We wanted to install a 1 or 2-zone system, but my condo has a number of unique complications, though, so we weren't able to go forward with the project at that time. Fast-forward a couple years, and we decided to revisit the idea. We also decided to go big or go home this time, with a 5-zone system for the whole house. This time we got estimates from two other companies first, but one provided an extremely high quote and the other basically said that we were asking an impossible job that they could not do. So we reached out to NETR again, and it worked out great. The NETR price was literally more than 10K less (!!!) than what we were quoted by the other company, and they took care of all the secondary project burdens like City of Somerville building permits, upgrading our electrical service, etc. They gave us a clear idea of what to expect in terms of construction disruption, the workers were friendly and unobtrusive, and they finished the work right on schedule. It's too early to speak with certainty about the quality of the system we installed, but we are thrilled to finally have this project complete, and are very satisfied with the pricing, service, and installation work.

We decided to replace both our AC system and gas furnace (after the furnace died on the morning of the first blizzard!) with new American Standard units, and Gill gave us a very fair and reasonable price. While Warrior may not have had "7 trucks ready to finish the job in one day" like some of the larger companies promised, Gill and his team focused on doing the work the right way -- with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Received 3 estimates, all came back roughly in the…read moresame price range. 128 quoted the OEM Mitsubishi unit that I was looking for, (the others did not) along with handling all the permits & electrical needs. Their price also included a 3 year service plan. The install was scheduled 3 days after I accepted the quote, others were scheduling 2-3 weeks out. On the day of the installation, the 128 crew arrived right on time, calling ahead to let me know they were on the way. They showed up with a four man crew, 2 installers for the mini-split and 2 electricians. The work was pristine, the wiring was neat, the unit was placed on a pad and looks great! The crew (Paul, Nedim, Nick & Connor) was extremely professional and curtious. The work was completed by 3pm same day. I am 100% pleased with the work and will be using them going forward for all my HVAC needs.
