Jeff is a very likable and caring man. He seemed driven to do the best job on my terribly old and neglected carpet I inherited upon moving. The only small gripe I have is that his top notch equipped van with all the high powered cleaning supplies was smashed and I found out the day before my cleaning that he would be using hand help power tools instead of his 4 cylinder powered unit. I think it would have made a difference, but how will I know? Very nice guy, was on time, and I think he tried hard to help.
