There's a dino area right outside and then on the other side is where the zoo part is. There's not a ton of animals but the animals that are there were pretty active when we were there. There was a tortoise, birds, rabbits, fish, flamingos that we actually got to feed and a few others that I'm forgetting. Again, not huge but it was enough that we probably spent about a good 2 hours there. After that, there's also a park right behind it so if your kiddos aren't tired already, they can burn off some energy there. If we lived closer, I would consider getting a pass but for now, we'll do some day trips there

There's a little bit of everything, from hands-on science exhibits to animals, climbing structures, and the dinosaur garden. What I appreciated most was how interactive everything was. The exhibits encourage kids to touch, build, experiment, and play rather than just look at things. The zoo itself is small, but that's actually part of the appeal when you're visiting with young children. We saw flamingos, meerkats, rabbits, and other animals without having to spend an entire day walking around a massive zoo. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was incredibly crowded. It felt like every exhibit had a cluster of kids around it, and it was sometimes hard for my son to get a turn or really engage with certain activities. I understand it's a popular destination, but the crowds definitely took away from the experience a bit. That said, it's easy to see why so many families love this place. It's clean, well-maintained, educational, and genuinely fun for young kids.

There are a few seat belts and the one that attaches to the bar to make it just that much tighter on you so don't forget about that little thing because you know you want it on! Once you've been strapped down to the car you try going and that's when you realize this whole becoming restrained part was totally worth it as you find yourself riding heavy down this radical wooden coaster like I said it rides heavy but you don't feel it as the whole ride is very smooth and just awesome coaster ride in it's own way which makes me kinda forget that I've been strapped down to the car the whole review through! One thing I've noticed at the park over the several few Grizzly rides is that the time of the ride opening seems to be later after the park is already open for a busy minute so plan accordingly! They helped me string up and put a HBD banner and set up my little one's high chair and way more like help bring stuff in, stock the drink fridge, set out the pastries, etc. They just knew what to do & did it straight away. I was amazed by the speed and professionalism! If only I had this level of set up at every birthday party. Barely any dictation or answering questions was needed. What a hugeeee lift off the mental load! There's a dedicated drink fridge in front of the register that kept our drinks chilled and easy for guests to grab. The food table is nice and long so it held a lot of food & we had A LOTT of food. We opted for the photo package too which was nice because usually being the host means you're too busy to take photos and get photos taken of your family. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your little one's special event! I only wish that this place was bigger so that we could invite more friends to our event. We met with the manager prior to the birthday for a walkthrough of the party space, and we coordinated our group going from our party to the Lego movie after the party. I had a million questions as a detailed planner and the team were incredibly efficient at answering all of my pre questions so that I could ensure my guests had all if the information upon arrival. Ultimately, we had a 5 star experience. This is an excellent venue because your group is together for the party and then everyone can free play and explore for as long as they want afterwards. It was so delightful to see all of the kids and parents engaged in their activities of choice when the party room ended. We learned that all of our guests had a blast and many kids are still talking about our son's party to this day. This is on par price wise for the jumping birthday places, so we felt like we had a unique and fun birthday experience for about the same price as we would have paid for the standard jump birthday. We've been to 4 birthday's at the same jump house business this year, so we loved mixing it up for our guests. The facility is awesome, staff are super friendly and the experience is wonderful! At the end of our party, a super sweet employee helped us make 2 trips with their wagon to our car with gifts. She packed all of our gifts in our car and we were on our way! Such a wonderful experience end to end.

The facility is newer and nicer there but the bigger difference is in the staff. I hosted a party here earlier this year and I had the hardest time getting hold of someone to talk to about the party. Each email and phone call had to be done repeatedly. I had almost forgotten about this but a friend just hosted here and mentioned the same issue I had. Additionally I noticed at the party there there was almost no staff at the bouncy house rooms. The would walk us to the room then disappear until the next room changed. However, two other pump it ups I've been to definitely always had staff watching over everything. Really hope they start training the employees to be more attentive and responsive to customers. Personally I wouldn't want to host at this site again.

There are so many rides designed just for younger children, and my son had a blast exploring everything. Our absolute favorite was the helicopter ride where you pedal to make your helicopter fly higher into the air. It was such a unique ride, and he couldn't stop talking about it! The outside play area was also much bigger than we expected and was adorable. It gave the kids plenty of space to climb, explore, and burn off energy. The petting zoo was another fun stop, and we loved the cute sand digging station next to the tortoise exhibit. While the animal exhibits aren't as large or extensive as some bigger zoos, the variety of rides and play areas more than makes up for it. Happy Hollow is really the perfect mix of a zoo and an amusement park for younger children. They also have a full café with plenty of options, including pizza, snacks, ice cream, and even healthier choices, so it's easy to spend the entire day without leaving the park. The only downside during our visit was that I wish more of the rides had been open. Even so, we had a wonderful time and are already planning another visit. Next time we'll arrive earlier so we can enjoy even more of what the park has to offer. Overall, it's a fantastic family destination, and we'll definitely be back!

The goat petting area was appreciated, it did keep my kids entertained for a bit. It was pretty busy for a Thursday but lines for the open rides moved quickly. The playground however, does get full quickly lol. It was a hit for my kids as well. Food: you're better off packing your own snack/lunch. It's self serve and quick which is appreciated but let's be honest, the quality was horrible. The cheeseburger was so hard to eat even my husband was disgusted. He had the grilled chicken sandwich and said it was "okay" My kids had macaroni and cheese, it was Kraft so couldn't mess up there lol. Pricing is also ridiculous but expected.
