Pros: - Length of time / it's an all-day camp from 8:30-3:30. - Variety of activities / they stay indoors most of the day either playing in the play structure area or in the party room doing arts and crafts. However, they also have a designated area in the spacious parking lot to do activities as well so the kids do get fresh air outside. - Staff / the camp counselors are AWESOME! Super patient, friendly, and sweet to the kids. Ms. Yadira, Zoe, and Jojo need a raise. They were SO good to the kids! - Drive-thru drop-off and pick-up line / except for the first day of camp, you can use the drive-thru line for the rest of the week. Very convenient, safe, and fast since there's one staff member with the sign-out sheet and another staff member helps with loading or unloading the kids. - Communication / prior to camp, we received a detailed email that included information on timing, activities, and themes for the week. We knew exactly what to expect each day. - Photo privacy / they take photos and videos to post to their social media accounts, but if you want to opt your kids out, they honor that easily. - Snacks / two snacks were provided each day, but you bring your own lunch from home Cons: Can't think of any! This camp may not be right for older kids (the pre-teens), but for the littles, it was very fun. Highly recommend!

You have to make a reservation I'm guessing so it doesn't get overpacked. As soon as you enter, there's a ton of indoor activities for the little. There's a dino area right outside and then on the other side is where the zoo part is. There's not a ton of animals but the animals that are there were pretty active when we were there. There was a tortoise, birds, rabbits, fish, flamingos that we actually got to feed and a few others that I'm forgetting. Again, not huge but it was enough that we probably spent about a good 2 hours there. After that, there's also a park right behind it so if your kiddos aren't tired already, they can burn off some energy there. If we lived closer, I would consider getting a pass but for now, we'll do some day trips there

Venue The Palo Alto Junior Museum & Zoo is exactly that - it's a smaller, toddler-friendly museum and zoo. Plan to visit for an estimated 1.5 - 2 hours, as this should be plenty of time to explore everything. There are both indoor and outdoor experiences, including interactive activities for little ones, an outdoor zoo, complimentary flamingo feeding sessions, and a treehouse-style playground. Animals available included meerkats, flamingos, raccoons, fish, a tortoise, and macaws. Location / Parking The museum is right next to Rinconada Park and there's a dedicated parking lot. It can fill up quickly during popular reservation times and street parking is also available nearby. Customer Service The front desk staff scans admission tickets upon arrival and provides a stamp for in-and-out privileges, which is helpful if you plan to visit the neighboring Rinconada Park.

I personally cannot probably go on it anymore because whenever I do I get a huge headache. It really shakes it's not good at all and I just have a hard time having any fun on it whatsoever. Once you've been strapped down to the car you try going and that's when you realize this whole becoming restrained part was totally worth it as you find yourself riding heavy down this radical wooden coaster like I said it rides heavy but you don't feel it as the whole ride is very smooth and just awesome coaster ride in it's own way which makes me kinda forget that I've been strapped down to the car the whole review through! One thing I've noticed at the park over the several few Grizzly rides is that the time of the ride opening seems to be later after the park is already open for a busy minute so plan accordingly! They helped me string up and put a HBD banner and set up my little one's high chair and way more like help bring stuff in, stock the drink fridge, set out the pastries, etc. They just knew what to do & did it straight away. I was amazed by the speed and professionalism! If only I had this level of set up at every birthday party. Barely any dictation or answering questions was needed. What a hugeeee lift off the mental load! There's a dedicated drink fridge in front of the register that kept our drinks chilled and easy for guests to grab. The food table is nice and long so it held a lot of food & we had A LOTT of food. We opted for the photo package too which was nice because usually being the host means you're too busy to take photos and get photos taken of your family. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your little one's special event! I only wish that this place was bigger so that we could invite more friends to our event. There was hardly any wait for the ride due the event. I did went on it a few times for the raffle ticket challenge. Sadly, the staff closed it a few minutes early from the event and I wanted to go one more time. Some staff are not happy to be around but I can relate for this. Some feel like they have to be here or needs to work on their social skills. But no negativity experience from this. There is also a theater area which is not too bad there. The 4D effects can be cheesy though. The good thing around this place is that there is a huge impressive lego models of the Bay Area in one room! San Francisco, San Jose, Santa Clara and Oakland! First time here and got the impression right away that most workers were there because they HAD to be there, not because they WANTED to be there. Not saying that all workers were like that, but at least 80% gave that vibe. Came on a Saturday afternoon and the bathroom was overflowing with paper towels in the garbage and toilets not flushing properly. When my son would go up to workers and ask about Pop Badges (because he went to LLCA and LLFL earlier this year), workers would say no even if they were wearing them on their lanyards. (Read somewhere later that you're supposed to "trade" with staff but it would have been nice if someone working took the time to explain that.) HUGE shoutout to the store attached, those workers were really kind and took the time to say hello and acknowledge my son who was celebrating his birthday. Oh! And also the train attendants.

My only complaint is that it was difficult to sign the waiver because it seemed like you could only sign a waiver the day of the party (and other friends had the same experience). However, one friend troubleshot this by going on a laptop and not her phone and found a way (I forget actually but it worked).

Additionally I noticed at the party there there was almost no staff at the bouncy house rooms. The would walk us to the room then disappear until the next room changed. However, two other pump it ups I've been to definitely always had staff watching over everything. Really hope they start training the employees to be more attentive and responsive to customers. Personally I wouldn't want to host at this site again.

Now, during specific months during the year, they host senior safari where seniors can visit for free and participate in organized activities and visit sponsors for literature and their goodies. I have been attending the safaris for a while and was disappointed this past month. I do appreciate the opportunity for a free visit but would like to see different sponsors and maybe have them stay a bit longer. For the safari this past month I arrived at 9:20 (20 mins after opening) and half of the sponsors were packing up because they ran out of freebies and literature. The biggest disappointment was Danny the dragon along with the carrousel were non-op. Regardless, the main purpose of senior safari is encourage movement and 10,000 steps. I am looking forward to the cooler months to enjoy my walk in the park soaking up the fall weather and sights.

But the kids games (floor is lava and box party) were honestly not that fun, even for the kids. The tracking technology is just OK, the games aren't actually that immersive - you're just kind of a human controller. So yeah. Glad we did it once, would do the same, but don't feel any desire to go back really.

He took the time to make sure everyone understood how to play and never made us feel rushed. His enthusiasm and customer service really made the experience even more enjoyable. We ended up having so much fun that we're already planning to book my nephew's birthday party here! Thank you, Benji, for making our visit such a great one. We can't wait to come back!
