I really need to write a review on this .Ok , they are the BEST! Let me tell you what happened first, homedepot usually offers tune up so I agreed and had it scheduled. Please don't go for this it's a no no, the guy came and seemed like guessing what was wrong with the AC . So in short I didn't ask him to do anything because si can't trust him. So we called for some other AC guys referred by family and friends and no one is available. Thank God there is YELP! So I browsed and read the reviews of each company and so far this has the best reviews. I was referred to Air Caresaver by a neighbor who underwent a recent upgrade, I scheduled an entire AC upgrade in April, Ralph (the owner) came to our house to provide a quote and once at the end to inspect the work. On both occasions he was extremely friendly and courteous to me and my family. We had a new Amana furnace, condenser, attic fan and Nest system installed along with ductwork for a very reasonable price. The upgrade took place on April 27 at 9am and they (2 guys-Angel and his brother) finished approximately 5pm, also very friendly and willing to answer questions. Finished outcome looks great and it's so neat being able to control it from anywhere! I traveled to California to visit my mother and we had some issues with her air-conditioning/ heating system. Ralph gave me an excellent estimate. I compared with 2 other companies, which aren't even close. He advised I upgrade my electrical panel to 200 Amps that took a while to finish. Then I called him to finalize his proposal (a few changes) and start work. He was fast. He was available in a few days and his crew finished the work in 2 days in time for the heat wave this weekend. This company did an excellent job on our AC installation and duct work. Starting from Karla who did squeezed us into their schedule on a Saturdy. To Joshua who did the diagnostics and went above and beyond his work for us to get things scheduled asap. Joshua coordinated with Ralph and spent a good hour plus explaining to us our options. Plus they had us borrow portable ACs to get thru the hottest weekend in cali. Genaro and Chris arrived on time on a monday and did the full gold package of Amana installation and both did a seamless job. Never been this satisfied with other businesses. We had our new AC unit installed over the summer and I must say my family is very satisfied with the outcome. I bought a house that didn't have central a/c. After some researching, I contacted Ralph, and he responded to me very quick, and came to my house, gave me professional advice with reasonable estimate, and explained all the ducts, units and systems, etc. After a few days he immediately arranged his team to install equipment. This is the 2nd time that I have used the company. This time Ralph came out to give an estimate to replace my HVAC. I had many problems over the years with the units that were only 10 years old. He listened to my issues and diagnosed the problems. He showed me where corners were cut and where things weren't even to code. They installed 2 new HVAC units and remedied the issues I was having. They also added insulation to my attic as they noticed the rag insulation was thin. Everything works so well now my system rarely turns on! Our air conditioner compressor needed to be replaced. Our system was close to 29 years old. Josh from AirCare came and evaluated our whole system, Furnace, AC Condenser, Compressor, Evaporator and Ducts. Next day we were provided quotes based on a Lennox or Amana Unit. We opted to change the whole system as our furnace was 15 years old. Jose and the installation team did a nice job. Installation is critical on how an HVAC system will perform and hold up. They removed the old furnace and air conditioner And were so careful not to leave any mess in the house while pulling out the old unit. Matt and Josh followed up with us and explained all the features of the new unit. A couple of days later, we noticed the compressor/condenser unit outside was sinking on one end. This was due to our slab being the size of the old unit and the new unit was leaning slightly as it settled. Josh came right out and leveled the unit and with pavers to extend the slab we took care of the problem. They were so helpful and willing to come out and make sure we were 100 percent satisfied .
