This UPS store stands out above any other! I had a huge mailing project to complete. There were five different versions of a flyer, and almost 100 books shipping individually to places all over the US and Canada. The staff was incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. I was able to drop the books off with an address taped to the outside of each package. I left my order with the staff and a couple hours later, they individually addressed the packages with UPS labels and called me to come back, answer a couple questions, and pay for my order. I tried to give them another chance, however, they've made no changes to their operations. The services I utilized during my visit were for printing only: They have their own heavier paper for invitations, but I found that most establishments did not have the thickness I wanted, so I provided my own paper. I visited about 3 other printing establishments before someone even offered to just try running it through their printer for a test. Not only did they accept to run it through their printer right away, Gabe also helped me with EVERYTHING down to ensuring all borders and sizing was to my liking. He even helped me organize the invites to fit as many as we could on one page to save paper. He helped me for what seemed like 30 to 45 minutes making sure everything was perfect. Since I provided my own paper, they only charged me for the ink which turned out to be about 20 cents per page. My experience at this UPS store was exceptional! I already told Gabe I will be back to print more in a few months when I have my seating chart finalized. read more

He typeset the letterhead perfectly, matching the original. He really went the extra mile to ensure things turned out precise. I've only been to this UPS Store location, primarily to ship returns and once to fax documents (yes, some companies still use fax machines!). Every time I've been here, employees have been nice and efficient. The transactions are fast and when I'm shipping returns, employees ask me if I want a receipt of the return. All of my returns were quickly shipped. I've never had any problems here and feel this is a reliable place which gets things done quickly. I'm happy with their customer service. I mailed a Package on Friday 06/14/24 at this UPS store in Aliso Town Center near Ralph's . All the employees are very courteous, quick to help you and friendly the minute you walk in. I go here all the time ... they are the Best ! Then today Monday 06/17/24 I Received a text telling me my package was undeliverable. I immediately called this store, I spoke with Shawn and he told me the text was probably Spam and to check my tracking at USPS tracking on-line. This place is ridiculous. I've gone to lots of UPS stores and this is the only location who tries to get me to buy packaging every time I try to send back a UPS package with a UPS label already on it. I've read some of the other reviews that complain about how they nickel and dime their customers and that is what I have found to be true. I do not recommend this location. read more

Customer Service is ridiculous. Sent a package here by accident and they refused to ship it to the correct address. I verified my account, provided details about the package to ensure it was mine and they refused to ship it out, even offered to pay with a Credit Card and refused. I've never had this problem with any other UPS location, it's a first but out of the 1 and only exercise I had here I know this place's customer service quality is a joke. Came in to return a few items to DIRECTV and shop bon. Patently waited my turn - just a couple minutes no big deal. While the lady at the register was scanning the DIRECTV items, I went to tape a box up for my other return with tape that was at the counter in which I was standing. The lady was very rude and said don't touch that and said it shouldn't be out on the counter very harshly. I said no problem I thought it was out for customers and I was just trying to help. She proceeded to take my box and said that she could return it but didn't tape the box up. And went to help the next customer- I interrupted politely and asked for my box to be closed/taped up where she said it will be fine. I said I don't feel comfortable- she got upset and said you should have come with it taped and I said I appreciate her taking the 5 seconds to tape it for me. Super rude lady with terrible service. The owner/manager, Ellen, ensured one of her employees didn't accept my packages. If you don't buy something from her store, she'll make up some excuse as to why she cannot accept your package. For someone being in the shipping/logistics industry I know her excuses are bullshit and just to save room for customers that buy her boxed and postage. Drove down to the store on Aliso creek and they took all my packages no issues, no excuses. If you need help avoid this office unless you want to pay over priced shipping and box prices. Replying to the comment: 1. same USPS car probably picked up from the location Aliso creek/ why would policies differ from a location less than 2 miles away? 2. Don't advertise online for your services being USPS if you're not going to accept them 3. I am a small business and business account holder with UPS, and usually have no issues, I was simply trying to get a few more packages out after my pickup! I changed some comments cause I'm sure you're a nice lady, but you shouldn't turn away business. I've bought postage from you before for USPS out of that location and had no issues. Regretfully, I experienced poor customer service from this UPS Store location. I took a package that contained expensive merchandise. I asked for a receipt to prove that I dropped it off at this location. Sadly the customer service representative refused. He said I can take a picture of my tracking number as a receipt. This clearly doesn't serve the same purpose. I was looking for proof you took my package. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone nor will I come back to this location as I do frequently. Kuddos to your company, loosing a valuable customer. Added: As your reply is appreciated and valued, all of the other local UPS Stores provide a receipt for USPS drop offs. You have to understand going into one of these stores that this is not UPS this is a small franchise business owned by a small business owner. I come in here from time to time to have Amazon returns sent out and sometimes to get prints. The two guys are always super nice and helpful. I am one of those people that ship things randomly, whether I am selling something on EBay or sending a fragile gift this UPS store has gone above my expectations of meeting my needs. The customer service here is EXECLENT. Everybody who has helped me figure out my needs for shipping has gone out of their way to explain different options and what makes UPS stand out from other shipping companies. From standard "when you package is expected to arrive" options, insurance policies and fact on shipping in boxes vs. brown paper the employees explain everything in a timely matter.
