Mango bingsu. Big enough to share among 2 people. The ice was soft and powdery without melting too quick. Ice to topping was quite proportional.

The board that will help you unlock happiness.

Cute little place with ample tables and choices of goodness. Shave ice is a bit steep ($10) for what it is. Even Matsumotos a tourist haven in Hawaii a plain large is less than $5. Staff are pleasant even on a slow rainy day we went in. Tables were all clean with a slow trickle of customers. Shave ice has some sugar free options to checkout. Ice cream is good not too sweet nice selections to fill your needs. Support your local businesses and stop bye.

Mango Bingsu - $15 as of July 2025, fluffy goodness.

I think they either remodeled the place and / or changed ownership. Went on a Sunday afternoon and the place looked different. They still serve Mango Bingsu although the price is now $15 for an order. Cheaper than most places while the ice is still fluffy and melts in your mouth. Fresh mango too! Best Mango Bingsu so far. Be aware that you have to pay for parking on Sundays... saw someone get a ticket as most cities don't require Sunday meter feeding.

Came here for dessert. The place was open with unique flavors. The service was friendly and to the point. The ambiance is casual with music playing in the background. Would suggest for a sweet treat.

Great ice cream place when you don't want to travel all the way to Ghirardelli or the Mission to fight for a space just to get an ice cream cone. Plenty of fun flavors. They had some coconut rum flavor that was wow. In fact most of their flavors are wow. Including their Horchata. But, I got their Kauai Pie with coffee ice cream and macadamia nuts and fudge. Amazing! My coworker got the Thatch Roof sundae with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge with almonds. He enjoyed it, and was surprised that he hadn't been here before even though he works in San Bruno. Support your local ice cream shop! Oh yeah, and there's plenty of seating.

Little gem tucked away in San Bruno. This spot has come in clutch when you're feeling like a sweet treat! They sell Lapperts ice cream which is always a plus IYKYK. Service is always great and has a super chill vibe to it! As you can tell from my pics, the mango bingsu is a favorite of mine and honestly it's A LOT better than some of the places that I've been to around the bay. Beat the summer heat with one of these!

Ok this place is beast. Super awesome flavors and service. Good sized scoops and at a reasonable price. Not much else to say except the flavors I got, Princess Marzipan and Banana Coffee Chunk and they were both so awesome, I was tempted to get a flight to try everything! will be back

Loved this place! Friendly staff and yummy ice cream. We got the flight which included 4 of your choice flavors. We got the princess cake, banana chocolate chip, lychee and Kona coffee. The princess cake was my favorite, it had huge chunks of yellow cake. The Kona coffee was on the bitter side. The banana chocolate chip tasted like actual frozen bananas. And the lychee was on the light flavor side. Overall super yummy and planning to come back!

    Mango Bingsu - so delicious!

This was my first time trying sweet connections and was honestly amazed at the wide variety of original ice cream flavors as well as the broad range of desserts they offer. Ayed the owner, was so kind and patient and very passionate and knowledgeable about the flavors. He was very welcoming and very attentive to all the customers that come in and their needs. We tried the princess cake ice cream, Kona coffee, Manila Mango, Hawaiian sea salt ( my personal favorite) and the Kauai coffee crunch. I ended up getting 3 pints of ice cream because they were all very delicious and unique! They offer a lot of flavors that you would not see at other places. We also got the mango bingsu, which was very delicious as well! I would definitly come back to try the other desserts they offer!

I stopped by here with my family on a weekend after hiking close by and I'm so glad we did! We tried a few flavors but our favorites were the Guava cheesecake and the mango sorbet. Absolutely loved these and would go back for them. They had a few other interesting flavors like macadamia nut and ube. The guy working there was really nice and the service was great! We took our ice cream to go but there was a ton of seating if you wanted to eat there.

Tried this spot because of the good reviews. But if you have been to Hawaii, I can't recommend this…read morespot because the flavors did not remind me of Hawaii at all. Also, nothing is served with mac salad... The prices are pretty decent for SF. Maybe that's why this place is popular. They are takeout only and have one bench outside for you to eat at if it's free. Tried the garlic shrimp, the moco loco (idk why they swap the words), and the furikake chicken. Also had a spam musubi (when I ordered online for pick up, I couldn't add egg which is usually an option according to the Toast website). The garlic shrimp was missing a flavor that Hawaii has in their garlic shrimp. The color was very red but it was not spicy. They do have an option to make it spicy though. It was bland to me compared to what I'm used to when I visit Hawaii. The moco loco gravy was good, but the beef patty tasted dry and overcooked. They did have a runny egg too but it was oddly underneath the patties, so we broke the eggs while trying to split the beef amongst 3 people. The furikake chicken is probably better if you eat it right away since it's lightly breaded. We took it home so by the time we ate it, it was soggy. The sauce it is cooked in is a little sweet and wasn't too bad. The soggy chicken ruined the texture for me though. Each dish was served with a little bit of cabbage which I liked to get a little greens in the meals. The spam musubi didn't taste like it had any sauce, and they used so much furikake underneath the spam, that it made it taste fishy. Would not recommend. I can't comment on the service much since I ordered online for pickup. The guy who handed me my food after asking my name was nice and polite though. The only reason I'd come back is to try to the shave ice. The group in front of me got 3 for their kids, and it looked tasty. I would not come back for the food, but at least the prices aren't bad for SF standards.

Their expansive menu can feel slightly overwhelming at first glance, but it also means there's something for everyone. It's a fun little treat-yourself-spot to grab refreshments during a day of shopping. It indeed is, "like a reward". I had the chance to try the Dubai Chocolate Cup and the Dubai Chocolate Chewy Cookie. The cup was a 2/5 for me - a bit underwhelming in flavor and execution (especially as someone who thoroughly enjoys the chocolate bar version). However, that chewy cookie on the other hand... take a slooow bite and savor the mochi-like texture. Pleasantly dense, soft, and satisfyingly chewy. The only drawback? You might walk out looking like you just joined Captain Jack Sparrow's crew thanks to the powdered cocoa on your teeth and lips. Overall, I'd rate it a 3.5, but rounding up to a 4.

I've been searching far and wide for an establishment who sells these traditional sugar coated fruit skewers and the only thing that kept coming up was Devil & Angel. On any normal given situation, I would have been ecstatic since we have a Devil & Angel located near home- but that would just make my life waaay too easy and the universe just couldn't have it go down like that. LMAO!! Long story short, I had a bad experience with the Devil & Angel near home and literally boycotted this business as an ENTIRE whole. Yes, I was 100% being overly dramatic but they just rubbed me the wrong way. Now, my sister had previously visited this particular Devil & Angel [located in Serramonte Mall/Center] and immediately told me to take my toddler here! I didn't ask for too many details beyond her explaining the little shop was located near Target. I didn't get a name for the business and simply came here blindly. Yes, I was disappointed because I'm super hard headed and was firm about my boycott but since we made the drive out here & my toddler had already spotted the large advertising signage.... I couldn't say no. Ordering is all done via the kiosk per staff's orders. This process was super easy, very straightforward. The tanghulu options available were: strawberry+pineapple, strawberry+grape, & only grape. My toddler went with the strawberry, grape combo. Once payment was made, the staff behind the counter immediately handed off the fruit skewer. The fruit stick was neatly placed in a mini cup to assist in transporting and eating. For $7.64 a stick [post taxes], this won't break the bank but this is undeniably super profitable for the business. The sugar coating isn't overly thick but was still sickenly sweet IMO. Keep in mind, strawberries are current not in season so they aren't at its sweetest potential and I still couldn't manage more than my first bite. No complaints on my kid's part because she ate this thaaaang up! 3 stars in my book but I added one more star specifically for my toddler. She had the most amazing time munching away on this and I'm thankful to fulfill her deep longing for these kebobs.
