STAY CLEAR. To the other review stating they were threatened with a defamation lawsuit oh I hope they try that with us because lucky for them our business has a fantastic attorney.

But anyway, then I asked him if he could just clean the vent because I definitely think it's got a build up of lint because the dryer is running hot and it is a gas dryer. He declined to do the cleaning either... Which is weird because I've cleaned it multiple times with my vacuum since it's only about 3 feet long. I just can't get on the ladder anymore to do that. Then...he charged me a $60 trip fee. He did not mention on the phone when I made the appointment that there was a trip fee. This was a waste of my time and money.

I highly recommend Air Improvement for thorough, professional duct cleaning. We wanted to get our ducts cleaned ASAP after the Louisville fire so that once our gas was turned back on we could turn on the heat without dispersing ash throughout the house. Avi responded with a quote (very reasonable) within 10 minutes of my contacting him. He then juggled his schedule to come clean our ducts a day sooner than our scheduled appointment (which we greatly appreciated). He was punctual, professional, friendly, and careful moving his equipment so nothing got damaged. He took his time and kept working till he was sure that he had done a thorough job. Our dryer vent was especially clogged but he kept at it until it was clean. We've hired many contractors, service people and technicians over the years and we can't remember any who we would recommend more highly than Avi and Air Improvement. read more

We called Avi at Air improvement after we finished a kitchen remodel that filled the house with drywall dust. In the four years since we moved in, we had never cleaned the ventilation ducts and, after the remodel, were sure they needed a good cleaning. I'm glad we did: in addition to the drywall dust, Avi found a generous assortment of construction debris, broken tiles, and plenty of lint that pre-dated the drywall dust by many years. Avi arrived on time, ready to go. He was courteous, professional and certainly knew his trade. We are very pleased with the job he did and will certainly use his services the next time we get our ducts cleaned. We believe we got a good value for the money we spent. read more

The dryer vent was made out of the cheapest flexible aluminum material possible and they were upfront and transparent about the risks of a tear when cleaning it. Despite the risks they were able to get it done amazingly well. Also was having some furnace issues that Andrew was able to address and give me advice on.
