VEEERY quiet place! Don't see any gaming and the casino cashier area is closed but the place is neat and clean and the coffee shop looks amazing.

Sia is exceptionally amazing. She has checked us in for the last 5-6 years. She has the most beautiful smile that lights up a room. She is respectful, thorough, friendly and professional. Each time we remember her because of her A1 customer service. She is always so helpful and answers all of our questions. I'll have more to say by the end of the week. We're relaxing

Love it. This is a boutique hotel, therefore, not too crowded. Check-in was fast and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was clean, wifi was fast. Our room was super spacious, it's a 1380 sqft penthouse with a sweeping 270° of city and mountain view, a large living room with couches, a big screen TV, dining table, working desk, fridge and coffee machine... Beautiful decor through out. A convenient powder room (sink and toilet) in living room area for guests. Bedroom is huge with sitting area, a large screen TV and a king size bed, very comfy with soft and silky bed sheets and pillows. Bathroom was clean with walk-in shower stall and double sinks vanity. Plenty of complimentary toiletries, HOWEVER, hotel should have more towels in bathroom. Although we stayed for 2 nights, they had just 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels and housekeeping is only available upon requested, not daily routine cleaning. My husband had to call housekeeping to request for more bath towels on 2nd day. - Overall, we like this hotel because it's quiet (no casino inside) safe, convenient location and best of all, a complimentary breakfast for 2 and NO PARKING fee. A rare find in Vegas, IMHO. - With all the amenities as described, what's not to like? Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Ahern hotel for a night so we weren't really able to explore it as much as we wanted to. But from the short visit we had, Ahern was clean, had friendly staff, and good food in the same vicinity! They also had great body wash, shampoo, and conditioner!

Found this place randomly on Hotels.com. Got one night Super Bowl weekend for 90 bucks. Zero resort fees. This is a hotel and convention center. There is no casino here. When I tell you that it was so quiet and didn't reek of smoke I was the happiest girl alive. No loud sounds or screaming kids to be found either. It also comes with free breakfast and it looks like it's a recently renovated spot. I've never heard of it, but I definitely recommend staying here if you want to be close enough to the ship, but still not deal with all the craziness. The area doesn't look the best however they do have around the clock security. Free parking as well! I will definitely be back and let others know about this place. It's right off the strip about two blocks from the stratosphere. $100 incidental fee

I don't usually review hotels as I'm in so many but this one is different . I've been to the strip . Stayed in many of the big name casinos . But I was solo on this trip and it was strictly business . I didn't want to walk through the casino to get to my room . Just wanted something elegant to crash at . This hotel exceeded all expectations It's beautiful inside Couple of restaurants and they have shows too. And old school because they still clean the rooms every day . But all of this for $120 for 2 nights and breakfast included !!! It's hard to believe . It's a solid choice if you are not here to gamble .

This was such a nice hotel to stay at. It was new, classy, and looked beautiful inside! Parking was easy in the attached free parking lot. Our room was spacious and furniture was comfortable. The mini refrigerator ran well and had a freezer compartment. Bathroom was beautiful with a big lit vanity mirror. The only thing we didn't like was the pink tint on the windows didn't allow any natural light color in. We ended up always drawing the curtains and turning the lights on to avoid seeing everything in pink. The shampoos, conditioners, and lotions feel luxurious. The lobby is spacious. There is an Italian restaurant on-site called Ottimo which is where you can get the included free breakfast. At check in, you receive dated breakfast vouchers that can only be used on that day. So if you miss 1 day, you cannot redeem multiple breakfast on a different day. The 4 breakfast options are a variation of $13-$18 items the restaurant serves on the menu and made to order: 1. classic egg, bacon/sausage, with potatoes and toast 2. sourdough waffle with berries and whipped cream 3. avocado toast with egg and salad, 4. oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar They offered complimentary 12pm check out. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Stayed here with the family and had a good experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part. Hotel check in is on the second floor. Parking is free. They have a few places in side of here including a coffee place, aroma, that I lived at. Good coffee and pastries, open 6am-8pm. And a restaurant, Ottimo, that had a variety of foods. There is a pizza counter with a small seating area out front and inside is a sit down restaurant. Only complaint was the pool. It's very small, it was sunny and they didn't have any umbrellas up, and the pool is not that big or deep. We got 2 rooms with 2 double beds each. Rooms came with fridge, 2 bottles of complementary water a day. They also had a karaoke place inside and there was a small art gallery inside and antique car display outside. I would definitely stay here again

Alrighty Gang, Where are all my Karaoke enthusiasts! If your your looking for a great place to hang out on a Wednesday or Friday night this is the place ! Donell DeVegaa is the the lady behind the Karaoke! She is awesome and very energetic! She greets her guest! And we had a great time! Timid is located inside Ahern and the American diner restaurant m! Here's some of the coffee stains that I was billed $200 because to them it's a biohazard
    Patricia V.

Beware of booking with Ahern. My friend n I stayed there for 3 nights while in Vegas. Months later I checked my account, the hotel charged my card $200 "damage fee" not once did I get a receipt for this charge or notify of my "damages" I called today to see what's happening. They said I damaged the sheets. My friend spilled coffee on the sheets and I was billed $200 claiming it's biohazard but yet they can provide me with their biohazard policy.

Came to visit during the Christmas season. Never been to this hotel before but it looked good from the review's. Booked online and grabbed a regular king room. Cute lobby- decorated for the holidays- intimate but purposeful. When checking in I asked if any upgrades were available -the lovely lady (Crystal) must have felt sorry for how sick I was and upgraded our room for us. It was a lovely gesture that meant so much since we both were sick. She even offered me different teas for my sore throat. The hotel is a little off the strip nearer to the Strat but was a great choice because it was quiet, smaller, and no casino. Monorail is literally 2 blocks away in the Sahara hotel. Because of the care and amazing service we received from Crystal and her staff- we will definitely stay here again.

Very easily a 5 star hotel. Extremely clean non smoking property. We're so pleased. Wonderful staff. Very accommodating. Delicious breakfasts. Spacious and very clean room. A few steps away from the Sahara which on 110 degree weather is quite daunting. Nevertheless the Sahara offers complimentary parking to non hotel guests. There's also the monorail station for easy access to the rest of the strip. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the Golden Steer restaurant which is a very popular steakhouse. Advance reservations are required. The hotel however offers excellent dining options as well. We tried their pizza by the slice and it was really good. Also our breakfast was super delicious. You can tell they use freshly sourced ingredients. They were very tasty.

I loved my recent visit to Vegas and stay at the Ahern Hotel. The hotel was super clean, check-in area as easy, the staff was nice. I would def stay here again! We never had trouble getting ride shares from this location and the waiting area was well lit. We also had breakfast and several dinners onsite. Food was very good and THEY SERVED COKE PRODUCTS. I felt safe in this hotel and the hallways and rooms were quiet.

We've stayed at the Cosmopolitan several times before, including in Terrace Suites with fountain views, so we were really looking forward to another memorable stay. Knowing it was a busy holiday weekend, I made every effort to request a better view well in advance. I called on June 25 to have a note added to our reservation requesting either a fountain view or, at the very least, a Strip view. After arriving in Las Vegas, I even stopped by the front desk a couple of days before check-in to ask if any upgrades might become available. I was told they couldn't guarantee anything but would note my request and recommended I come back early on check-in day. I followed their advice. I returned again late Thursday night to ask about availability and was told to complete an early pre-check-in because that would give me the best chance if rooms opened up. The next morning, I completed my pre-check-in around 8:30 a.m. The front desk confirmed fountain-view rooms were fully booked, which I completely understood. I then specifically asked for a Strip-view room instead, and they assured me they would note the request. When I finally checked into Room 2189, I was incredibly disappointed. Instead of a Strip view, the balcony overlooks the back of surrounding buildings, employee parking areas, rooftops, and mechanical equipment. You can barely catch a glimpse of the Strip only if you lean far over the balcony. For a room marketed around its terrace and views, this was a huge letdown-especially for a milestone anniversary and the Fourth of July, when we specifically wanted to enjoy the fireworks from our room. I immediately called the front desk and later spoke with the manager, Jonathan. He explained the hotel was fully booked and I even asked if there might be an opportunity to move rooms the following day, but I was told those rooms were already committed to other guests. While I understand a holiday weekend creates limited availability, what was disappointing is that I made multiple requests over several days, both by phone and in person, and still ended up with what felt like one of the least desirable views in the hotel. Jonathan did offer a $150 resort credit, which I ultimately accepted, but it didn't make up for missing the experience we specifically booked this stay to enjoy. The multiple attempts over the phone and in person to get at least a view of the strip not this crappy view!!! The Terrace Suite itself is spacious, clean, and well-designed, and I've had wonderful experiences at the Cosmopolitan in the past. My disappointment isn't with the room itself --it's with the lack of consideration for repeated guest requests and the overall customer service surrounding this stay. I'll be posting photos of the actual view so others can decide whether this particular room is worth booking. Unfortunately, for such an important occasion, this stay fell far short of expectations. I left feeling disappointed, and because of this experience, I'll likely choose another hotel for future trips to Las Vegas.

While we were here this time we indulged in some ice cream and really enjoyed the hand made ice cream. It really tasted handmade with bits of real strawberries in it. Last time we were here it was a special occasion and we went all out. We walked all though the strip just to get here to ride the gondola. Boy was that fun. No, it wasn't the same as the ones in Venice (I know because I've been in Venice and ridden one of their gondolas), but you know that going in. You're in Vegas so I didn't expect the same thing. I was looking forward to the Vegas version of this classic ride and I got it. Was it over priced? Yes. At the same time you get what you pay for. A fun ride around the camels in the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. There was supposed to be an photographer taking our picture so we can buy at the end, but his camera malfunctioned so we didn't get the shot. This was a huge disappointment as I'm all about pictures and I really wanted the opportunity to see the glamorous shot the professional photographer took and if it captured the. Moment like i had I would have bought it. Fortunately we weren't totally relaying on him. We brought our own camera and took the perfect shot with the gondolier in the background and the bridge when you come out. It was perfect. You didn't have all the busyness of Vegas in the background. I'm overly thrilled with my photo, I got exactly what I paid for a fun ride and the perfect shot to frame and remember this day. And yes, I really did frame it and it sits on my piano. As long as you know what you're paying for, it's totally worth it. And now that you've seen my shot and know that it's taken at the end of the ride when you come out from under the bridge, you can get the same shot too. Have fun and enjoy Vegas and the Venetian. Maybe even walk around the quaint streets and have some ice cream after your ride.

For the Hotel/Resort: The basic rooms here are better than the majority of other strip hotels. I personally think its top 3, even a small upgrade here gets you a very spacious room. I have stayed in the regular rooms and suites at both The Venetian and The Palazzo. The venetian rooms are more updated, but the Palazzo rooms are good too. The self parking has a lot of spaces but ingress/egress is easier at The Palazzo. However the valet parking here is faster compared to other resorts. The rideshare pickup/dropoff is good too. The casino floor is bright, clean, and good gaming variety. For the slots, I like that they have both old and new machines. I like the older "top dollar" and "run for your money" machines. I also like some of the new machines like KONG . They also have a great variety of video poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps! I have yet to play at the tables here but they have a good variety. The beverage service is good, but coverage/timing could be improved. I feel like some parts of the casino floor do not get as much service. They also have a great variety of food and restaurant options for all budgets. My personal favorite here is Estiatorio Milos. A close second would be SushiSamba. However, I have never had a bad meal here. I also recommend Sugarcane, Chica, Cote, and Smith/Wollensky. I still want to try the other options here! Overall great place to stay or check out. First Impressions: The hotel has one of the best scents in Vegas; if you know, you know. Whatever they're using in the vents, paired with their designated smoking areas, really keeps the air noticeably fresher than most other casino hotels. Check-In & Service: Big shoutout to Kim at the front desk for such a warm welcome. She gave us a choice between a room close to the elevator or midway down the hall, and advised going with the latter since the hotel was hosting a cheer convention (i.e., excited kids everywhere!). Her advice was spot on and her customer service was top notch. Truly a fantastic way to start our weekend. Room: Our room was gorgeous: spacious, super clean, and well maintained. We had a great pool view, loved the privacy door for the toilet, and the stone-walled shower with a bench was a nice upgrade. There was also a large soaking tub with a clear view into the bedroom, a desk, and a separate seating area with two ridiculously comfy leather chairs. Pool & Amenities: After unpacking, we went straight to the pool. The main area has two large pools separated by a walkway and cabanas, with two jacuzzis at the end near a huge outdoor screen. There's also a day club if you're looking for a party vibe, complete with its own bar, pool, cabanas, and a live DJ. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun and loved the easy access to drinks from the mid-bar or roaming servers (didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but maybe next visit!). Parking & Fees: There is plenty of parking available in the lots, which makes coming and going a breeze. A $40 or $50 daily resort fee does apply, but that's pretty typical these days and didn't feel out of the ordinary. Final Thoughts: Every detail, from the clean air to the thoughtful service and beautiful property, made this a memorable stay. M Resort is definitely a notch above most Vegas hotels. Highly recommend, and can't wait to come back!

Parking is free as long as you sign up for their free rewards program. The resort itself is gorgeous and you could truly just spend your time in Vegas here without going to other resorts. My main requirement when searching for a hotel was a nice pool, as I wanted to lay out and enjoy the Vegas heat. Fontainebleau Las Vegas is technically on the Strip, but it does not feel like it at all, and that is exactly why I would absolutely stay here. It is quieter, cleaner, newer, and far less chaotic than the core Strip hotels. You do not get that constant overload of noise and traffic, and the entire property feels more controlled and elevated. It almost feels like it sits off the Strip even though it does not, which is a major advantage. The high end shops are a nice touch, although realistically most people are not walking in there to spend money, especially at places like Rick Owens. The food options, however, are surprisingly reasonable for a hotel of this level, with plenty of choices, and LIV is a strong draw since it is one of the top clubs in Las Vegas right now. This Fontainebleau does not feel anything like the Miami version, but if you are craving that energy you can always grab a slice at Miami Slice and call it a day. Room pricing is more approachable than expected, with nights ranging roughly from $120 to $300 depending on timing. Just keep in mind the resort fee runs about $62 per night, so a $120 room is really closer to $180 all in, which is still a very solid value for a newer luxury hotel in Las Vegas. My number one is still the Wynn, but this comes in strong at number two without question.

The shopping options are amazing, and the restaurants offer some of the best dining experiences on the Las Vegas Strip with a wide variety of choices for every taste. My favorite spot at the resort is XS Nightclub, which always delivers a great atmosphere and unforgettable nightlife experience. I've also always admired Steve Wynn and his vision for creating world-class resorts with incredible attention to detail. One of the most underrated parts of Wynn is the art collection throughout the property. The artwork, sculptures, floral displays, and overall design make it feel more like a luxury gallery than a typical resort. Everywhere you look, there is something unique to appreciate. Between the beautiful rooms, outstanding restaurants, luxury shopping, impressive art collection, vibrant casino, and world-class entertainment, Wynn continues to be one of the best and most complete resort experiences in Las Vegas.

PROS: *stayed in a spacious 24th fl. pad with spectacular views of the (brief) fireworks display one night...and the bed was just fine for a post weed 'n booze sleep-off, thankya'verymuch! *many employees - especially those lowest in the caste system - were very friendly. Housekeepers were great. *other Wynn workers (e.g., food/booze servers) were usually good and reasonably personable. *Wing Lei (Chinese Michelin-1 joint) had top-tier service and although we could only sample a small number of dishes, they were all copacetic. *due to last-minute vacancies, the Wynn upgraded us from a $400/night room to a suite that ordinarily sets big-spenders back to the tune of $1,150/night. *Great friggin' ice machine - on my floor - never let me down when flask-time came around! CONS: *the Wynn, even at their extant "nosebleed" rack rates, will effin' nickel 'n dime ya' (*coins on steroids) every gol-durn chance they get: -NO refrigerator in the room unless you want to rent one for $25 a night. (Yep- let's make it hard for guests to bring their own, reasonably-priced booze. And leftovers from "market price" (i.e., "mark-it-up") menu pickin's at various and sundry Vegas kitchens? Meet Sal: Monella! *The pool situation is absurd and offensive: Not only can't you escape the aural pollution that pervades the whole property (more on that later)...but it's actually hard) to find an unoccupied (and unreserved) chaise lounge. -I got KICKED OFF one because it was "reserved"....NO SIGN...NO ONE "claiming it"... *Gotta pay EXTRA for even a G-D pool chair - Hell, $500. $1,000, $1,500 a night - AIN'T ENOUGH! *Booze prices are beyond absurd! Paid $15 or so for a "pour" of ordinary Tito's vodka. Needed an ELECTRON MICROSCOPE to see the likker! (But I only did it once, as my flasks of Toki and Pikesville and a Hamm's 12'er...took care of me.) *The bellhops move at a comatose pace, and when we arrived, we were informed that there'd be a "slight delay" of 45 minutes in bringing up our bags. After an HOUR had passed, we just took the G-D things ourselves. Yeah - now ain't THAT first-class service! *The concierge on duty was a dullard and a do-nothing doofus who couldn't do "jack" for us. Needs a job at the 'Boreyard by Mary Ott.' *NO smoking allowed at the OTB (Sportsbook area) Huh??? Effin' VEGAS and I can't even smoke a good cigar (or even a bad one) while play the races? S-H-I-I-T-E!!! **GOONS everywhere -had to use my key just to take the elevator to my floor, and had to withstand the glaring imprimatur of "security" people every time. (My favorite guy, who appears to have been either a "Blood" or a "Crip,"...received the moniker...'SMILEY!' -Although I wouldn't consider buying the wildly marked-up "luxury" goods peddled in the Wynn shops, I couldn't help but notice the scowling dorks in dark suits who stand outside the portals, arms folded. (No buddy - I ain't buyin' yer' lousy $50K watch; so shove it OK?) __________ Now, neighbor - are ya' ready for the veritable TOP-TWO reasons NOT to wander into the Wynn? 1) NONSTOP high-volume pop-schlock aural excrement THUMPING throughout the place. EVERYWHERE. Pay exorbitant room rates and then be subjected to lowest-common-denominator NOISE? WHO likes that garbage? ("effluencers?") -How about QUIET? -If that's not possible - how about actual MUSIC played at moderate levels? WHY must we endure moron-music and WHY were we not warned that it would be infesting the air? 2) EURO/MIDEAST TRASH guests swarming like maggots, pushing in front of you and invading your space without so much as an "EXCUSE ME!"... ...Mega-wealthy SCUM that shouldn't even be allowed in America - much less catered to by an ostensible "top class" hotel! Thank you for reading my words of timeless wisdom!

There's a separate check-in area for The Reserve which I really liked. It was not crowded at all. Upon checkin, they gave me a coconut macaroon which was amazing! I did like that special touch. There are separate elevators going to the Reserve Rooms. However, it is still shared with some of the upper floors from Park MGM. I know that other hotels on the strip have separate elevators exclusively for separate parts of the hotel. I really enjoyed my Atelier room. It was a little bit larger than the standard room. The distinguishing factor about this room is really the bathtub in the room. However, the bathtub itself seems to be a liability for the hotel. I have to say that someone can easily slip and fall in the bathtub. Use extreme caution when using the bathtub. I loved the European french decor. The toilet was a little far away from the bed, but I suppose that is good if you are traveling with somone so when they went to the restroom, it would be less noticable (more privacy, less noise). Since they are hardwood floors, I can hear chairs being moved around from the rooms above me during my stay. I was a little bit irked. Other than that, my stay was quite enjoyable at The Reserve.

The lobby where we checked in was super dark and moody. There was a lot of seating and nice decor. It was chilly in there which felt like a nice escape from the Vegas heat. It was relatively quick for us to get checked in and receive our keys. This dark and dramatic theme is carried throughout the hotel and to the guest room areas too. We were put in Rm 30-24, which we converted into an adjoining room with Suite 30-22. Our room felt small to me. The bed takes up the majority of the room with little walking space. There is a desk, flat screen TV, sofa, and small wardrobe. The closet is pretty spacious and has some robes, slippers, and a steamer. The sofa was very stiff and honestly looked a bit dingy. There were crumbs on the seat and the pillows were incredibly old and limp. I was hesitant to sit on it! The closet felt disproportionately large for the room. I would have preferred a smaller closet to have more space in the room itself. The rooms and hallways are all so dark. There is no overhead lighting, only tiny lamps throughout the room. I am personally not a fan of this as it made the room feel even smaller and claustrophobic. I understand they are trying to make it feel ambient and moody, but the way it was presented felt more like sleeping in a cave. Inside the closet was the brightest area of the hotel! If you choose to have a conjoined room, it is impractical to keep the doors open. When the adjoining doors are open, it is impossible to use the doors facing the hallway. Everything was cramped and the doors were constantly banging against each other. The bathroom was nice with a spacious shower. The water pressure was slightly better than average, but not super strong. They provided the usual amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, cotton swabs + cotton pads, makeup remover wipes, and a shower cap. I must say, the shampoo and conditioner were spectacular. My hair felt super soft and had no frizz when it dried. It smelled very nice too. The rest of the hotel was just okay. There is not much to do besides lay at the pool and gamble. It is pretty quiet and laid-back. That being said, the casino was pretty small. I did like that it was non-smoking though so it was not suffocating to walk through it. I enjoyed the pool area. Despite it being a hot summer day, there was plenty of seating and lounge chairs available. The music the DJ was playing was really good and the pool was super chilly. This is definitely not my first choice for a Vegas hotel but I could stay here again.

However, for those of us who come to Vegas often, staying at those hotels often means higher prices and headaches with navigating around the busy traffic. Having stayed at most of the larger hotels (The Luxor, The Bellagio, Encore at Wynn, Park MGM etc) I've had my fill of the dazzling lights and boisterous crowds. I do recommend you try these hotels at least a few times to truly soak in the bustle of Las Vegas night life. For me, I prefer to stay adjacent to, but not within, The Strip. This way, I can have some comfort in a quieter setting and can call an uber at any moment to meet friends along The Strip. This was the reason I chose Nirvana Hotel. Situated right next to The Luxor and The Mandalay Bay, it is both affordable and close to the attractions I come to Vegas for. The exterior is a bit off-putting at first. You aren't greeted with the pristine fountained welcome that you expect from Vegas--the wonderful precession of marble floors, the lush green plants, the ornate chandeliers. The main check-in station is inside the souvenir shop which resembles that of a run down gas station. Service is quick and the check-in process is painless. Their doors all use numbers so you don't have to worry about misplacing your card. Just don't get so drunk you forget! The room itself is very humble: queen bed, LG tv, two night stands, a small fridge, and a walk-in shower. Clean, organized, and arranged professionally. I will definitely stay here again. Connie was at the reception and welcomed me warmly. Parking is free. That's right. FREE. For your entire duration of stay.

Free coffee up in the front office with package cookies They have a mini fridge in the room. I was gone early in the morning and was back late The minus was street noise from construction and I was there on trash day so the trash truck backing up at 5:50 Am was an early morning wake up call ( I needed to be up at that time anyways) No house keeping while for my two day stay I would be happy to stay here again
