I decided to grab one of the menus. I took a look and everything sounded appetizing. It was also a number of different dishes I hadn't seen on any other Indian restaurant menu. I decided to give them a try. I ordered take out. When I went in to pick up my food I was delighted by the decor. It's fun. The person who brought out my order was friendly. My party got several items on the menu: Malai Kofta, an assortment of breads and desserts, and the Chicken 65 Biryani. Everything was fantastic. The following week I saw that Karma was on TooGoodToGo as well. I couldn't pass up Karma suprise. The food was once again fantastic. The only thing I would change about the TooGoodToGo order would've been a little more variety in the dishes. What I got was great though. This place should be full whenever they are open. So good! I am looking forward to going back.

The staff was transitioning from their lunch buffet to dinner service, was very friendly, and let me take in the beautiful interior. I was told how the owner did some of the fine details. When you get a Too Good to Go box, the selections are made for you. I can tell you everything I had was good and they were very generous in what they offered. The rice and the curries were really nice. I also think it's great they partner with Too Good to Go to avoid food waste. I'll be back for the whole experience but if you're looking for a great, reasonable lunch spot with really good food, you can't miss with Karma.

He ordered several dishes that we have never tried before and I was really pleasantly surprised: Karampodi chicken, Shrimp pepper fry, Guntur mirchi bajji, Nellore fish pulls, naan, & briyani. Our friend knew our typically go-to dishes are the butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, tandoori etc... so he ordered all these dishes so we can try new things. And every dish was delicious. Especially the Guntur mirchi bajji (fried green chili topped with onion & cilantro). Very delicious and fresh with different textures. It's a dish I'd have never ordered. I would definitely go back again to try more dishes there.

We come in around 8:15PM on a Sunday night so we had no issue getting a table. Once seated we started off with drinks. I normally go for a Kingfisher but they didn't have it. Was they did have was better. We got a Taj Mahal Lager and this bad boy comes in a large size which we were all impressed with. A full 22oz-24oz bottle gets us every time. For entrees they had a bunch of options and the prices were really good. We of course had to get some Naan and we went with Garlic and Chili Cheese. Their Garlic Naan was thinner then I was used too but still good. The Chili Cheese Naan was great and I will be getting this every time it is offered. I ended up getting by go to. The Lamb Korma spicy level hot. This again was a great price $19 or $20. Most Indian places have it $5 or $7 more for Lamb. This was a nice big serving and it was loaded with tender chunks of Lamb. I will say it was for sure a more mild spice for sure not hot and the Korma Curry was flavorful but not as much as I have had. I would for sure come back because prices are very good friendly staff and so many options.

(not pictured, Rose flavored ice cream)…read more The chicken tikka masala pizza was delicious. Me and my girlfriend went on a Saturday evening for the first time, and were pretty satisfied with the price ($32.74 for 1 large pizza and 2 single scoops of ice cream + 20% tip). Only took about 20 minutes to make everything, and they offered to give us the ice cream as we paid or once we returned. We picked the food up and could NOT stop talking about how wonderful it smelled. The ice cream itself is great, though has a strong floral taste so keep that in mind. The pizza was excellent. If you enjoy Indian food in any capacity, I highly recommend you check this restaurant out. You WILL find something that will catch your eye.

This review is all about the pizza. We ordered three pizzas: Pepperoni, Kadai chicken, and Butter Chicken. All three were delicious! The crust was thin but not so thin that it couldnt hold up the toppings and stayed warm while we ate the whole pizza! You can taste the quality and the freshness of the veggies too. I would have liked a little more spice to the pizzas but maybe there is a sauce you can add on for that. Overall I would 100% recommend them if you like Indian food and even if you dont order the pepperoni because its so good.

When I realized that there was a restaurant serving Nepalese (and Indian) food, I had to go! I went on a Monday evening. The place was maybe 10% full. Huge place, very bright and airy. Some TVs over the bar (they have a full bar). No reservations needed on Mondays, for sure. I started with a Nepalese beer. It was fine. I got the chicken momos, the samosas, and the daal with rice. Portion sizes were huge, and the food tasted fresh and well-seasoned. I got way too much food for one person, but I wanted to taste a range on things. I wish I had a bigger stomach! Service was really lovely and attentive.

I also got an order of butter naan (super fresh and folds). My entree was the standard butter chicken and rice. Didn't wait long for my table or my food. The host sat me and my waiter was right there to answer any questions and take my order. I am going back soon to try some other entrees. My soul was fed and that I don't get that a lot when dining out.

Take note there are two 5th Element spots within 10 minutes of each other. I started with one of their bottled Indian lagers. It wasn't too bad, although I wish they had draft options for the Indian beer. All the food was ordered for me prior to arrival so I'm a little lost on names of everything. We had Paneer Pakora (fried cottage cheese which was better than I had expected), buttered Naan bread, lentils and I believe vegetable biryani. It was all delicious! However, best part of the meal was the mango ice cream machine. That will make you comeback. It's house made. Our server was excellent. Highly recommend this spot! I'll be back if I'm in Jax again.
