Wouldn't you know on January 1st my car decides it needs a tow. I was in Victorville and needed my car towed home in Monrovia. I called AAA and Bryan from Aguiar's Towing showed up in about 30 mins, way faster than I expected. He pulled up and was very professional and polite. My car is lowered and he knew exactly what to do for this situation. Loaded my car on the flatbed without any complications. Andres is my hero for sure!! I got a flat tire and forgot my cell phone and AAA card at home, so I used my Onstar and after a hour on hold they couldn't find any available tow trucks! Nobody wants to be broken down on the side of the freeway as happened to us with a blown radiator, but we were relieved when AAA dispatched Aguiar's towing who arrived at the estimated time. Prairie is my hero!! I was just getting ready to go on a road trip at 7 pm last week and all of a sudden my suv wouldn't start. Waited on the side of the road for over 2 hours waiting for them to show up and tow me home. I called AAA back and was assured they were right down the street from my location and they would give the driver my cell number to call me and coordinate. Soon dusk became night. No call No show. Pathetic. I wish they would have just called me and said we arent interested, your tow isnt far enough to be worth our while. The service technician, Jose, was beyond outstanding!!! Not only did he address my dead battery, he noticed one of my tires was low and immediately took care of it. Je located a nail in the tire and went back and double checked the pressure before leaving to make sure it was a slow leak and not a full on puncture. I also have a moped with a dead battery (don't judge me ) that he tried to help me with while waiting for my car to charge. He gave me some great recommendations for the moped. Called aaa and they were the company that was "suppose" to come and tow my vehicle. First it said they were gonna be there at 426am. 430am came around and I called to check on my status then it said eta is 501am. Called back at 520am and new status said 530am. 555am I call aaa back and they said the driver couldn't locate me and no car was at the address/ cross street no one called me nor did I see a tow truck as I was looking for one. So I called this terrible company and asked them what's going on. The guy told me to calm down as I've been waiting in the cold for over and hour and a half. It's 41 degrees outside while he's sitting in his office. I told him no I'm not calming down this is some bs. He then threatens me and says pull up to our shop and to keep that same attitude. I do not recommend this company what so ever dude on the phone was a complete idiot. They never showed up and they threatened me? How professional is this lol. read more

AAA request for roadside assistance on a Saturday morning sent Aguiar's Towing. $10 per mile, after my 7-mile allowance with AAA, seemed to be borderline extortion. Being in need and not knowing the going rate for tows in that area, what else could one do but acquiesce. The exorbitant fees paid for great customer service and a quick response time. After the fact, it still seems like a high rate, but when you factor in the rural area, no charge to get to the vehicle, the speed and the respectful, friendly service... Well, it's about as close as you can get to a fair "fare." read more

Even though I'm not pleased at the series of problems my car has recently had (5-year warranty ended this year...), one saving grace and very pleasing aspect has been Aguiar's drivers swift arrivals; this time even before their people could text an arrival update. Our car broke down in Hesperia and we needed a tow home. The gentleman who came out to help us was very informative and helpful. He tested the car alarm to make sure it wasn't the alarm that was messing up starting the car. He came even quicker then expected. I didn't catch his name. He came between 2:30 and 3:00 in the afternoon, across the street from the thrift store on main street in Hesperia. He is about 5'5, dark hair with facial hair. read more

Car battery failed in garage and Triple AAA got someone here in 10 minutes. Luckily it was Jose, one of techs from Aguilar who has helped us before (he even remembered the cars). He wore mask and gloves. In addition to the superb manner in which he presented himself and handled our situation, Jose offered alternatives, including prorating savings with the old battery trade.
