Husband and I just enjoyed our couples 80mins and want more!!!!! Beautiful cozy spa with unisex sleepy bed by their waterfall with open sky view! Very pampering spa with everything you need available! Just purchased their shower mist and can't wait to bring the spa HOME!

I found this place on Groupon and when I looked at the reviews, I figured why not let me give it a try. I am so glad I had the opportunity to get a massage by Michelle, she was AMAZING. she went above and beyond. It was just great!! My massage was cut short, it was suppose to be 50 minutes but I only was there for about 40 minutes! I also had the pod for 50 minutes. I was hoping there would be some music and even though there was a button for music, that didnt work!!! when I asked the employee afterward about the music, she said oh we dont play music for people to be more relaxed!! I dont think this is a super luxury spa and its too expensive in my opinion. so regularly its about $250 for the massage and pod. you can get it through Groupon. But even if you do get it through Groupon, there is still 20% gratuity from the original price which I think its ridiculous! I was told by their front desk staff that I was going to get a tour of the facility and that also never happened! My friend had purchased the massage and use the facility for the day. She only got the massage and didnt really get to use the facility and they refused to let her come in the next day to be able to use it. Not sure if I will be returning here, if its for the massage then definitely yes! but other than that, no. The lockers, i put the code and when I came back to get my stuff and tried to open it, It wouldnt open There are a lot of things that I disliked here, I dont recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful views, plenty of areas to lounge around in and was assigned an excellent massage therapist. I spent most of my time near the lovely fountain area and was even offered a complimentary glass of champagne for my birthday. Sweet! I hear this place is undergoing renovations and will be offering a lazy river for guests which sounds cool. I took off one star because I felt like this establishment didn't disclose what felt like hidden fees to me as a customer. An additional percentage % was added within my bill for gratuity without being disclosed. I tried to look past it but the employees at the front desk didn't make the situation any better and were extremely unfriendly and lacked customer service.

MY 200th REVIEW: Who doesn't love a massage?! Now let me tell you a little about myself. I am a frugal shopper and I absolutely love deals! Whenever I plan a trip somewhere, I always check Groupon, Living Social, Amazon deals, and Travelzoo to see what deals I can snag while on vacation. And my friend, I scored with this Travelzoo deal!: 50 minute Swedish massage with foot and hand scrub and $20 worth of spa bites. Since I was spending the weekend at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort, I took advantage of some much needed R&R. I walked in and was greeted with a warm "hello"! After completing necessary paperwork, I was escorted to a ladies only "retreat" spa area. The spa area, along with the facility as a whole, is immaculate! After changing into my robe, I was given a tour of the spa area: steam room, dry sauna, shower area, showers, pool, relaxation area where I wait for my therapist to take me to the massage room. Ahh, that massage was everything! Right on time! Once the massage was over, I was escorted to the outdoor unisex area where an ice cold glass of infused water (cucumber, grapefruit and mint leaves) awaiting. Oh the ambiance outside- sitting in the deck chairs surround by a small pool with waterfall and listening to the sound of running water was so serene. Welp, my relaxation period didn't last long, as the 105 degree weather was taking its course on my body, and since milk chocolate melts in the heat, it was time for my milk chocolate self to go lol. So I headed back to the female only area to change out of my robe. Included with the Travelzoo deal was $20 worth of spa food. Since my massage was later in the afternoon, the kitchen was closed by the time I got dressed. However, I was told that I could come back the next day to use the voucher, and since I was staying at the resort, that worked out. About that spa food menu: uh, the choices are limited and the items that I ordered wasn't horrible nor was it nouth-watering. It was just ok. For $115 (Travelzoo price) plus $21 gratuity that the spa added, was well worth it!

Considering my extensive experience with massages, this speaks volumes about the quality of their services. From the moment we entered the spa, the exceptional customer service set the tone for an outstanding experience. Every staff member displayed genuine enthusiasm and a commitment to ensuring our utmost satisfaction. The spa's locker room and lounge areas were designed to promote complete relaxation. One of the unique features they offer is the "running of the waters," an Indian tradition where you can enjoy a private room to soak in a mineral bath from local hot springs. It was an incredible and rejuvenating experience. After your massage, you're given 20 minutes to unwind in these therapeutic waters. The spa is built around the sacred, ancient Agua Caliente hot mineral spring, which has been providing 12,000 years of healing mineral water. The facility spans an impressive 72,000 square feet and boasts a resort-style mineral pool, four whirlpools, float pod suites, halotherapy salt caves, a cryotherapy chamber, and eucalyptus steam rooms. For those seeking a relaxing poolside experience, the spa also offers a fabulous pool area where you can soak up the sun and enjoy a delicious lunch. We indulged in some delectable breakfast items at their snack coffee bar area, including a delightful chia seeds pudding topped with fresh berries and a robust, smooth coffee. We were celebrating my mom's birthday, and she felt incredibly special and well taken care of throughout her visit. I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was at the Spa at Agua Caliente. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly exceptional massage and spa experience.

Based on my personal experiences and observations, I have become concerned about what I perceive to be drug-related activity and the impact it has on residents, visitors, and individuals seeking recovery. I recognize that my personal observations are not proof of criminal conduct, and I am not asking the Legislature to draw conclusions about any individual or business. Rather, I respectfully request that appropriate state and local agencies evaluate whether existing enforcement, regulatory oversight, and public health resources are sufficient to address illegal drug activity where credible evidence exists. During a recent visit to a local spa, I did not feel comfortable with the overall atmosphere and management of the property. As a guest, I expected a safe, relaxing, and professionally managed environment but left feeling dissatisfied. While my experience alone does not establish wrongdoing, I believe that concerns raised by members of the public should be taken seriously and reviewed when appropriate. I respectfully request that the Legislature encourage appropriate state and local agencies to review community concerns regarding public safety and possible illegal activity in areas where credible reports exist. Any such review should be conducted objectively, fairly, and based on verifiable evidence and applicable law. I also encourage the California Legislature to consider: Increasing funding for addiction treatment, recovery, and behavioral health services. Strengthening oversight and accountability where there is credible evidence of organized criminal activity. Supporting independent investigations when warranted by evidence. Expanding protections and resources for victims, witnesses, and community members who report suspected criminal activity in good faith. Investing in coordinated efforts among law enforcement, prosecutors, public health agencies, and community organizations to address substance abuse while respecting constitutional rights and due process. My hope is that California continues to promote transparency, accountability, effective enforcement, and access to treatment while ensuring that investigations are conducted professionally and based on reliable evidence. Thank you for your service to the people of California and for your consideration of these important public safety and public health issues. Respectfully, Christopher Albiker Palm Springs, California

The other day I took my mother and my fiancé for massages, and we were all excited. Unfortunately, none of us had a good experience. One of the first things I noticed was that the staff didn't seem to understand English. I politely asked several times if they could please close the door because I could hear people talking outside, and I felt extremely uncomfortable since I was undressed and worried someone could walk by. No one responded or seemed to understand my request. The massage itself was one of the worst I've ever had. It honestly felt like the therapist was inexperienced and didn't know what they were doing. Instead of feeling relaxed, I was uncomfortable the entire time. To make matters worse, the therapist giving me my massage passed gas during the session, and his stomach kept growling loudly. The smell lingered in the room and completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. It was incredibly distracting, unprofessional, and honestly disgusting. My mother and my fiancé were also disappointed with their massages, so unfortunately it wasn't just my experience. We all left feeling like we had wasted our money. For the prices they charge, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and quality. I would not return or recommend this place based on our experience.
