I love this place. I've been coming here for over 20 years. Wanita and others woke very had to make my shipping challenges much easier and more pleasant. All the workers are always cheerful and professional. I would not go anywhere else. I enjoy walking in with an items and they warp it, pack it (as it was their own) and then give me shipping choices (time vs costs) so I can have it, just the way I want it. I go here all the time to drop off packages and it's always fast and simple -- this last time I ran out of tape and so I truthfully didn't pack it properly - and when Wanita saw my package, she was truly concerned about it getting there in one piece. She totally went out of her way to help me get my package right - and I really appreciate that little extra TLC. Love this place! read more

I have been a customer for almost two years now and Mario and his team have just been great to deal with. They are always friendly, helpful, and will do whatever it takes to meet your needs. They offer that vanning personal touch to their customer and they are a great addition to the Ladera neighborly small business community. I highly recommend them. I am just perplexed at the comment "they need to get someone who speaks ENGLISH" Never had a problem. Mario speaks very good English, albeit with an "accent" and his daughter is a native American. I go here occasionally to drop off packages for my small business. The postage is prepaid but when I need supplies I try to buy something from them as a thank you for taking my mail. The owner is generally unfriendly and gives off the feeling that my small mailing tubes are a big inconvenience for him. I recently came in to mail a package through DHL because AIM offers shipping through them. I haven't used that service before and I had some questions about the information on the packing slip. Rather than try and answer my questions the owner chose to blow me off. There weren't any other customers in the store for him to attend to but he basically ignored me and was no help at all. I finally left, unable to make sure that my packing slip was filled out correctly and not wanting to risk sending the packages wrong. I called DHL to attempt to have my questions answered and they informed me that while there is no charge for the business owner to offer the DHL service they do not make any money from sales involving an existing account. So basically the owner figured that I wasn't worth helping because he wasn't making any money off of me. From now on I will make sure to take my business to the nearby UPS store where they are always friendly and helpful whether I am buying something or just dropping off a package. read more

PLEASE! do yourself a favor and DO NOT EVER enter this store. you would regret it!!! I wish I have read all the reviews before I went there to drop off a FedEx package. I needed to send something to a merchant and the merchant asked me to use their Fedex account number and address for the account number to mail package. I walked into the store and told them that is what I need. The guy working at the front desk told me that they cannot do that. I was a little surprised and said I called FedEx yesterday and that is the instruction they gave me. Then there is this mad older aged guy (from the other reviews sounds like the owner) rushing out from inside and yelled at me madly "THEN GO TO FEDEX AND DO NOT COME HERE!". I was shocked and was not sure where the attitude was coming from? I had been extremely polite. I told him it is fine they cannot do it and I can go to FedEx store instead. But still he did not have to have such an attitude. After reading other reviews it seems the owner do not like people dropping off package from FedEx and that might be why he was so mad? Anyways, horrible horrible customer service, and like several other reviewer said if I could give this place ZERO stars that is exactly what I would do. Great place to drop off prepaid packages but they will gauge you completely to buy stamps! They marked up stamps for my Christmas card 50%! I bought cards that required extra postage and they told me they would be 90 cents each for a "deal" charged me 42.00 for what would have cost less than 28.00 at the post office! Apparently the postal cost is only 66 cents for the envelopes I was sending but I didn't figure this out until the next day. Make the extra trip to the post office... their "mark up" is ridiculous. When I confronted them I was told they sold me the more expensive stamps because that's all they had ( and even then they added a mark up to the price) - without telling me at the time it was beyond the stamp price that was actually needed for the size mail I was sending. Go elsewhere! read more

I went to Staples to print a massive order and the lady wasn't very helpful, she was in fact kind of rude and the cost for the print job was unreasonable.I stumbled across AIM Mail Center and asked them if they could help me. Well, the price they quoted me saved me money, and the service by Corey was above and beyond. He stapled and organized my documents with such a positive and friendly disposition. I am now a loyal customer and will not give my business to Staples in Ladera Ranch again. read more

Do not go to this mail center to take Passport photos. We paid $60 to have passport photos taken here and they were not accepted due to the size/borders. Upon returning to inquire about a refund, we were treated rudely and we did not have our money refunded. Very poor experience and customer service. read more
