This company will scam you! They will tell you you need a new system after 4 years. They will then tell you you need to redo all your vents, I paid them $23,000 and when my air conditioner broke down after 4 years, they refused to fix it under $3500$ with a 10 year warranty. Watch out they will send sales people to think you need a new unit. They will break it down into a monthy payment to look better with a 33% interest. Not good people. read more

It all started with a new install. I ordered the unit with the rep. and waited for the installation. They were 3 hours late to get started and stayed until1am trying to get the new unit working without success. the next morning, i was told that the furnace that they had chose to use with the unit was not compatible and I needed to spend an additional $7,000 to have the right one. Since they had already changed out the old system, i was placed in a serious bind so I agreed to $4,000 and they said OK. They finally got the unit running after around 14 hours and many trips including where I called an AC friend of mine and asked him to go over the install because I could tell that they were having a terrible time marring the equipment. Turns out they didn't even wire the Soft-Start that I paid $350 for. The unit was so loud that me and my family had difficulty sleeping. They said there was nothing I could do and would not give my money back or change the unit. It was obvious to me that they bastardized the system and it was likely that the components were not compatible with a 2-stage system. Today I noticed that the AC was not working so I called and then went out to check the unit and it was ON FIRE! All of the wiring was burning and working it's way up the power line. I got the fire out and am now waiting on them to come out. This is by far the worst and most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. These people are truly liars and scammers. They almost killed my entire family! read more

There is 1 year of my life regarding AC that I will not get back. I have been having issues with Air Dynasty and my AC system from the day they sold me new HVAC system (not worth mentioning that I didnt need one). in over 20 times they visited my house, looked like issue is always something else. Recently I was naive enough to purchased new duck vents as ''that seemed to be a problem''. Needless to say that I was robbed for those $5,500. They came few days later and were ''fixing'' outside unit as it was not ''functioning well'' (mind that is less than 2 years since they sold me everything). Robert was the one that sold me vents and was convinced that it would solve my problems. I reached out saying that it is still not working and didn't get any response back. My house can't cool below 77. over a year later and $30,000, I am here at my house feeling tricked into buying things that don't work. Oh, and they made me sign without letting me know that I have inspected installation of vents, before work has even begun (thanks Robert for that, it is a fraud!). Not sure why Google Review have higher ratings for this company, not reflecting reviews on Yelp. I hope who ever reads this to take seriously when dealing with companies like Air Dynasty. After calling me repeatedly for a free tune up and inspection, I caved and scheduled the service for Monday April 13 between 4-8pm. The technician was in my attic for over an hour. As soon as he was done, he tried selling me a new unit and quoted me three prices. My unit is 20 years old but works fine because of regular maintenance. I knew I would get the quotes and that eventually, I will need to replace the unit. However, I did not expect the unit to begin dripping water within minutes of the technician leaving. I got someone from the company on the phone right away and they suggested I turn the air conditioner off and they sent someone over the next day. This inconvenience caused me going to a family member's home to spend the night and missing a couple of hours of work the next day. Two technicians came the next day to inspect the water leakage. However, I also had my regular maintenance handyman at my home as well. My handyman confronted Air Dynasty's technicians and demanded to know what the technician had done the day before. We were told the technician did not tighten up some screws but everything was fine. We turned the air conditioner back on and the leak stopped. On Saturday, May 30 I noticed my bedroom ceiling was caving down at the seems. When I pressed my hands on the ceiling, the sheetrock was wet and started crumbling down. I called my handyman and he inspected the air conditioner in the attic. He found screws off the manifold and tape cut off. I was also told the drip tray that catches condensation had been moved. Because of this, I have water and mold all over my the attic floor, which is over my bedroom ceiling. Because of this, I also missed my nieces high school graduation and dinner celebration on Saturday. Yesterday was Wednesday, June 3. I had 4 repairmen at my home. Again, the air conditioner works fine. But because of the free inspection I was given, the technicians, damaged my unit. The repairmen are still giving me details but I am told they had to buy a special tape to replace the tape that was cut off as well as plaster or mud. The installation has mold so they had to remove and replace that. Half of my ceiling is being replaced. The means removing the wet and moldy sheetrock, new sheetrock, texture, paint, removing furniture. The work is not complete. This has caused me so much money, time, and stress. I have pictures that I want to post. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. Again, My air conditioner was old, but it worked just fine. I hope to receive a call from the owner so that my handyman and I can go over my experience and the repairs. RESPONSE TO OWNER: 1. You do not know if my system had been running prior to your visit. 2. You assume I ignore and neglect my system. 3. You assume my handyman is cheap and unprofessional. 4. What do you mean "go one on one with them"? What does this mean??? Bottom line, my air condition worked fine until your tech touched it on April 13. Six weeks later I have major water damage because of what he did. He spent an hour in my attic. The two technicians that arrived the next day both admitted he did something wrong! Our ac stopped working. They came out the same day and after inspection told us the only way to get us back up and running is to purchase a new unit...appx $20,000. We decided to get a second opinion so we sent them on their way, with the house still hot. The second company came out the following day and it was a faulty capacitor, a $50 part. Don't ever use this business! After a whole year my unit still does not work, charged me over 6,000 dollars. The unit never worked from day one. They are big time scammers with the gift of GAB!!! My AC was not cooling. Casey came out and gave me the worst possible news to the tune of $6995. He couldn't say enough about how troublesome these systems are, told me I had a coolant blowout in the upstairs unit and made sure to point out the problems with the install (three years ago). The original installers came out the next day, replaced a capacitor, no coolant leak and I was up and running. Casey made a point of showing me one bad review of the company that eventually fixed me up. Then Efrain commented on my review. That caused me to read all the reviews of Air Dynasty. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS FOR A NEW HVAC INSTALLATION- THEY ARE INCOMPETENT The sales person Curtis was great, we thought. We were told they would put in the gas line, run 220 electric for the condenser and run a 110 electric for the coil all included in the cost. That was the reason why we hired them. Marvin (Rogelio Escobar), the installer, refused to do it, we had to pay several thousand of extra $$ for this work to be done. Marvin, the installer, also charged us an extra $200 to build the platform for the furnace, which the sales person Curtis did not mention. Curtis initially ordered the wrong type of AC system for our foam installation, which was caught and corrected immediately, for an extra $1000.00 Upon installation we discovered there was no heat and: The wrong thermostat was put in. The tech, Marvin, took the pre poured pad with him that he was supposed to install with our condenser and did not secure it to the cement. No float switch was installed on the evaporator coil No gas flex line was installed, to the evaporated coil -so we had no heat for 1 1/2 months from December to January 2025, which was during the freeze. They did not install the shut off valve to the coil, per the contract. They removed our exhaust fans that the electrician put in and replaced them with the wrong fans, one fan/light switch. We have photos of all the work and have documented everything. Bruce the operations manager came and inspected the install and promised to correct all the issues. We've heard nothing. We had to hired a lawyer. We reported them to the BBB, the Texas HVAC licensing Board, the WFAA Investigates and we are taking them to court. These guys should not be in business. DO NOT pay them ahead of time and if you want to join the lawsuit send me a message here. read more

He took pictures of any problems that he found and he took pictures of my equipment specs and his readings of my equipment. He gave all the info I needed to make an informed decision about suggested repairs. He was courteous and political and answered all my questions. I am very satisfied with Brian's service call. Great Techs, Terrible Business. Their Materials pricing is 10X, 1000% of what it costs to buy it yourself. I get even a possible 4X due to having it warehoused and immediately available, but 10X! Kurt the Tech was awesome. Quickly ID'd the issue and what was needed to repair the system. I called to dispute the charges, and they said, Sorry, no refund, you signed the bill. We have had the most miserable experience and never has the company tried to really rectify their mistakes. They just try to convince us to spend thousands more $$$$. We had our old air conditioning unit for 12 years and never ever had the same problems. Air Dynasty replaced our whole HVAC/air conditioning and heating about 1 1/2 years ago. Right after the new insulation we have major problems. We had water damage to the ceiling due to excess condensation, draining issues that effected our bathroom, days when our air just quit because of damper issues, and now our heater does not work as it overheats and shuts off. We are under "10 year" warranty but some how it covers very little and now we are being asked to pay almost $4000 in labor cost. BEWARE of this company. Stay far away from this company and keep your wallet even further. Their technician completely misdiagnosed our AC issue, claiming we needed a $3,800 repair or a full system replacement for $25,000--all without even using a voltmeter or any proper diagnostic tools. Instead of actually diagnosing the problem, they immediately pushed for an expensive replacement. The next day, I hired Premier A/C & Heating, who properly assessed the issue and fixed it for just $700 by simply replacing the blower motor--a straightforward repair that Air Dynasty completely overlooked. Thanks to their misdiagnosis, I was left without heating unnecessarily. To make matters worse, even after I declined their outrageous quote, they won't stop calling, texting, and emailing me asking about my thoughts on the new system they tried to sell me. Their aggressive sales tactics, lack of professionalism, and refusal to conduct a proper diagnosis are completely unacceptable. AHS should remove them from their list of providers immediately. read more

We have waited on a 8-12 pm window 12-30-22 for them to come out and no call or anything. We were told they would text 30 min before arrival. I call to find out tech is behind and maybe 2pm can come no guarantees when. The ac unit is extremely light weight. It came off the pad, not sure how but could be our dogs playing and it moved and is dented. It is not bolted down. They claim it wont move without a lot of force but I was able to slide it back on, what happens during a high wind storm? Not sure if someone kicked it- possibility. So they did come out and guy secured the unit down so it cannot be moved on pad again, verified everything working ok. I feel we should have been told unit weighs less than 100 pounds and may need a box bolted down to keep it in place, esp if you have larger dogs like labs and shepherd like we so. read more

Stay away from this company! Here's what happened. We used them previously through our home warranty, American Home Shield. They reached out to me asking if I would like to get a free AC/heater check. Trying to be proactive I scheduled this. When their technician came out, he checked the systems and then informed me I needed a complete new system! Price ranging from $26-$34,000! Claimed my AC had leaks and that my furnace was cracked and omitting carbon monoxide. Wanting to get a second opinion, I called out another company and they got out about a week later, by the time they had came out my AC had stopped working. when the other company checked my system, they found a valve left open that caused all my Freon to leak out. Keep in mind you have to have a special tool to open this valve. Then they checked my heater and it was not emitting any carbon monoxide. I informed air dynasty that their technician left a valve open, causing all my Freon to leak out and they claimed it was not them that did this. they sent another technician out after 3 days of me calling, who didn't even have my Freon on his truck on a Saturday so I had to wait till Monday to speak to the operations manager. Again, she informed me it wasn't their fault. I explained to her I had no issues with my unit until her company came out. I needed her to do what was right and recharge my Freon. She did not want to do this. I had to threaten with legal action before she sent out a technician to recharge my system. Once my system was recharged, we have had no issues with my AC unit. Do NOT hire these guys!!! Tried to get me to drop 20k on a whole new system saying the unit I have outside is discontinued and has a leak at 11 years old. The air Box also needs replacing because it's full of mold along with all the air ducts which also were full of water so heavy it was breaking straps. Thankfully I got a second opinion and they're replacing the capacitor, cleaning the drains, adding a safety switch and pressure valve for cleaning said drains, cleaning the evaporator coils, coming out TWICE a year for maintenance and getting 10% off any future repairs for $1800. Yeah, that's right less than 1/10th the price air dynasty was trying to scam from me. Please do not go with these guys if you don't want scammed cuz that's all this company is in my opinion. read more

Air Dynasty AC is FRAUDULENT. A Dynasty technician by the name of Efrain C. Quoted $2,500 to remove old ducts and replace them with new ducts. Efrain C. never intended to replace the ducts. He did not replace a single duct, instead he used tape and cardboard to patch holes but he still billed for the duct replacement. A licensed HVAC company was paid to inspect the work at which point the FRAUD was discovered. The issue was reported to Dynasty AC, They stated that Efrain C. was not authorized to accept jobs or collect payment. Despite knowing Efrain C. STOLE MONEY , committed FRAUD on a 65 year old woman and used a company vehicle without permission Dynasty AC kept Efrain C employed. We will be reporting this to the Texas department of licensing and regulations. Houston Police Department is investigating as well. read more

I feel compelled to write this review considering I had 2 family members use AirDynasty both with horrible experiences. Air Dynasty replaced my son's entire AC unit 2 1/2 years ago. Shortly after the instillation, the capacitor went out. He was charged $3000 for the repair. Shouldn't that part be under warranty from the manufacturer?? Fast forward to last Friday. His air went out. A technician came out and said part of the mother board was fried because of the heat and dust in the attic. Cost of repair $3000-$4000. He got a second opinion and...... it was the thermostat. The tech reattached the thermostat and TA DA air working perfectly. Could you imagine if he took the Air Dynasty's techs word and replaced the mother board. Did I mention they were ready to charge him $3000-$4000 for the unnecessary repair? read more

I'm dead serious. Yelp doesn't allow for a post long enough to document this rolling sh!tshow I have going on, but suffice it to say I've had 5 or 6 of their people out over the last 90 days and they can't fix systems and blame you for their shortcomings. I've had a non-functional AC unit for over a month. It leaked out the thousand dollars of refrigerant I paid for and will undoubtedly have to pay for again. I have $500 electric bill. They no-call no-show the day before an extra long weekend. AND it's all my fault it's not working. Here's the real shame of it - the folks in their office are SUPER nice. I wish there was an option to give zero stars. My upstairs A/C went out and Air Dynasty performed a lengthy two-hour assessment of both of my systems (which I didn't ask for). They said my two-year old condenser (that they installed in 2023) burned up, and I also needed new evaporator coils. The minimum cost to repair my upstairs A/C was $13k! They also said my downstairs unit was leaking refrigerant and needed a minimum $7k of repairs. Of course they tried to sell me two new systems for $47k, which quickly turned into a used car sales negotiation after I said I needed to get a second opinion. Suddenly $47k could be done for $40k, which was a major RED FLAG! Thank God I had sense to say no and call someone else, because Air Woodlands A/C arrived and had my broken A/C working in less than 5 minutes--replacing a burned wire on the condenser outside. Total cost of repair was $140 vs. $13,000 with Air Dynasty. NEVER AGAIN will I call them. They are slimy salesman who don't want to fix your problem. They are only interested in pressuring you into a costly retrofit or a new system with a fancy warranty. read more

I noticed a problem with my furnace that Air Dynasty installed. I called almost once a week for about 2 months, sent an email that was never responded to and I felt dismissed. That's why I gave 4 stars. That being said, I tried one last time and Efrain answered the phone. Come to find out there was a problem with the paperwork. As I spoke with Efrain he was willing to look into it and found the issue. 3 hours later two techs showed up and addressed all my concerns. Throughout the process Efrain was in communication with me, and I knew exactly what to expect. Thank you Efrain for taking the time to listen, look into it, and resolve the issue. If I would have talked to Efrain from the beginning I would give 5 stars. read more

I have tried almost 2 months to get my problem resolved with them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They have cheated me because I am a women they put a 4 ton AC UNIT at my 1275 square foot home. My electric bill is off the charts. I have called over and over they never always say everyone in management is in meetings all day no matter what time I call. They say the owner will call me back and nobody called back. My house should only have a 2 ton at the most 2 1/2 ton. read more

Quality. AC broke down 1year & 3 months after install. Left us without AC for 12 days this past summer I am 65 and my wife is 70. No offering of help or updates. I had to call their office. First capacitor went and then compressor. Just had an inspection which is part of maintenance I have and the UV light was out. So, they acted like they had to look at history because they did not remember I had a system failure So, I said the UV light for 22 days of no AC would have contributed to the light failure.
