Now this is WHY I want everyone to know: this company is the most HONEST company! We called them because one of our air conditioners stopped working. The technician found that it was a simple issue with a bent fan and fixed it perfectly. It would have been so easy for them to have said it was something expensive, but they were completely honest. The technician wouldn't even accept a tip (and we REALLY tried)! He also had no idea that I was going to write a review. (I, myself, wouldn't have even thought about it.) They were referred by the general contractor that did fire repairs on my home, I have an issue that's under warranty and was told Mario was notified to do the repair. I did not hear from Mario and called to confirm he had my info and described my problem. I was told he'd get back with me to get it fixed, it's been 9 days since he was notified and I haven't heard anything. Decided it's best to use text so I have a record of my contacts and what's said. I understand that my issue isn't considered to be an emergency but I expected some kind of communication about the matter. I had problems with the Gen Contractor initially so I've been skeptical about any warranty work, just waiting for a return call now and will update my score as time passes. I received AIM Pro as a referral from a trusted source. Mario was responsive, timely, professional, and came within budget. It was no small job either. They replaced an old cast iron sewer pipe under my foundation since the original construction in 1963. This required cutting the concrete foundation, replacing the line, toilet and shower drains, and repairing the concrete. His crew had the job done in 3 days. Mario's team was professional and were willing to answer all my questions during the project. In fairness I have no idea how they drive, but I will hire them for my future plumbing needs. read more

Called management and they did not care at all and said they would "look on the camera to see why he flipped me off and tried to run me into a wall". These people seem dangerous. This is hands down the best owner and company in town. Mario is amazing and so are his employees and family working for him. He's done dozens of jobs for me and I'll never use another mechanical or plumbing contractor in town. I recently had two quotes to replace an HVAC unit, both in excess of $10,000. Both contractors said it was unrepairable and required replacement. I called Mario and he asked for a copy of their bids and inspected it for free. After a few minutes, he asked for approval to attempt a repair. 30 minutes later he said it was fixed and needed Freon. It cost me under $500.00 which was much less than the $14,000 estimate that I had. He's amazing, he cares and he's interested in your relationship long term! These guys are awesome!!! I had a toilet overflow in one of my bathrooms. When we tried to shut off the water at the angle stop, the handle broke off and water started leaking and flooding everywhere. We got the water shut off and my wife first called Christian Brothers plumbing. That plumber arrived and told us it would be $900 to replace five angle stops. I sent him away as I thought that was way too high. We then called Aim Pro Mechanical. Sam showed up within an hour and replaced all five angle stops and the cost was only about half of what the other plumber wanted to charge. I hate to be a five star tramp but there are a few businesses I am overly positive on and for a reason. When I first got to Scottsdale, in 2012 I needed a plumber. I called around on a Saturday night and finally got someone to come out against his will. He arrived and proceeded to rake me good, walking away 2 hours later with $650 while I did most of the work! When I found Mario and AIMPro my life got better. No matter the day or time, Mario will treat me right. He is kind to a fault. He always examines all your situation and advises on any possible upcoming expenses. Like my water heater that he told me is going to go any month now. I'm saving for it. Air conditioning? Heating? Plumbing? Only one person I call and that's Mario. Recently my mom's home flooded due to shoddy plumbermanship (okay I made that up). Mario had decided to get away with his family BUT he gave his phone to Tom and within an hour on a Sunday night Tom was out and fixed the problem. 3 years ago I had some bids for two new HVAC systems because mine were 20+ years old. I got the usual suspects who quoted me around the $25,000 range via their sales team. Mario came out and talked with me, asked some questions and called his distributor to see what specials he might have. A few minutes later I got 2 Trane units that were last year's units at about half the cost and 5 times more efficient than the ones I had. That plus new manifolds because mine didn't meet code and a new jump duct plus his guys covered all and vacuumed before they left all for about $14,000 which included tax! It's nice now that I have a short list of people I trust to do me right when I need them. Mario is tops. I couldn't recommend him more highly. Give him a call. Whether he comes out or his brother Ben or his friend Tom or his other guys, you'll be pleased. Put his number where you can find it when you have an emergency! My toilet was leaking and we asked a friend for a referral. She gave me Aim Pro's name. I appreciated them coming the same day, but they DID NOT fix the problem. They replaced the fill valve, charged me $225.00 and told me I needed to get my pressure valve changed outside ($600). I decided to call the builder who built our home 12 years ago and get a second opinion. He sent out a plumber who showed us that the problem was the flapper. When I questioned Mario, he said his plumber didn't think they needed to change the flapper and if they had it would have cost $600 instead of $225. (really??? I could have bought a whole new toilet for $600???). I just paid my builder's plumber $50.00...leak is gone. Builder's plumber even told me that in Scottsdale we have great water pressure and that the pressure valve is well within the tolerances...no new pressure valve necessary. read more

I have rarely been inclined to review anyone on yelp or any other site. Mario didn't even work for me at the house. I'm a weekend warrior with limited knowledge and I was in Home Depot struggling to find the correct parts to replace a ball valve this morning. I wasn't even really sure how to replace it once I found the right parts! This stranger nearby could tell I was not going to find the parts alone so he walks up to me and asks me what I am looking for. He showed me the correct parts and even offered to walk me through the steps to do it right. I couldn't believe how kind he was. As we were walking out he asked me if I had a few spare pieces of copper pipe in case I needed it. I did not, so he asked me to follow him to his truck parked in the Home Depot lot and hand cut for me 3 pieces of copper pipe and told me to have a nice weekend. I offered him some cash for his help but he adamantly refused. It is a rare thing to find people like him and after I drove away I looked up the company name on the side of his truck. I found him here and wrote this review. Kindness and integrity are rare and I wanted to play a small role in thanking him. I will be calling him for ANY future needs and referrals.
