Eli was able to quickly diagnose the issue, Jason was very communicative and friendly and made sure that we got text updates and phone calls for every appointment. We needed a whole new system due to an evaporator coil manufacture defect issue and they gave us several options to choose from in order to accommodate our budget. Chris and Paris came out to install our new system and they worked quickly, were able to get our new air-conditioning unit and evaporator coil installed in less than a day, and they did great work; it has been running amazing ever since. Jason made sure to get us a system that could accommodate the size of our Home as the one that came with the house was too small for the size of our house. Ruben has the required certifications and was able to get through the permitting process no problem. I am very pleased with the work. Ruben went out of his way to help select the best system and navigate through the various requirements of the City permitting process. He had special plenums and turn-downs custom fabricated so the smaller Bryant high-efficiency unit could fit on the pedestal for the older and larger unit without expensive modifications to the IB membrane roof. That saved me a lot of money. Before I could turn around the new unit and materials were ordered and at the site and the next day the unit was up and in. He even took down an old chiller for me that I didn't need anymore. I'll report back in 6 months, but based on the installation, Macias Mechanical is at the top of my call list. Mike
