The staff at this location are SO rude and not welcoming. I was waiting in line, and one of the workers yelled, "NEXT!" so loud and in the rudest tone. I approached the counter and said a friendly, "hello!". No response back just an angry face. Both kiosks were being used so I had to use the counter to return my Amazon packages. I get it, they are so tired of returns, but geez, at least greet your customers with a smile and a "hello" back! When he was finished scanning, I said, "thank you, have a nice day!", no response back just a pissed off face. These guys hate their jobs. One in particular is ALWAYS so rude. Not tell customers that they will not be helped because it turns 5 o'clock when you're inside the store. The cleanest most well taken care of UPS I've visited. I go out of my way to go to this location instead of the one closest to my home. Most of the employees are kind and handle transactions quickly. I had a good experience with a confusing Amazon return and Jacob helped me out and kindly and respectfully explained to me the issue and offered several solutions on how to proceed. Parking can get a little rough during busy times but the service is worth it. read more

I live in Ladera Ranch and I frequent this UPS store for Amazon returns and other mailing needs. They are all so friendly, helpful and patient. Today I went in to do some returns and I lost track of an item that I needed to return for a second and the team in there quickly started searching for it and it turns out it was in the counter. It got to a point where the employees were looking in the trash for me and it was without complaint. Nick was helping me with my returns and he was so friendly and made sure my packages were securely taped. He did everything with a smile and kindness. I've had a PO Box at this UPS store for over 6 years now and have seen positive changes over the years. There are moments when the store gets busy and you have to wait a while, but overall the staff seems to have their jobs down pat. I've never been treated worse as a customer (let alone a human being) in my entire life! I left my interaction in complete and utter shock. Felt like I was living through a YouTube video of terrible costumer service that you can't even believe is real. But this was! I would NEVER recommend doing business here. I immediately left and went to staples. Not only did they get my order correct, it was half the price, and I was treated as a human. (I also gave them the EXACT file I gave UPS that they said they couldn't print in the correct way). Staples did it just fine. Today my husband and I made an appointment on their website for notary services. He was told there was no one available. Huh!?! Not acceptable. I have been going to the Ladera Ranch UPS store for many years. I've always had very good help there but in the last year or so there is a attendant that is absolutely amazing. Her name is Kristen and she is always helpful sweet, cheerful and willing to go out of her way to make my life easier.
