David Fowler treated me for two separate injuries with complete satisfaction…read more After seeing a chiropractor for over 6 months concerning a lower back stain and not getting any results, Dr. Fowler identified the problem immediately upon the initial evaluation and x-rays. The solution prescribed had me completely cured within 3 weeks! After I injured my rotator cuff wrestling with an overly excited german shepherd, Dr. Fowler again listened patiently and attentively while I confessed my concerns over its progressive lack of mobility. With an evaluation and x-rays, Dr. Fowler identified the illness and provided an exercise program specifically catering to my needs. With Health Insurance cost on the rise, more and more individuals will opt to pay premium prices to ensure good quality care. In my opinion, Dr. Fowler will definitely qualify. The front office service is friendly and speedy. The waiting room is professional, cozy and quiet. The office complex does charge for parking but Dr. Fowler always runs appointments on schedule. I have never had to wait longer than my appointment time. In fact when I got there early, I was seen 15 minutes ahead of time! Checkout was always efficient and any additional appointment scheduling that needed to be done whether at his office or out to a referral doctor, the staff was only to happy to make the arrangements. If you are looking for a friendly, family man (his daughter works at the office too!) who is knowledgeable, then see Dr. Fowler today!

He is very effective, knowledgeable and takes time with his patients. His staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful. He is highly regarded by every other doctor and hospital I have met.

She called me sweetie and within 2 minutes felt like it was her job to give me her "shpeal" as she put it about bring my CT scan and that I needed to do that and not always does their system work or can they log into Wellstar. I was trying to explain to her that it was an old CT scan and then she stated "Well then we don't need that and it doesn't matter" after cracking her knuckles and berating me. She was snappy and rude. My husband even was shocked at how she was speaking to me. I told her I would speak to my Dr about these matters at which time she just looked at me like I was being rude. She didn't realize at all that I have been in the medical field for 30 plus years and would never speak to a patient this way. She continued to talk to me like she was my Dr! at which time I again said, I will speak to my Dr about these things. Then she kind of laughed and walked out of the room with a huff. I did mention this to my very wonderful Dr. who was very professional and listened. I will stay a patient. Even when checking me out the MA came in, rolled her tongue over her teeth, cracked her neck with a head roll, and proceeded to ask me (thank God) yes or no questions about getting an MRI. Thank God I'm very well versed in all of this procedure so it was short. She really needs a class on speaking to patients that are in pain and new to the facility. And, she is NOT a Dr. she has no right to be acting this way at all as a medical assistant

She understood exactly what I needed and created a plan for me, to try alternative solutions. This took over a year. Anytime I went in for my appointment, I was always sure that I was in good hands because she is very thorough, understanding and knows what she's doing. Over one year later, I now walk without crutches and without pain, and without ever having surgery. A combination of process and procedures went into my healing and Dr Sylvia was one of them. The reason I took out one star was because of her rude receptionist whom I am hoping no longer works there because she ruins the expectation which greatly contrasts the amazing consultation you get from Dr Sylvia. If you can ignore the receptionists abrupt rudeness, Dr Sylvia is the best you'll get, hands down!

I was expecting bad news, but he informed me that it was something called "frozen shoulder" which is not uncommon for diabetics, and recommended a path of PT rather than surgery. After 8 weeks, my shoulder is showing better range of motion and strength. I stopped in today and Dr. Ansari told me that if I continue to do some of the exercises at home and in the gym, I could likely be pain free in a few months. Dr. Ansari and the staff here are fantastic. Dr. Ansari is professional, knowledgeable, and also takes the time to be sure that everything is explained thoroughly so that there is no confusion. I highly recommend Dr. Ansari if you are having issues. What I expected to be a huge problem and most likely surgery was the answer...ended up being something I could address with minimal effort (outside of PT) and cost. Cannot thank Dr. Ansari and team enough! Highly recommend.

I was scheduled with Dr. Yarbrough. After doing some research, I discovered that Dr. Yarbrough does not specialize in shoulder conditions. Concerned about this, I called the scheduling department three separate times and spoke with three different representatives. Each one assured me that Dr. Yarbrough could evaluate both my knee and shoulder and advised me to bring my previous shoulder MRI if I had it. During each call, I specifically requested an appointment with Dr. Ansari, who specializes in both areas. Despite my repeated requests, I was continually told to keep my appointment with Dr. Yarbrough. The first thing Dr. Yarbrough told me when he entered the exam room was that he would need to refer me to his colleague, Dr. Ansari, for my shoulder because he was not the appropriate specialist. He also ordered a new MRI. He never reviewed the MRI images that I had brought with me, despite the scheduling staff specifically instructing me to bring them. I was also required to have X-rays taken of both my knee and shoulder, even though my concern was not a bone injury. This added additional costs without addressing the reason for my visit. After the appointment, I spoke with the front desk and explained what had happened. I was told there was nothing they could do and that I should speak with the scheduling manager. I called scheduling, requested the manager, and was told she also could not help me and that I needed to speak with the billing department. I was transferred to a billing representative named Cindy, who listened to my concerns and then said she needed to consult with her manager. When I asked to speak directly with the manager, I was told that wasn't possible, that a message would be left, and that someone would contact me later. This entire experience was extremely frustrating. I made every effort to avoid being scheduled with the wrong provider by calling three separate times and clearly explaining my concerns. Despite repeated assurances, I was scheduled with a physician who immediately acknowledged he was not the appropriate specialist and referred me elsewhere. As a result, I was charged for a visit that could have been avoided, and now I have to schedule another appointment. It felt like an unnecessary referral process that resulted in additional charges and delays in receiving the care I originally requested.
