This was a complicated install made even more challenging by the small space, but Donny's workmanship and problem-solving was excellent. They were able to accommodate my schedule, finished on time and were collaborative with me throughout the process and helped me land on a solution and price that I was satisfied with. Despite providing this documentation, the company unilaterally canceled a scheduled service appointment the day before it was to occur, citing non-payment. When confronted with proof, the explanation shifted to a claim that they "never received the funds from the credit card company," which is not a defensible position to place on a customer after confirming receipt. These outdated business practices, inconsistent internal communication, and lack of basic financial controls introduce unnecessary risk for clients. While I had initially intended to continue using this company, the operational failures and resulting service disruption make them unreliable and difficult to do business with. She explained in detail: allowing mole mounds inside valve boxes causes corrosion of the valves which means they malfunction & need to be replaced -- keep moles out by brick bottom & sealed holes. If a part is bad, she has the replacement. When she's done, your sprinkler valves are set for the season.
