I asked if they could give me an estimate on cleaning upholstery on an art deco era lounge that needed cleaning. It had 2 major stains from where my Bulldog got ahold of it. He was quick to communicate back and his estimate and pricing was much more feasible for me compared to other quotes I had received. He was great at communicating via text, came on time and did a great job. I have dark grout and after all these years it got darker ... and he was honest that he did what he could but some spots were caked in. The carpet he got rid of the stains (pics attached) Also, the spray he uses is non toxic to pets which I was grateful for, since I have a cat. We had moved most of the furniture the night before, so that it would be easier for Joseph to get the cleaning done. The sofa we couldn't move, he was able to maneuver it around and clean under and around. Should also note, he finished an hour before he estimated which is great since that meant we could get on with our day too.
