The "nice guy" installed the lowest quality / crappiest water heater on the market. (Bradford White - water heater - ICON - E) TAKES FOREVER BEFORE "HOT WATER" comes through the pipes. Ed and Matt examined what was there, found a few little leaks, put some new fittings on here and there, made some adjustments to the jet pump and BOOM - I have water pumping into my house again! They were very friendly (and funny), right on time and made sure the whole system was running right. When we contacted the company within that one-year to request service, we were informed that they had relocated operations to Arizona without any notice to customers. The company refused to honor the service agreement, offered no refund, and provided no alternative solution. Selling a paid one-year service agreement and then relocating out of state without supporting existing customers is unacceptable. I advise against doing business with this company.
