The actual service took around an hour. The technician was professional and kept the work area reasonably clean. After completing the repair, he tested the AC and explained what had been fixed. The AC was working properly when he finished, which was the main thing I was looking for. One thing I particularly liked was the communication. When I had a question about the service, I was able to contact the company and get an answer. The staff member on the phone was polite and tried to explain the process clearly. There was one area that could be improved. The waiting time was slightly longer than I originally expected, so better communication about the exact arrival time would have made the experience even better. Apart from that, I did not have any major problems with the service. The final experience was positive for me. I found the booking process straightforward, the communication helpful, and the actual service satisfactory. I also appreciated that the technician explained the work instead of simply completing it and leaving. Based on my experience, I would give **Airline Airport Services 4 out of 5 stars**. I would consider using them again if I needed the same type of service in the future. Of course, everyone's experience can be different, but based on my own visit, I was generally satisfied with the service and the way the booking and repair were handled. Overall, the main positives for me were the easy booking process, helpful communication, professional service, and the fact that the problem was resolved. With slightly better timing communication, the experience could have been even better.

I appreciated having a clear understanding of what the service included instead of having to figure everything out on my own. The technician arrived close to the scheduled time and began by inspecting the AC to determine the cause of the problem. The Spirit Airlines website was super easy to navigate. I got on, created my account, booked my flights, and was all set within a matter of minutes. The confirmation provided all the details for my flight and my gmail was able to pull the details and add it to my calendar. 24 hours before my flight, the check-in reminder came and the checking process was super easy. I didn't have any changes or additions so I was checked in within a minute. Arriving at the gate was vibrant as the Spirit Airlines yellow set the tone for the area. The lines were long but the staff was smiling and friendly. As it came time to board, I was a part of Group 5 which is the bulk of flyers. Though the line was about 3 gates long, the Spirit Airlines staff had an efficient process for getting us out the gate area and onto the aircraft. Of course you can't do anything about the people who hold up the line, but the Spirit Airlines gate agents even had a process for them to step to the side. Woo Hoo! Once on board, the plane is standard size, and the seats aren't as tight as I have heard. I'm 6' 3" and though I didn't have ample space, I didn't feel like I was being crushed either. The seats don't have as much cushion as some of the other airlines, however, my butt didn't start to hurt until I was 2.5hrs into my 3hr flight, so I was good. The Spirit Airlines Flight Attendants are unique in style esthetic, however, their service was industry standard and they always appeared with a smile. As you pay for everything on the flight, the process of purchasing is easy and swift. The pilot was professional and ensured we had a smooth flight into the Boston area. He kept us abreast of weather changes, altitude changes, and gave us ample time to prepare for landing. I deplaned without incident and went on about my day. My return flight to Atlanta was the same experience quality. Coming back, I did add a carry-on ($70) and it was easy to add it during my check in process. Once at Logan, the kiosk was unable to scan my boarding pass, however the ticketing attendant put in my confirmation number and I was good to go. I tagged my bag, headed to the counter, dropped it off, and was on my way to security within 3 minutes. Thank you Spirit Airlines for the safe trip and streamlined standard operating procedures. You and the staff are appreciated.

One issue might be a flub but when it happens multiple times, months apart, it's a business practice. I recommend with my entire being that you avoid purchasing extra bags - thrice now we have done so (the first time it was two of us traveling lest you think we are gluttons for punishment), just to have Aer Lingus make us pay again at check-in - when you are stressed about your travel and will do anything to just move forward and get yourself and your bags on the plane thinking you can take it up with customer service later. Well, you can try. It took me at least five calls and several emails over a matter of months (because you are waiting for them to get back to you as they've directed) to get part of a refund. I had to call again to get the rest. They flat out told my mom they wouldn't refund her and were closing the case when she contacted customer service (at no point was she able to provide proof of her payments, they just looked at her travel record and decided). I've encouraged her to keep trying and prepare to be in it for the long hall since they tried to tell me no at first too. Then they send you a survey link to provide feedback on your experience and it's "expired" every time. Class.

They dont start collecting checked bags until 2 hours prior to departure. The employees dont speak fluent or proficient english. This is in Boston Mass. Get one person who can speak fluent English. Check in took an hour and 7 minutes. We were 12th in line. It was like it was each agents first day living life. When we finally got up the woman was rude and vile and set a bad tone. I had our passports and bags all ready. Obviously she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Don't take it out on my family and I. Cabin crew are decent but the bathroom going to and from dublin on the planes was absolutely disgusting. I flew in a seat next to it. They did not even clean it. It smelled awful. There was trash under the seats. Aer lingus also does not dispatch staff to the terminal until its time to board. So you cant even ask them a question. Not like they speak any English. Seriously the app said the plane was boarding at Leeds Bradford. But the terminal display said delayed. Couldn't even ask a human what one was correct. Upon returning they lost my luggage. I went to complain and was told in broken English to fill out a report via qr code. Federal law states im entitled to fill it out in person. 7 days ive been without my luggage. They were supposed to drop it off last night but never did. Hours of speaking to overseas Indian call center employees who are rude, reading off a script they told me it will be another day or two.

As Boston is a major United hub, it was interesting to see 80%+ of the plane boarding with Pre-Boarding, Group 1 or 2. Our flight arrived ~45 minutes ahead of schedule.

I was traveling home on August 7th from Boston after a concert, I had a time sensitive medical appointment related to ongoing cancer treatments that I absolutely had to be home for by August 10th. My flight was cancelled on August 7th due to weather and then my replacement flight on August 8th was delayed 4 hours. They needed to remove a passengers bag, which ultimately led to us losing our spot in line to take off, we ran out of fuel and by the time we re-fueled the flight was "canceled because of the weather". I sat on the plane on the tarmac for over 4 hours for this whole ordeal. If they hadn't needed to retrieve this luggage, we would have taken off as scheduled. Because I had a medical appointment I could not miss or postpone because it would literally put my progress and life at risk, I was left scrambling to find another way to get home. I ultimately had to rent a car and drive through the night for 7 hours to Washington, DC to fly home because I had friends there and knew that flights were flying out of Dulles airport without cancellations. This created additional expenses, exhaustion and stress on top of an already incredibly difficult situation. The disruption also caused me to lose approximately $2,000 in work income, in addition to the travel expenses and other costs I incurred because of United's handling of the situation. I filled out a complain on their website and their solution was to offer me a $100 travel credit. I will never fly with United again, why would a travel credit be the solution? I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I felt that the situation deserved to be properly addressed. United's response was to offer me a "refund" of my flight. Turns out the refund wasn't even for the full amount, it was for $70 of which I'm not sure where they pulled that number from. Their response was because the cancellation was due to weather they didn't owe me anything. The second flight was NOT delayed due to weather, if United had handled luggage properly and didn't need to pull luggage off the flight, we would have taken off as scheduled. The FOUR HOUR delay is what caused bad weather to come in and cancel the flight after the significant time wasted on the tarmac. United does not care to listen to the facts of the situation. This experience has cost me significant money, time, sleep and unnecessary stress during an already difficult period of my life. As a cancer patient, I am already under duress and financial strain and United has zero empathy for anything. United Airlines has permanently lost my business and I hope this review will make you reconsider using their services as well. If you want to be on time, not left stranded and left with zero solutions from United, I would advise staying away from them.

Don't fall into this trap. American Airlines is unequivocally the absolute worst airline available (yes even worse than Frontier - at least then you get what you pay for). This week I made the terribly misguided decision to book an American flight from PVD to DCA. The flight was at 7pm and was quickly delayed until midnight (I had anticipated this would happen given I was flying AA so not a surprise). What I didn't account for was a full flight cancellation despite the weather situation in DC clearing up at 8 pm (well before our flight was supposed to depart). I was still unfazed, however, since I had recalled similar experiences prior. After painful dealings with customer service I was finally able to rebook on the 6 am flight the next morning (this is at 10 pm the night before mind you). Though this was all a major inconvenience to me (my entire schedule for the following day was thrown out the window along with those of the people I was supposed to be meeting), I didn't expect much more from AA. The real shock came at around midnight (4 hours before I was going to wake up for my 6 am flight) when my morning flight was cancelled. I have to admit, this caught me by surprise - I figured that even for an abhorrent airline like American they would have some level of decency in servicing their customers. Alas, I was wrong. Cancelling a NEXT DAY flight 4 hours before boarding is well within the bounds of normal business operations for AA because coordinating an aircraft from an airport that hasn't had problematic weather for 12 hours prior to the new scheduled departure is just too much to ask for from a global carrier. I have now lost an entire day of my planned vacation along with the added inconvenience and expense associated with trying to find a place to work and eat tomorrow all while wondering if my flight will actually take off within 24 hours after it was scheduled to. Let this be a lesson for all of you and my future self - never ever, under any circumstances, fly American Airlines. They are truly terrible (which, by the way, is why they are being run out of business by United and Delta - two carriers who understand the value of actually being reliable and treating customers with care)
