They refused to make good on screw-ups even though their owner promised repeatedly to do so. They never completed work that was agreed to and paid for in advance. I see that they have 5 reviews total and that several are positive. I regret to share publicly that my experience was different. My sense is that they are challenged to deliver quality work and are unpredictable. I don't think it's fair to screw it up the first time, then come back three times to try to fix, and bill me on a time and materials basis. In aggregate, they claim that billing me over $28K was "fair" for migrating my office network (Cat-6 cabling) and installing new network hardware. I got other bids for half that and if I wanted to go with a lower bidder I had plenty of options. They are self-serving to the maximum and not at all responsive to multiple efforts at communication with their ownership.

They adapted everything to work and did a clean install. Jaime didn't oversell me on anything. He listened to my wants and they delivered. Rico did the heavy lifting and the front stage sounds great. The 10" JL Stealth box and amp they installed matched well and bumps, but clean. They Dyno Matted the crap out of it and nothing rattles. Like I said, not cheap, but I'm happy with the results.
