood underneath 22 years of wear! We had the cabinets refaced with new shaker style doors and the prior contractor did a poor job staining the Alder wood doors which resulted in a very blotchy finish. I had an appointment for an in-house quote from Impact Pro Cabinet Refinishing to paint my kitchen cabinets. A half hour before they were to arrive, they canceled because of an emergency. Understood, emergencies happen. I called back the following day and we rescheduled for that coming Saturday. They never showed up. I contacted them about an hour after they were supposed to arrive. They said they were sorry but couldn't make it, but if I texted pictures of my kitchen, they could give me an online quote and would offer a free cabinet painting for one bathroom. I texted pictures, and the sale rep told me he would get back to me by the end of that day. It's a week later and I have not heard one word back from them.
