They told me it would take a day and it took them 4.5 and they left me without AC that entire time. Their crew badmouthed one another and clearly did not know what they were doing. It was. $15k split unit install. Since then it has had nothing but issues and they do not show up on time to fix. When they do show up they can't fix it because their techs constantly turn over and /or don't bring the right tools. They have been working for three days now to send a tech to try to get the new unit running correctly and the fist tech showed up and didn't have the tools he needed to determine the problem. They scheduled another tech for the next day who didn't show and they didn't call me to let me know (wasted another four hours of my time) so I called them and they stated a tech would come out first thing the next day at 9am. Tech didn't show with no calls and no updated so I had to call again. I would recommend that everyone stay away from Haynes. They have poor service, poor communication and poor install experience.

So we hung up the phone. I texted him my time and date which would work for me (6/21/18 at 9:A.M.) and he replied back asking for my name and address. I replied with the info he requested and that was it. So the next day my 9:00am appointment time came and went. They no call, no showed. At 9:47 I texted, "so y'all are not going to be able to come out today?" I got no response. Judging from the way my situation was handled, don't waste your time with this business if you actually need work done on time because they may show, they may not. Thanks for wasting my time when I could have called someone else that would have wanted the work.
