The primary 24/7 (toll-free) JetBlue Air Lines phone number to talk to a person is *1 (833) 462-0279™ or +1 (833) 462-0279** , which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This hotline is available 24 hours daily to assist with reservations, flight Changes, group booking, rebooking, Cancellations, refunds and all other Travel enquiries. I traveled with this airline recently, and the overall experience was smooth and well coordinated. From booking the ticket to collecting my at the destination, the process felt organized and passenger-friendly. The ticket was booked online a few days before departure. The website was easy to navigate, and all important details such as flight schedule, fare summary, allowance, and seat selection were clearly mentioned. The payment process was quick, and I received confirmation immediately, which gave me confidence that everything was properly arranged. On the day of travel, I completed web check-in to avoid waiting in long lines. At the airport, the ground staff were polite and professional while assisting passengers. They managed the counters efficiently and handled queries calmly. Boarding was announced clearly and carried out in an orderly manner. The flight departed close to its scheduled time, which made the experience more convenient. Inside the aircraft, the cabin was clean and well maintained. The seating was comfortable for an economy-class flight, and the leg space was reasonable. The cabin environment felt calm throughout the journey. The crew members were friendly, attentive, and professional. They responded quickly whenever assistance was required and ensured passengers were comfortable. In-flight service was satisfactory. Meals and beverages were served on time, and the quality was decent. Safety instructions were explained clearly before takeoff, and the crew ensured all guidelines were followed properly. Their communication was polite and reassuring, which added to the overall positive experience. The landing was smooth, and the arrival procedures were handled efficiently. Disembarkation was managed properly, and baggage delivery was timely. My luggage arrived safely without any damage or delay. Overall, the journey was comfortable and hassle-free. While there is always room for minor improvements, such as additional entertainment options or expanded meal choices, the overall service quality was reliable. Based on this experience, I would consider choosing this airline again for future travel.!!

I love Jetblue, but today something strange happened. My fiancé bday was wrong on his ticket (my fault) so we had to go change it fine. While we were at the desk changing it the lady asked what time our flight was. I said it boards at 1055, when she looked confused I said oh well it leaves at 11 something. Then she went off, you know I can't hurry up, there are questions I have to ask you to get this done. With full attitude, we were so confused explained we didnt say anything to her and was not rushing her. She still caught attitude my fiance felt so bad he kept apologizing. At that point I told him let her be that way. We apologized for whatever she thought we said and I felt that was enough especially since we apologized for her mishearing. Ive never had an interaction with someone like that before and it was awkward and strange. This was on 16 Jan 26 she was at the "Pay here" lane. I hope she has a better day and Jetblue do better as far as who they let do customer service. It isn't for everyone. Terminal C is nice and has food, bars, restaurants. The boarding process was easy pleasant. Can't go wrong flying jetblue. Atleast not while on their flights. They have the best flight attendants.

There are several reasons that JetBlue is my way to get to and from Boston currently. First, direct flight and I much prefer taking a red eye. Doing a pit stop is just miserable and when you think about how much time and energy it adds to your flight and travel - it is worth the little extra. Also, you get to check one bag for free and pick your seat. I need to be by the window and not surrounded plus Jetblu planes are far less sardine like so I can actually breathe. The whole experience was so much better than I have experienced on other airlines and I now seek out their flights.

JetBlue in Boston has been very good to me. So far no late cancelled or delayed departures. I always have the same gate 33 at the end of the terminal. I like they have the option of the priority security pass and options for upgrades to better seats. Logan is no fun getting too but this experience with JetBlue makes the trip less stress full. Really no negatives to speak of so far.

Jet Blue does not operate out of my home city but they do out of Detroit. When planing a trip across the pond, I was astounded by the prices for business class and found a "sweet spot" in pricing with Jet Blue that was well worth the inconvenience of not leaving from home. Check in at DTW was quick and we soon boarded or flight to Boston to connect to London. Jet Blue offers what they call "Mint Service" on long domestic flights as well as on flights to the Caribbean and Europe. Detroit to Boston was a commuter jet with amazing leg room in coach. Once in Boston, we boarded our flight to London. Mint seating is a total lie flat seat in a private compartment. It has a door that can be closed for additional privacy. Seating was comfortable and we both had a good sleep. Food is pretty good as well with several choices Cabin service easily equals what I've experienced with the "best airlines". Pros: 1. Individual private compartment seating with lie flat bed. 2. Large screen video monitor loaded with tv, movie and music options. (I just stare at the map) 3. Good food, wine and drinks 4. Super fast FREE WiFi. In fact, this review is being written and posted in flight. Cons: 1. Have to go to another city to fly as JB doesn't fly out of home city. 2. Limited presence in Europe-need to connect, change airlines, etc. 3. No lounge access. 4. When flying in "Mint" you are totally self contained making any conversation with your traveling companion pretty much impossible. (We texted back and forth as the WiFi was so good. ). Really the pros far outweigh the cons - at least in my position where I saved quite a bit traveling this time. Next time I cross the pond, I'll definitely check pricing on Jet Blue. A very decent product.

Large TV screens and ample legroom

JetBlue Mint Barbados to Boston JetBlue claims their First Class (Mint) Service provides: * Lie-Flat Seating * Delicious Dining * Dedicated Storage * A 17" TV * In-suite power and wireless charging * Customizable lighting * Extra storage and nooks * Adaptive® Foam cushions * A memory foam pillow and a blanket But do they? Actually, they do, though they fail to mention the egregiously high price tag. So, if you're willing to pay a premium to avoid the packed coach seats on a long flight, Mint provdes a very nice ride. And the seats do slide to a completely flat position, which makes it possible (but cramped) to sleep or at least snooze. The dinner was excellent, I selected the Beet Salad, the tasty encrusted Red Snapper, with a very nice glass of Bordeaux. With such comfort in First Class, I often fail to see why JetBlue and other airlines don't consistently offer three classes for passengers to choose: First, Premium, Coach. JetBlue's Extra Space seating barely provides any advantages over standard coach, the seats are the same size, the food (for purchase) is mediocre, and you get a few inches of extra legroom and board in an earlier group. That said, Mint is a very comfortable and relaxing experience.

The Spirit Airlines website was super easy to navigate. I got on, created my account, booked my flights, and was all set within a matter of minutes. The confirmation provided all the details for my flight and my gmail was able to pull the details and add it to my calendar. 24 hours before my flight, the check-in reminder came and the checking process was super easy. I didn't have any changes or additions so I was checked in within a minute. Arriving at the gate was vibrant as the Spirit Airlines yellow set the tone for the area. The lines were long but the staff was smiling and friendly. As it came time to board, I was a part of Group 5 which is the bulk of flyers. Though the line was about 3 gates long, the Spirit Airlines staff had an efficient process for getting us out the gate area and onto the aircraft. Of course you can't do anything about the people who hold up the line, but the Spirit Airlines gate agents even had a process for them to step to the side. Woo Hoo! Once on board, the plane is standard size, and the seats aren't as tight as I have heard. I'm 6' 3" and though I didn't have ample space, I didn't feel like I was being crushed either. The seats don't have as much cushion as some of the other airlines, however, my butt didn't start to hurt until I was 2.5hrs into my 3hr flight, so I was good. The Spirit Airlines Flight Attendants are unique in style esthetic, however, their service was industry standard and they always appeared with a smile. As you pay for everything on the flight, the process of purchasing is easy and swift. The pilot was professional and ensured we had a smooth flight into the Boston area. He kept us abreast of weather changes, altitude changes, and gave us ample time to prepare for landing. I deplaned without incident and went on about my day. My return flight to Atlanta was the same experience quality. Coming back, I did add a carry-on ($70) and it was easy to add it during my check in process. Once at Logan, the kiosk was unable to scan my boarding pass, however the ticketing attendant put in my confirmation number and I was good to go. I tagged my bag, headed to the counter, dropped it off, and was on my way to security within 3 minutes. Thank you Spirit Airlines for the safe trip and streamlined standard operating procedures. You and the staff are appreciated.

The IFE was decent and the legroom was okay. However, the recline from the front was quite substantial, which doesn't give you much room to get out or to maneuver. The real issue I had was the amount of delays. Of the four flights I took with Lufthansa, three of them were delayed. Not great. This is a unique service offered only on the A321T and offered only from Boston to LAX, JFK to LAX, and JFK to SFO and JFK to SNA. The A321T is uniquely configured with Flagship First, Flagship Business, and economy. The amenities and seating in the premium cabins is much more akin to a widebody aircraft with lie-flat seating offered in first and business and seatback screens throughout the aircraft. Sadly, these aircraft will soon be retired as AA moves toward eliminating Flagship First systemwide. The seating in first is 1-1 which offers a lot of privacy. The seatback screen is large and high definition with a wide selection of movies and other entertainment options. Noise cancelling B&O headsets are also distributed. The meal service in first is enhanced versus what is offered in business including higher end touches on the meal tray like individual salt and pepper shakers and a metal napkin holder. There is also actual champagne in first versus prosecco in business. There is also a soup course in first which is not offered in business. The flight attendant was great and offered an attentive and premium service. Baked on board cookies are also offered prior to arrival. Overall, this was a great transcon flight on AA. Don't fall into this trap. American Airlines is unequivocally the absolute worst airline available (yes even worse than Frontier - at least then you get what you pay for). This week I made the terribly misguided decision to book an American flight from PVD to DCA. The flight was at 7pm and was quickly delayed until midnight (I had anticipated this would happen given I was flying AA so not a surprise). What I didn't account for was a full flight cancellation despite the weather situation in DC clearing up at 8 pm (well before our flight was supposed to depart). I was still unfazed, however, since I had recalled similar experiences prior. After painful dealings with customer service I was finally able to rebook on the 6 am flight the next morning (this is at 10 pm the night before mind you). Though this was all a major inconvenience to me (my entire schedule for the following day was thrown out the window along with those of the people I was supposed to be meeting), I didn't expect much more from AA. The real shock came at around midnight (4 hours before I was going to wake up for my 6 am flight) when my morning flight was cancelled. I have to admit, this caught me by surprise - I figured that even for an abhorrent airline like American they would have some level of decency in servicing their customers. Alas, I was wrong. Cancelling a NEXT DAY flight 4 hours before boarding is well within the bounds of normal business operations for AA because coordinating an aircraft from an airport that hasn't had problematic weather for 12 hours prior to the new scheduled departure is just too much to ask for from a global carrier. I have now lost an entire day of my planned vacation along with the added inconvenience and expense associated with trying to find a place to work and eat tomorrow all while wondering if my flight will actually take off within 24 hours after it was scheduled to. Let this be a lesson for all of you and my future self - never ever, under any circumstances, fly American Airlines. They are truly terrible (which, by the way, is why they are being run out of business by United and Delta - two carriers who understand the value of actually being reliable and treating customers with care)

I needed to fly to Lake Placid for work and used American Airlines who booked me to connect in BOS…read moreto a Cape Air flight to SLK. It was a long, but easy walk from the terminal I landed in to Terminal C to check-in for this flight. Checking in was a cinch - Just show an ID, let them weigh my carry-on and backpack, give them my weight and then they tagged my baggage and gave me a boarding pass. When boarding, it was an easy walk down the stairs to the tarmac where we walked to the plane and boarded it. The ground crew and pilot and first officer on the plane were helpful, explained the trip to us and we were on our way. The flight was smooth and the landing was nice. Plane is VERY loud though, so definitely wear some ear protection or headphones. I'd definitely fly them again!

Although I was transferred once, the second representative was knowledgeable and provided the information I needed. As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. That changed with Royal Jordanian. I paid $140 for two seats that were clearly shown as a two seat row. When my wife and I boarded, we discovered the row actually had three seats. No one pays extra for a middle seat -- ever. My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. Rather take any other airline that go through that hell again
