We have used AIM in the past and have always been happy with their service. We recently took bids to have the HVAC system in our home replaced. This is an expensive purchase and we wanted to be sure we were getting not only a competitive price but selecting a professional and competent contractor. We are VERY SATISFIED with the job AIM did for us. Kevin did a great job on the initial consultation. He was very knowledgeable and informative, bringing up several points which other contractors had missed. The installation was scheduled promptly, equipment was ordered, and they showed up when they said they would. Kevin came along for the installation to help out Sesar and Jordan. The installation was very smooth and the guys had our new system up and running quickly. They were skillful, professional and friendly. I have had AIM to my house twice for two separate issues with a brand new unit someone else installed and is of course out of business and no where to be found. The first issue was the fan motor. Which went out in July, during the 105 degree temperatures. They located the replacement which was still under warranty (I had no idea and no paperwork on the unit that was installed). It cost me $265 for them to come out, identify the problem, get the new motor first thing the next morning and installed it. I was very pleased. When the unit stopped turning on this week I called them again. They were there within an hour and a half, checked the unit and told me it was wired incorrectly upon installation. They wired it correctly and only charged me $170. Again, I was very pleased. The unit seems to working more efficiently. I will see if this makes a difference in the electric bill next month. As our conditioner quit cooling right in the middle of Hurricane Harvey I found myself in need of making a decision, replace or repair. After negotiating back and forth with my home warranty company I decided to replace the entire system. I had seen AIM heating and air conditioning in the neighborhood for the past few years and decided to check them out. After talking to neighbors and reading their reviews it appeared that they walked on water. It turns out they do. From initial contact, assessment of our needs, bid, and installation they performed far above my expectations. In a nutshell they did everything they said they were going to do and then above and beyond as they thought of and took care of those things most homeowners do not think about, like permitting through the city. Great Company! They have THE BEST filters! They can cut any size which is great for those of us who have to always hunt for those odd size filters. AIM has been performing regular maintenance check-ups on my grandmothers house for years. They are always very through and their technicians are knowledgeable and respectful of the home. AIM also replaced the air conditioning unit at my dads house. After he had received multiple bids he ultimately decided to go with the bid he received with Kevin from AIM. Kevin was very knowledgeable about solutions for problems areas in the home and offered multiple options for replacement. Their team did a great job changing out the unit and everything went seamlessly. The ABSOLUTE BEST! AIM installed our HVAC System in 2015, and did an unbelievable job of removing the old system and installing a wonderfully efficient new one. Our house is total electric and we have our A/C on a Heat Pump. Our utility bills dropped substantially. Better yet, when we ended being one of Lenox's recent recall units, we were at a loss as to what to do. We missed the Class Action thing and decided to just call the folks who did the install. It is their reaction to this problem that assures us they are honest, upright wonderful human beings. They solved all of our problems, and were so great to work with, David and Michael Elving are fine examples of decent human beings. We fully plan to use them for all of our HVAC issues in our investment properties, and will shout their praises wherever we can. read more

Excellent Company!! I have used this company for 15 years-I would not call any one else to service my AC/heat pump, in fact, they just replaced an entire system for me, the previous system lasted 23 years, rather than the 15 years it was supposed to last. I credit AIM with getting the additional 8 years out of the system. They are HONEST, know what they're doing, they're reliable, and extremely responsive to their customers.. Beyond all of that, they are very aware of how uncomfortable it is to be without AC or heat and make every effort to get to you fast. Their way of doing business is to go to the extra effort for their customers rather than that being the exception. I had A.B.A come in to repair a heating problem, they charged me but did not repair the system. I called A.I.M. They came out and gave me options on what needed to be repaired and how much each would cost. I chose to have a new system installed and opted for a more efficent model. A.I.M. arrived on time and put in one very long day. They made sure everything was installed and working before they left. One of the installers returned 3 days later to make sure everything was in order. They filled out and showed me how to obtain all the rebates and credits that applied. After showing me how to operate and maintain the system they gave me a years worth of replacement filters. Their people are very good at what they do and are extremely professional. read more

My neighbor used AIM for a repair. She was pleased with their work and recommend them. I scheduled my repair for the following week at 8:00 AM. I was told that they would call me and let me know when they were on the way. Guess what happened? They did exactly what they said they would do. Jesse was the repairman that serviced our unit. After completing the work, he explained everything he did, prepared an invoice and even made a suggestion to make our system more efficient. Aim AC is the company to call when you need an honest estimate. I had to reschedule 2 times and they came out without a complaint and no extra charges. I had them look at my home and a rent property, the rent property needed a new system so I thought, but they fixed it with a $30 part and an hour charge. I wanted an added duct in my home, they calibrated the correct size and location best for that room and gave me an acceptable estimate. I accepted the price and they installed it that week, works great, my room is not stuffy anymore. read more

Over the last several months, I had a couple of different A/C services come out and work on my system. Long story short, they didn't get the job done. Last symptom was, our heat wasn't working. I called AIM about 11:30 this morning, and they had someone at my door within an hour! Jesse was amazing, figuring out the errors made by the other services, rewiring both my heat pump and air handler, and replacing a faulty thermostat. We just had our old AC system in home fully replaced by Kevin, David, and Hunter. Our AIM team was terrific - timely arrival for our install appt, fast & efficient workers, and very respectful of our home. We decided to go with a Coleman Echelon system. It's an amazing AC, so incredibly quiet you won't believe it! We also had them add a Reme Halo air purifier to help with allergies. Our air is now so clean and cold, we just love it! He got to my house on time, first changed my AC filter, and looked at duct work and knew exactly what was going on.
